Upon closer inspection, the woman is indeed the priestess Umut. She comes to as you approach and whispers out weakly, "When I placed the gifts in the Bahjari crypt, one of them released a powerful wave of necromantic energy that animated the bodies of the buried nobles. I battled them as best I could but was only able to fend off the creatures that tried to shamble out of the crypt, not the ones that rose from the graves outside. Please, you have to help me in facing the creatures that are still sealed inside."

Jaysin continues to help the lady to her feet as I'm assuming I am too close to her to be part of the conversation. Well, what are you sitting there discussing? The lady said that there is evil inside the crypt! Aren't you the type to vanquish evil and all that?

Yes, Sen is right about readying outside of combat. I honestly didn't even look under that spoiler until now. Looks like you used up a perfectly good 20! Bah!
Ennoia puts an arrow into the false priestess! Sen's shuriken hit everything in the graveyard except the assailant. Jonterra easily grabs ahold of the woman though and Ash creates a fire in his hand while Jaysin follows Ennoia's arrow with another of his own.

Since we are still in intiative, I'll keep my attack ..but change my target to whatever hostile something comes out of the crypt - so 11 touch AC for 10 fire damage. If the rumblings come from another crypt then the cleric was standing in front of Ask will move somewhere where he doesn't have to shoot through cover if possible though

Correct, the crypt to the east where she was lying.
Seconds later a skeleton wielding the scimitar you gifted as part of the wake emerges from the crypt, directing three lesser skeletons in front of it!
The crypt is supposed to be open so I put them on/in the building but you can see and reach them.
Ash's fire bursts against the wall as the skeletons appear. Jaysin can roll his readied attack too if he'd like.

Ennoia's first arrow misses but her second blasts the middle skeleton to pieces! Jaysin focuses his arrows on another and has similar results, sending bones flying everywhere! Ash's fire is able to burn up the last of the lesser skeletons which were actually advanced, but you guys still made short work of them.
Kazzok and Jonterra then quickly take care of the skeletal champion!

The skeletal champion also as the scimitar you brought to the wake, which Aaqir al’Hakam allows you to keep, saying that it is better off in the hands of the living.

Defeating Shirin effectively ends the threat to the Bahjari household, allowing Aaqir al’Hakam and his family to conclude Zarmina’s burial without further interruptions. Everyone involved is more than happy to lay the blame for the recent troubles—including the assassin—on Shirin.
Jakti, interpreting the undead attack as an omen, drops his grudge against Metella Rauger and Temel Passad, and the two rival merchants continue to regard each other warily as they prepare to depart. Aaqir is grateful for your help and thanks you again for your contributions. He promises to write a report containing his account of the recent events to send to the Grand Lodge so that you might be recognized for your efforts.
