Eden starts thinking over what she can do with the new Veil spell she just remembered. This whole romp through the jungle probably would have gone better if she had just disguised the group as space demon mosquitoes or something. She makes a note to do just that for the return trip. Actually, there would be no need; she could just teleport the group back to Golarion via Greater Teleport.

Chu'ko having finally in a time of great crisis been able to perform the masterful dance of old the dance of the bladesingers, the time in long ago history when the love of magic and sword play had driven both the tengu and elves into the bladesinger style. At some time long ago the elves or the tengu one wanted the art as their own and they went seperate ways in jealose guard of the secrets.

He felt certain that if the need arose he could do more than even his master had shown him.

"Or maybe not, but I feel as though this journey has already been worth it."

Sorry about that, Choon, totally missed the post with the introductions!

"Very nicccee to meet you, I am Sssalran. These are my friends. You... are not what we were expecting here."

Salrann watches her allies to see what they might want to do about this strange turn of events.

"My name is Eden. It is a pleasure," the elf says as politely as she can manage in a place dedicated to heresy against her patron goddess.

The Man. The Myth. The Mask!

The pair bobs their head and ushers you into the facility. They talk over each other and alternate speakers in the middle of statements as they explain, We are called... the Sequestered. We were... brought here... as a reprieve from the difficulties... that beset us on every side. Our is an existence of... peace and fulfillment.

They lead you into a room that may as well be a garden. All manner of fruits grow here in complete disregard of season. Please, take. Eat. They say. From there they lead you to the left into a circular central chamber.
A large steaming marble pool lies in the center of this room, surrounded by graceful marble pillars. The pool is very warm and heavily perfumed. Several bottles of perfume stand on a shelf along the north wall, below which sit several clothes chests with keys.
Please wash and rest. If you are concerned for your possessions, they may be locked in chests just there.

Salrann is equally wary of all of the lavish accoutrements, and waits to see if Chu'ko finds anything dangerous.

The Man. The Myth. The Mask!

The Sequestered immediately and enthusiastically provide Chu-ko his cool bath. Two males (you notice dozens of people here of many races) drag in a mage barrel from another room and several females carry in cool water.
It is here that you spot one who is not like the others. One of the Sequestered is gently urging the others to hurry and Chu-ko's enhanced sight pings as a Suggestion spell is discreetly cast. You all recognize the new comer where many others would not: an Alu-demon disguised as a human.

I have a huge certification test tomorrow. Update after that.

The Man. The Myth. The Mask!

The Alu-demon seems surprised, but overcomes it quickly. Very well. Follow me.
She leads you around the ring of the tower and enters a back room. A nude succubus reclines here with several slaves feeding her exotic fruits. May I present the second of the Insatiable One, Euphrixia.

The chamber is a surprisingly austere room with few furnishings. An arcade of arches fills the room's outer wall, overlooking the hard, dark stone of the tower's supporting rock formation. This stone, however, has been magically enhanced to allow tho s e within the room to view the sky without-the dark glass blocks out ambient light and provides a clear view of the stars and Golarion regardless of the sun's position in the moon's sky. An incredibly complex telescope sits by one of the arches on a silver stand, pointing directly to Golarion in the dark sky overhead.

The Succubus Euphrixia slowly rises and smiles at each of you. I hear you seek my queen. May I ask why? She manages to sound aroused and bored at the same time... somehow.

Somewhat weirded out by how... civil the demons are acting, Eden leaves the talking to Alathos. While a decent orator, conversationalist, and diplomat herself, her tongue is more bronze compared to the monk's silver. That said, she does keep her ears peeled for any little extra diplomatic help she can lend.

Oh yes, it would seem that Alathos CAN charm the nonexistent pants off a succubus.

The Man. The Myth. The Mask!

Euphixia hangs a finger from her mouth and winks at you. Very well, handsome. Follow me.
She rises from her bed and shakes her hair into order. She leads you into the central chamber. When she exits her room she singers into the guise of a kindly old woman. The Sequestered treat her with deference and respect as you move through various pleasure rooms. One consists of a dizzying array of mirrors, another a whispering collection of pipes that sound like they're moaning.
In the bath room, Euphixia poses a hidden button and stairs appear in the floor leading downward.
What comes next is much more in line with what you were expecting.
Natural stone caverns ranging in width from 10 to 30 feet link the series of perfectly cylindrical chambers that make up the ring itself. The cavern floors are natural stone, while those in the carved chambers are smooth stone floors. A light breeze echoes around the caverns, the rocks of which are riddled with deep pores. The sound of air passing through them creates the illusion of a nearby invisible creature sighing sensually. All chambers are, unless otherwise noted, completely dark, as Izmiara's servants are all capable of seeing in the pitch black.
In each room you pass you witness horrors beyond the matters of the Tomb. People are being broken here. Brainwashed. When the wind isn't digging at you, screams echo through the halls. In particular, one cavern holds five imprisoned celestial creatures-three dead hound archons, one live lillend, and a decapitated leonal. The corpses have all been horribly mutilated, many of their wounds taking the form of vile insults or defamations scrawled in Abyssal. Another chamber is is littered with hanging chains, most of which are full of broken prisoners wearing sharp, seven-pointed crowns of iron, their wails of suffering echoing in the tight space. Other rent bodies cover the floor, their forms torn limb from limb and lefl: to rot slowly. Yet another contains a fully adult gold dragon who eyes you easily add you pass.

Your succubus hostess next leads you past the entrance to a maze over level down and through a coven of vampires until, at last, you arrive in the chambers of the Insatiable Queen herself. Or, rather, you fall into them. A ring of golden light provides a feather fall effect add you fiat down the 100 foot distance onto a circular platform.
A five-foot-wide ledge follows the wall of this tall cylindrical room, connecting two identical iron archways. In the open arches of these passages are carved images of a heavily armored succubus of overwhelming beauty. A five-foot-wide catwalk extends from the wall into the center of the room, ending directly below a ten-foot-diameter hole in the high domed ceiling (from which you ate descending). A ring of rune-etched iron is embedded in the edge of the encircling ledge, and is completely legible from the end of the catwalk. It reads, "In my most intimate chamber, I will bestow upon you unfathomable pleasure. In my obscene court you will sate my desires, and bring glory to the Shadow."

Does anyone detect as good at the moment?

So, I was kinda thinking we could kill the boss first then clear out the area. Assuming they don't zerg us all at once and we have to teleport out. My 'deal' is pretty much hot air to get us close to her. Unless I can come up with something amazingly stupid to confuse her with, I intend to trade her fragment for my sword to her face.

Also, I think we should have telepathic bond active, so I would share this with the group and also salrann could share the gold dragon idea.

Upon hearing the gold dragon part, Alathos agrees and thinks the dragon could provide just the type of ally needed to cleanse this place once the Queen is taken care of.

Despite being a goody-goody at heart, probably thanks for her many decades of experience, Eden somehow manages to keep her opinions quiet. Her powerful Mind Blank and her unbeatable Nondetection spells also ensure that her true alignment is also well concealed from anything short of a deity. However, on the inside, the good-hearted elf is very much in conflict. Part of her just wants to go ballistic and start cleansing the horrid temple of evil. In fact, only the group's telepathic reassurances ultimately keep her from acting out.

Agreed. Eden was going to try and turn her to stone after we secured her key. Alathos' deception also ensures that the party tactical nuke has all of her heavy firepower.

The queen listens intently from the moment you say "key". She is still almost painfully beautiful, but she has gained a air of caution.
Follow me. All of you. She turns on her heel with the grace of an accomplished master dancer and strides into the room. The prismatic door deactivates on her command.
An arched balcony over looks this eighty-foot-diameter round room from sixty feet up the northwest wall. Two identical balconies occupy the western and southwestern stretches of the wall; one supports a black-glassed mirror, and the other holds the bound body of an angel, her torn form held together by wires, glowing chains, and lunar thorns. Hundred foot-long silken tapestries of demonic symbols and obscene acts of self mutilation and eroticism hang from the ceiling to the floor below. In the room's center, at a height of forty feet from the ground below, is a platform supporting a large, canopied bed, connected to a square walkway by a narrow catwalk. On the floor sits a curled shantak like the ones your greeting party rode, except much bigger and meaner.

She leads you to her bed where she addresses you in a serious (and yet crazy sexy) tone. Her lieutenant stands at her side.
That item was entrusted to me by the gods for a reason. I'm not going to give it to just anyone, and not for just any price. Present your proof. Make your offer, Alathos. And shut your bard up. No one is to know you were here or what for. Ever.
