Tristan approaches the first of the Steel Wyverns, close enough to hack the gang member to pieces, but rather than assault him directly, Tristan gives the man a chance to surrender.

"I don't know why cretins like yourselves never take good advice, but you should yield before my blade falls. Once that starts it will end badly for all of you, but should you yield I will show you the mercy of Iomedae. Chose now, cur!"

It's really against Tristan's code to strike first unless the enemy is known evil (like an outsider). Since the gang member's haven't had an action yet to surrender, Tristan will not strike this round. Move Action to advance to melee position, Standard Action to take Total Defense (adds +4 to AC, making his 25/15/20 for rest of round.) while he gives the enemy opportunity to yield.

Assuming combat has started (or he will delay action until combat starts), Yyrkoon will cast Mage Hand and attempt to drop a random beaker/vial/flask from the Alchemical Lab table at Firedrake's feet.

Those are designed to be able to be jumped on, not to provide cover, I believe.

Dorgrin and Tristan move forward to try and intimidate the Steel Wyverns after invading their lair.

The young men laugh in the face of the divine bully. Firedrake sneers at the lot of you. You are going to come into our lair and threaten us? Quite the man of Iomedae, aren't you? He spits on the ground next to him.

The half-orc next to Tristan tries to grab the man and toss him into the rapidly-flowing sewer water. The far thug move to help his friend with his elongated spiked chain, leaping onto one of the stone platforms in the water.

Tristan barely gets snagged by the thug's hand and is tossed into the drink.

The thugs snigger at the paladin covered in sewage.

Firedrake laughs with the half-orcs. Good job, boys! He grabs a thunderstone off of his desk and chucks it at Yyrkoon's feet.

Thunderstone = DC 7 (5+2 Ranged Increment): 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8

Yyrkoon, Tin and Chatan must make DC 15 Fortitude save or be deafened for 1 hour. A deafened creature, in addition to the obvious effects, takes a –4 penalty on initiative and has a 20% chance to miscast and lose any spell with a verbal component that it tries to cast.

Tristan wipes off his blade, and gives a quick blessing to Iomedae for his safety in battle. He takes out his healing wand and offers any first to the rest of the group (pantomiming to those deafened by the thunderstone), then takes care of his own wounds.

You are out of combat.

Yyrkoon finds 2 acid flasks, 3 alchemist’s fire, 2 smokesticks, 1 tanglefoot bag, 1 thunderstone, and 4 vials of filth fever tonic. Sitting open on the workbench is a large tome titled Toxins and Countermeasures, written by Giacomo d’Enzinas. The alchemical materials on the workbench constitute an alchemist’s lab, plus 240 gp worth of raw materials for Craft (alchemy).

As a Pathfinders move on, exploring the sewers, they come up to a junction where a smaller sewer line once joined the main passage. The ceiling of the smaller passage partially collapsed, filling most of that tunnel with rubble. The surface of the rubble pile seems to shift strangely and closer examination reveals thousands of tiny vermin fleeing into cracks and shadows.

Not being in a favorable position, Dorgrin enters the wastewater and moves closer to the spider swarms.

I assume that we can enter and move in the channel and I still wear the wetsuit. If so, I make a double move SE/SE/E (sorry, I can't move my token on the map right now)
