Just to let people know, this is my first game of Pathfinder by PbP. I also haven't been playing that long. Please let me know if I can make improvements somewhere or if I'm messing up.
What's the usual start for a game? Bold Strider mentioned that the game starts on the 15th. Do we pass the time until then with introductions among ourselves? Or wait until the 15th?

However, on the 13th I'm playing through an Emerald Spire level with some friends on Roll20. I haven't decided which character I'll use for that yet, but it will probably affect which character I bring to this PbP (I will want it to be someone with 2.1 XP or less, and Emerald Spire levels give .3 XP each).

OK - I finally got this guys settled (although I am still torn on Two-handed vs Weapon Master, but don't technically need to apply either archtype yet). I did rework him before starting level 2, but no changes to equipment, etc. Flavor is pretty much the same, but I have learned some things since first creating him, and so thought I would try some of these out.
I do need to update my Initiative and Perception values, though.

I also have Fingalad Eldahir. He is available immediately and has 2 xp. I will probably re-spec him as a Hooded Champion Ranger before his 3rd module. He is an archer.

I'm a bit confused about the lay-out of the inn. I though it was established earlier that one door was not boarded up, and that it was the one at the top-right of the map. However, when I look at the map now, there's three red crosses, one over each door. Did something change on the map?
The top left of the map has a single door that is not boarded up.
As posted, "Fingalad did see a few doors on the left side of the building, but only one was unboarded at the very rear of the pier."
Made a big green arrow to point towards it.

Right. But there's a big double door on the *other* side of the building that's not boarded up. Right?

Nope. That is boarded up as well. The only unboarded entrance is on the left rear of the building.

I've moved myself and Fingalad to that door. That makes the top left our 'back door' point of entrance and the bottom one (where Bevek is positioned) the main entry. Right?

Ah, so the actual wording of my scouting report was technically 100% accurate. My understanding was incorrect, but you didn't know because I left a few of the mistaken words out. You didn't read my mind to correct me. What a terrible GM :-p
Do we think it reasonable to assume they'll hear the boards being removed? If so, maybe our group should be the first to beach after all.

I think they'll hear, but that will be all for the better. While they're focused on the front door, we'll sneak in behind. And just when they find out that we're there and turn around (probably thinking the main door was just a diversion), the main party comes crashing into the front door. :)

GM, I just discovered that if you use Google Slides instead of Google Drawings, mobile users that can install the Slides app can move their tokens from that app.

Regarding the buckler ACP penalty to the rapier attacks: I think it's a result of the Weapon Finesse feat.

It was the same for me. I also had to look it up, and had to adjust the stats on my swashbuckler.
Just a quick note, while I'm posting here. I'm playing Mariel as quite unexperienced and klutzy, sitll easily impressed by the actions of others. I won't let it affect her effectiveness in combat or otherwise, if I can help it. Please don't hesitate to let me know if it gets annoying and I'll tone it down...

No, it's cool. I dig it.
I'm trying to play Fingalad as a more serious tone of elf--more like Tolkien's elves. Which of course also implies some merry light-heartedness. My goal is to leave my enemies with an impression like that of the orcs who witness shelob's demise and conclude that it must have been the handiwork of some great Elven warrior.

Amon, I meant that Studied Target is a move action, so you can't do it and TWF on the same turn. I read your post as indicating that's what you had done. That's all. :)

Amon studied the cleric two turns prior. I believe that is where the confusion is.

Rebuilt and leveled up, although I think I'll be changing the anatomist trait to something else.
