Oxirane |
For the record, Oxirane has evasion so takes no damage from the fireball.
Oxirane darts across the pavilion and attempts to grab Dhanishta before she can cast another spell.
Move to Dhanishta, grapple. I don't think nagas have reach so the move won't provoke. Assuming a higher ground bonus for standing on the pavilion.

I have a feeling the paladin will as well.
Aishwarya pops out of invisibility from down the street, where she had been watching with amusement. She slithers down to the scene of the battle and addresses you all. "Well done, everyone: Pathfinders, Bakji, my loyal nagaji soldiers." She nods to each in turn.
"Bakji, head back to headquarters with your men. We shall need to discuss our contract, although I do not doubt that you will have no protest against a significant pay raise."
"Pathfinders: I made a deal with you. Accompany me to the temple."
Aishwarya leads you to the temple where the old nagaji Avinash is still working at cleaning the mold and lichen from the temple walls and steps. "Avinash! The battle is won and I have retaken my rightful seat as the leader of Nibung. You know my ancestry and you know that I am the true owner of the Lotus Annals. These Pathfinders have traveled far and fought valiantly that they might simply look upon those pages and study them. They shall leave the Annals here when they are finished with their studies, but the Pathfinders shall be forever welcome in Nibung."
At Aishwarya's command, Avinash retrieves the Annals from a hidden compartment in the temple.
The artifact is a large set of vellum scrolls protected by powerful preservation magic. Carefully copying them requires at least a week of work, during which time villagers who had fled the town begin to return, and any surviving mercenaries on either side of the conflict make their way out of town and onto other contracts elsewhere in Nagajor and beyond.
Were there any last-minute faction missions? If not, we are pretty much done. Congratulations everyone! I hope you all had a good time!
Selena Wild |
Selena's faction mission was to help the other pathfinders on their missions.. I openly offered help to anyone and im pretty sure they accepted.. And apparently the pregen sorc doesnt have a profession or craft so i guess no day job roll..
Oxirane |
I asked someone at some point about my faction mission, which was to determine whether the Nagaji had ever ruled themselves, but I don't think I ever got an answer. I'd like to ask Avinash or anyone else if possible before we leave.
"Avinash, as a most respected scholar, could you give me any information regarding the history of the Nagaji? Have they always been servants to the Naga, or did they once rule themselves?"
Thoth the Constant |
I ask about strange magic and what not.
"I am so excited about transcribing and translating the Lotus Annals, while I am here do you have any strange magics that have never been seen on the other side of the world?'
EndlessForms |
Avinash is the only one in town with enough historical knowledge to provide Oxirane with the answers he seeks. He tells you about the Lost Country of Lussan, which existed 300 years ago in the jungles of southern Nagajor. There, he tells you, nagaji ruled themselves for a few generations without naga supervision. The country eventually fell apart for unknown reasons.
Thoth: three hours of study and a successful Knowledge (arcana) or Spellcraft check are required to understand the unique magic that protects the Annals and their hiding place.
Seelah: Each attempt to sketch the city takes about half an hour and either a successful DC 15 Intelligence and DC 15 Dexterity check, or one successful DC 15 Profession (artist) check. But you can always tear it up and throw it away if you make a mistake, so basically roll until you get a 15.
Selena: Maybe you can help Seelah or Thoth. That will be good enough.
Thoth the Constant |
While looking over the Annals Thoth finds just what he was looking for.
