Well crap, I guess Torsk will not know which way to go, he will follow Arduimo out of the mist in hopes it will lead him to an enemy he can punch one last time.

Move action move 30' out of mist, perception to see enemy, and if spotted move up to last 20' to attack enemy perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 27

You said 10ft burst from the sphinx and L1 was the only one in that area. Mostly because your mist spell is 20x20, I'll throw L2 in there as well, so youll have two sleeping legionnaires and one blind one...

Next he runs towards the sphinx and mutters another spell.

Deep Slumber, DC23, has a 10ft blast, should be able to place it well enough to avoid party members.
Move towards the sphinx then hit with Hideous Laughter, DC 22, +4 on the Sphinx's save as it is a different type.

Ijen was deafened in the first round, for 3 rounds, so she should be good now.

Ijen nods to Alistair and places a hand on his shoulder to get up into a kneeling position next to him, facing him and to the side so she can watch his back, not that she can see very far through the cloying mist. I can dispel the mist, but that may be just as bad. On the other hand, I could see who else is hurt as well... She looks around and picks up her morningstar. She doesn't seem to realize that she still has a hand on Alistair's shoulder.

He then points out the battle still going on.

I have 1 cure left, or we can try and stay hidden and let them fight it out we'll deal with whoever is left.
