Gobbo!

Gonna bot Torch

Nurpus lines up a shot and fires Purpus at the deformed looking trollger blocking the doorway. The creature wobbles and shakes as the bullet blows through its head, leaving a massive hole through the creature's skull, which it barely seems to notice. Torch, ducking behind Bart, throws a bomb over the armored goblin's shoulder, blasting the room with fire. The lead trollger catches fire and falls to the ground, burning brightly as it moans one last time before falling still. The flames wash over the other mutated looking creatures, but only singe their skin.

The remaining trollgers surge forward, flailing their misshapen and broken arms at Bart, trying to overwhelm the smaller goblin. Both attacks harmlessly glance off of Bart's thick armor, completely ineffective. The blob-like creature on the bed behind them shouts "You idiots! You let them in! Wait till I get through with these rats! I'll flay you alive!" in a blubbering voice, half scream, half gargle. Her flabby hands fly up in the air and she traces out a symbol above her and calls out an arcane chant. Immediately a wave of lethargy washes over the goblins in the hallway as the spell works its profane magic on them.

Nurpus is slowed. One action per round!

Mugmuff throws open the door to the west, hoping it leads to an entrance to the room where it's all happening. If not, he'll shut it again quickly and rethink his plan.

Mugmuff opens the door, finding himself staring at a cluttered room filled with all sorts of random junk and refuse. Scattered about the room are dozens of tiny skeletons, the size of children, tossed in piles and heaps, some with decaying skin and flesh still attached. A foul odor of rot and decay fills the room and is enough to even make the goblin gag as it flows out of the room and into the hallway. Other than that the room appears empty.

Torch tosses another bomb into the room, hitting the blubbery woman center mass and causing her to burst into flames as her skin blisters and peels from the heat of the device. She cries out in pain and curses at the little alchemist, spittle flying from her flapping lips. Agna conjures some rats into existence as Bart pulls out a wand and taps himself on the head with it. Woofy breathes out a cone of fire that washes over the shambling creatures in the doorway, burning their dead skin and sending them both falling to the ground in a heap of smoldering flesh. In the back, Nurpus slowly reloads his weapon, the movements taking much longer than normal.

The massive creature on the bed waves a hand in the air as there are suddenly six of her in the room, a half-dozen blubbering blobs of baleful beauty.

Not seeing a door or hallway continuing to the room with the fight (assumption here???), Mugmuff gags and slams the door shut... goes back to the hallway and waits his turn to get into the fray.

Gobbo!

Bart storms into the room, stomping over the corpses of the burned trollgers as he makes a break towards the six blob women surrounding the bed in the far corner. He swings his sword at one of the blubbery creatures and the image instantly vanishes, leaving five more to contend with. Torch loads a crossbow and fires into the room, the bolt passing through another image and causing it to blink out of existence. Behind the group Agna casts another spell, bringing an invisible field of force around her small form. Nurpus continues to fiddle with his weapon, slowly leveling it at the blubbery women and preparing to fire.

The various images of the massive woman surrounding Bart begin chanting an arcane phrase, one of the woman's blubbery hands reaching out towards the anti-paladin as a dark aura begins to surround it. The clawed hand brushes clumsily against Bart's armor as a chill flows into his bones, the dark energy surrounding the hand tearing the life from his body. The goblin notices several of the woman's wounds begin to instantly heal soon after the attack.

Gobs are up! Mugmuff is outside the door now and everyone should be able to act!

Bart slashes at the massive woman repeatedly, his strikes passing through images that vanish with quiet pops, leaving two possible targets remaining. Torch fires a shot at the large creature but the bolt whizzes through the air, not making contact with either of the images, the outline of each wavering slightly as the bolt streaks by. Nurpus and Mugmuff move slowly into the room, ready to make their strikes as Agna lobs a squealing rat at the woman, the creature passing through one of the images and slamming into the wall behind it.

The woman makes another arcane gesture as she screams out, "GONNA TAN YOUR WORTHLESS HIDES AND WEAR THEM AS A DRESS! HELP ME YOU IDIOTS!" She points a finger at Bart and a black ray of energy slams into him, stealing some of his strength and sending waves of fatigue through his body.

Bart is fatigued for 8 minutes.

ok, just use the above for his attack... so that would be 25 to hit and 4 points of damage... if it hits her... was going by the map and it looked like she was just out of the corner. fyi now it looks like she's not in a corner at all... did she move?

Gobbo!

Nurpus fires off Purpus at the woman, hoping for a clean shot. The round zips through the air, impacting with the final image of the giantess, leaving only the one remaining blob-like creature wallowing in the bed in fear. Mugmuff stabs at the woman, but catches only air as her form wavers slightly. The rat lauches a bite, also catching air as Agna fires off a black ray of her own at the creature. Sadly she fails to connect, having to avoid hitting both Torch and Mugmuff, who both refuse to give her a clear line of sight to her target. Bart throws a trio of javelins at the creature, one stabbing deeply into a roll of fat and causing her to yelp in pain just as Torch manages to nail the woman with a crossbow bolt.

Screaming in pain the massive blob of a woman moves her weight slightly before grasping at Mugmuff with a free hand, the untrimmed nails of the appendage curling wildly around the large, stubby fingers.

@Mugmuff:

You believe you are the greatest dancer that has ever lived. Each round in combat you must roll a percentile dice. You always have a 50% chance to fail your intended action, and instead dance wildly in place for one round, impressing everyone around you with your skill.

This is a curse effect, and is permanent until removed.

@Mugmuff - Just for future rolls, let's keep it at a uniform Low is Good rule, as that is what I use for my rolls.

Bart furiously hurls several more javelins towards the blubbery mass of flesh in the corner, hoping to turn her into a walking porcupine. One javelin appears to be right on target when her form wavers for a moment, the weapon clattering against the wall behind her. The little rat, nearly forgotten in the corner, digs its horrible rodent fangs into the soft buttery flesh of the massive woman, delivering the payload of magic that had been stored inside its small body. The arcane energy erupts inside the woman, causing her to scream in pain, before her own internal fortitude successfully fights off the wicked magic coursing through her body, defeating it. Torch throws a bomb dead center into the mass of flesh, the flames erupting across her body and bedsheets and causing her to redouble her screaming efforts as the fire eats at her undulating skin. Nurpus reloads Purpus in the corner while Mugmuff stabs wildly at the woman, missing with his attack and vanishing in a puff of smoke.

Cursing the sneaky goblin for vanishing at her feet, the nearly immobile woman reaches out, snatching at the air while trying to locate the rogue. Finally her fingers catch the front of Mugmuff's armor and send a quick chill through his spine.

Mugmuff is shaken for 4 rounds.

Gobs are up. She's not going down without a fight!

I've always done low is bad, like for concealment and such.. but for this, I'll do low is good from now on then.

The dice were against you all this round.

Despite being so obviously sleepy, so much that he can hardly even stand after eating nearly an entire bearskin rug, Bart hurls another trio of javelins at the blubberbeast. To his shock, all three javelins pass through her shifting and wavering image, impacting against the wall behind her instead. Woofy coughs up a cone of raging flames, which wash over the trollger and cause her to scream in pain. Agna, furious at the solid defenses of the chunky monster, fires off another black ray of death, but once again the ray passes through the ever-shifting form of the woman. Torch and Mugmuff are unable to find an opening in her defenses and both fail to land solid attacks. Nurpus levels Purpus carefully, firing off a shot that streaks towards the creature, but where he thought she was a second ago is a few feet from where she is now, and the shot misses her, gouging a large chunk out of the wooden wall instead.

Gnashing her teeth in anger, the massive woman draws a wand from her belt, snapping it in the air before swinging it in Mugmuff's direction. The wand strikes Mugmuff on the cheek, and he feels the life being drawn from him vicously, at the same time the blob monster suddenly appears much more healthy. At the same time, the shifting and wavering outline surrounding her seems to fade away, and she becomes far more stationary.

Torch, does she burn in subsequent rounds after being hit by your bomb? If so can you roll damage for that

Mugmuff takes 17 points of negative energy damage.
