This should be relatively easy since RaW states if you try to remain hidden after making a ranged attack you need to make a stealth check with a -20 penalty. I'm also concerned that these rocks crit on a 19.

1 thing.. Treants have DR/Slashing, so unless they are some unique variant, which it seems they are the summoned ones with only 1 attack so they would not be than Kharn's greatsword would do full damage..

There's no confirmation check Omen. If you get a critical threat, you do maximum damage, and there's a SEVERITY check, to see if you have a special effect on your critical (like removing his eye, lowering his ability to move, nauseating, or anything like that). If you beat the severity check 20 you get extra damage, plus a minor effect (which you can avoid making a save).

Ok here goes.. It appears i beat his ac by 10 with the roll of 32 right? I know my 21 missed and 22 hit, so im pretty sure thats its ac.. Should be minus 4 for being 2 sizes smaller right? Seems like this lends itself more to monsters as they are almost always the ones bigger..
First off the dam maximized was 23, not the 18 i rolled..

It's actually a Wand of Infernal Healing, granting Fast Healing 1.
Argan strikes at the three, once:
Haste Attack: 1d20 + 11 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 11 + 2 + 1 = 34! So 14 damage, plus 2d6 sneak attack. I haven't found in the book if these dice are also maximized, but if they are not, here it is: 2d6 ⇒ (5, 3) = 8
Severity check: 1d20 - 4 ⇒ (12) - 4 = 8 Plus how much I beat his AC for.
Effect: 1d100 ⇒ 26 DC 20 or extra damage 2d6 ⇒ (2, 3) = 5
If it dies, he will move inside the woods, searching whatever is throwing rocks at them.
If it doesn't die, he will keep attacking:
