Thoroughly wet but beaming with delight at his accomplishment, the dwarf took in the scene quickly. The biggest threat was the archer so he rounded the corner and went up the stairs to get up close and personal with her.
However, he met with a large snake and a wolf who were fighting.
Hoping against hope, he urged at the wolf, "Go on pup, get the archer. I got this here vermin."
He then swung his axe meaning to sever the snake in half.

Throwing back the potion in his hand Corentin moved out onto the deck. He was glad to see his companions all on their feet, though their injuries were apparent. Well trained in battle it took only a moment for him to get a sense for the flow of things and move to a central position.

Szacha quickly downs a potion of healing from his belt and moves to the other side of the ship and takes the stairs back up, keeping his song going: "Now sing merry warriors of Trunauuuuuu! Now sing and shout your sorrooooooow!"

Hope everyone had a good weekend. I'm still working through a bit of a hangover from too much excess at a Superbowl party, so forgive me if my post is jumbled and illiterate! :)
The dwarf bounds up the stairs towards the massive reptile, bringing his axe to bear and cleaving the snake neatly in two, the halves wiggling and squirming before going still. Beneath the main deck the constant bellowing of Szacha can still be heard, lending strength to his party members as he continues his song. Corentin quaffs a potion and moves towards the archer, his bloodied weapon in hand. Gizsmith and Johan reposition themselves, moving forward on the ship in the hopes of avoiding fire from the woman's deadly bow. Sasha stays under cover of the stables, keeping an eye on the climbing orc. Galor, snarling and biting at the woman, tears at her leg with his teeth, but fails to penetrate the woman's armor.
The female, seeing another of the hated humans before her, sends another trio of arrows flying towards Corentin, a cruel sneer flashing across her face. Faster than the eye can follow, the cavalier brings his shield in front of him, deflecting each projectile in a blur of motion, the broken arrows falling uselessly to the deck of the ship. For the briefest of moments a look of concern crosses the woman's face as she tries to assess this newest threat, but she dismisses the worries with a vicious snarl and reaches for another arrow. The orc in the pit continues to try and climb his way out, making no progress at all and screaming in rage.
In a stroke of pure luck, Corentin manages to avoid all of the arrows this round. The GMs dice have turned against him!

Seeing that the wolf pup was not going to move anytime soon, the dwarf did the next best thing.
For the second time in the day he took off running as fast as his short legs would take him. He circled the the cabin and came up on the other side of the archer.
With a vivid flames enveloping his hands, he warned the archer, "Time to give up and you may yet live..."

Szacha, the three of them, moves up the stairs, drawing his bardiche to take advantage of the reach, then reluctantly lets Aggrimosh clatter on the wooden deck.
"Now sing merry warriors of Trunauuuuuu! Now sing but keep shooting them arrooooooows!" he signs on and whirls the bardiche at the archer's head.

Corentin let's the frantic rush of battle pass by him for a moment and turns his thoughts inward. Speaking the command word for his armor the cavalier immediately feels the flow of divine energies infuse his body as he grows in size and strength. For the briefest moment the half remembered vision of the winged woman flashes through his thoughts before his attention is drawn back to the present.
Now looking the archer nearly in the eye he bellows "You should heed the dwarf!"
Std to activate Righteous Might, preparing a move action to start climbing up and over the rail if she moves back more than 5'
AC remains 21 (-1 Size, -1 Dex, +2 Natural AC), +8 HP, DR 5/evil
If the archer dropped prior then forget all that and he'll move 10' south and prepare an action to attack the orc if he comes in range. :)

The fiery weapon hovering around the woman's head dips in one last time, clipping the woman lightly on the shoulder before dissipating into a red haze that soon vanishes. Martok and Szacha move to engage with the woman as Galor nips at her legs once more. The woman, concentrating on the suddenly much larger man in front of her, suddenly is aware of the presence of the dwarf behind her, and shifts her feet slightly, still determined to take down the massive human threatening her. Gizsmith, from a defensible position, lets loose another spell at the woman, coating her bow in a slick layer of magical grease. The wood of the bow slides slowly in her grasp, but she manages to keep a grip on the weapon for now, once more cursing in anger. Szacha's bardiche swings in towards the archer as a sling stone zips through the air towards her head, but both attacks miss her by several feet, her unnatural grace saving her from the blows. Johan, working under cover of the stables, lets fly a pair of arrows towards her, the projectiles nearly connecting with the woman before they are deflected by a nearly invisible screen of force that surrounds her, knocking them aside.
The woman, her bow covered in grease, concentrates her efforts on the suddenly enlarged cavalier facing her, times her aim more carefully, only firing two arrows at the man that managed to shield himself from her previous attacks. The increased precision of firing fewer arrows pays off, and one connects with the man solidly, the force of the arrow lessened somewhat by the divine magic coursing through his armor. The orc in the pit continues to struggle to climb the walls, managing to climb half of the distance out of the pit before losing his grip on the smooth walls and falling back down to the bottom on his back with a loud thud.
Corentin takes 7 damage from the arrow after the DR kicks in. Everyone else was unable to damage the woman. The pit now has two more rounds before it expires.

The archer, suddenly hard pressed on every side, easily avoids the attack from Martok from behind, his hand glowing with enough heat that the very air around it shimmered and wavered. That distraction proved all the opening the skald needed, his bardiche sweeping in and taking the woman's legs out from under her, sending her crashing to the deck with a solid thud. Corentin, infused with divine might, brings his morningstar above his head and sends it smashing into the archer's prone form, wounding her severely. Seeing his target down, Johan moves to the edge of the pit and fires an arrow down at the raging orc, hitting the barbarian in the chest with a solid shot. Galor lunges in and rips at the woman with his teeth, tearing open a gash in her leg, fresh blood oozing forth.
It is at this point that I realized that the trip attack didn't actually work, because the woman had cover from Szacha, lowering his attack enough to miss her CMD, thanks to Galor standing in front of him. Going to allow it to last for a round, but she's going to get to reverse the condition without penalty.
Leaping to her feet with an effortless grace, the archer understands the situation she was in has turned against her, and looks around for an opportunity to gain the advantage once more. Moving with a profound grace, she dances away from Galor and around the dwarf, putting as much space between herself and the massive weapon of Corentin as possible. Tumbling to the back of the deck she brings her weapon up and fires an arrow towards the unsuspecting dwarf. The arrow whizzes by Martok's ear, close enough that the fletching brushes against his cheek, but fails to connect. Cursing, the woman looks to her quiver and realizes that she is almost out of ammo, only four arrow shafts remaining at her side. From within the pit the orc continues to fume and spit, once more trying to climb up the steep sides. He makes it halfway up the sides once more before nearly falling again, managing to hold fast to the side of the pit, staring intently at Johan.

Going to go ahead and post for Sasha so we can keep moving
Johan fires another arrow into the pit before backing up and taking position behind the stables, the arrow slamming into the climbing orc and drawing yet another fearsome snarl from the creature. Martok and Szacha both continue to harass the archer, both neither of them manage to land a blow against the woman. Corentin, blocked by the stairs, railing, and various party members, stands his ground in preparation for the escaping orc in the pit, ready to engage the beast. Gizsmith begins to read a spell from his held scroll, the magic gathering around him as the energies begin to take shape. Sasha, in her wounded state, commands Galor to attack the woman before ducking back behind the stables and beginning to cast another spell. Galor charges forward but fails to connect with the agile woman.
The archer, concerned with the constant press of attack, fires a volley of arrows towards the dwarf before stepping back away from the melee. Two of the powerful shots connect with Martok, causing him to stumble slightly from the sheer force and precision of the blows. The orc in the pit clambers against the wall once more, and finally manages to lift himself out of the hole just as the void behind him magically vanishes, leaving in its wake a solid deck. As he becomes visible, Sasha's magical spell goes off, causing river reeds and weeds to twist and turn, snaking up across the deck of the ship and creating a writhing mass of tangling matter, which wraps around the orc's feet. The orc struggles against the plants but finds himself held fast, unable to move.
Amazingly enough the Entangle spell worked, I was assuming he'd make his save and only be slowed down a bit.
Martok takes 30 damage from the arrows, but is still on his feet.

Stubborn as only a dwarf can be, Martok hefted his battleaxe and chopped down on the woman. He didn't have much left in him but he gave it all he had.

The battle rages on as the orc struggles against his bonds. Johan takes aim and fires two more arrows towards the entangled creature, one shot hitting the orc squarely in the chest at the exact moment that Corentin's enlarged morningstar comes crashing down onto the burned and scarred beast's head. Blood and gore splatter the deck as the weapon crushes the life out of the orc, ending its unrelenting rage. On the forward deck Szacha and Martok work against the archer, with the assistance of Galor, and finding an opening in her defenses the dwarf manages to land a heavy blow with his axe, knocking the wind out of the archer and sending her staggering several steps backward.
The woman, not knowing the fate of her orcish friend, realizes that her advantage in the battle has been lost, and looks for a means of escape. Thinking to flee around the forward tower she fires off her remaining arrow at the dwarf and darts around the corner, pulling something from her belt as she does so. The arrow connects with the dwarf, adding to his already building collection of wounds. As she departs, the heroes lash out against her unprotected back, but she nimbly dodges the attack as she rounds the side of the tower, out of sight.
