Ankhef spits out blood, and perhaps a tooth, not liking to be toyed with Ankhef points his finger at the figure in back and grunts at his skeleton to go attack.

Ankhef takes advantage of any confusion granted by his skeleton as he moves forward.

This time ignoring the mummy before hitting himself with CLW since he can't quite reach Hogan.

You want me to join so soon?" asks the man haughtily with a laugh as the skeleton stumbles forward and tries to strike him, but the claw misses wide.

Seherab's strike with his short sword can't find purchase into the thick, dried skin of the mummy as Ankhef heals himself. Hogan, the last hope, waits for Dwizzle's inspiration and then strikes, hitting the mummy hard, but it is still full of un-vitality as it strikes back at Hogan, hoping to return the favor, but the undead here seem to be lacking.

"Perhaps, I should join in..." the man muses as he deftly rises from his chair, supported by magical means, moving into the open air of the tall room. This draws the ire of the skeleton as he moves.

AoO @ Nebta: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14

But the skeleton appears to be inept. Once he reaches the apex, Nebta-Khufre smiles wryly before weaving his hands. The floor beneath the entire group superheats from Nebta's magicks as the stone seems to disintegrate into sand, before letting their feet sink into the mush. Once enough sand has been created, the sand instantly transforms into hardened glass.

The mummy tries to avoid the glass, but is caught in the flaming mass and the group finds that the flames are quite effective.

"Being entangled impedes movement, but does not entirely prevent it unless the bonds are anchored to an immobile object or tethered by an opposing force." All of the glass restraining you is connected, thus you are anchored to your spot. At least that is how I interpret the spell.

Seherab leaps back in time to avoid the flow of molten glass, although the heat leaves the hairs on his legs curling. Deciding that the mummy is better left to Hogan, he drops his sword, pulls out his crossbow, and levels it at Nebta. Swift action to study. Loading a screaming bolt.

Seherab readies a strike from his crossbow as he leaps away from the fiery, molten glass, but Ankhef becomes trapped, casting Liberating Command on someone.

Hogan takes a swipe at the mummy, but his aim is far off from normal as Dwizzle sends out a blast of healing to the party. Nebta-Khufre scowls and pulls out a scepter that begins to glow as he casts a spell, invoking the wrath of Seherab as he fires off a bolt that slams into the wannabe Pharaoh, however he is dismayed when he sees that some of the man's skin cracks off as the bolt falls to the ground, shattering into pebbles when it hits the hardened glass.

Two balls of lightning appear next to Ankhef and Hogan, trying to shock the pair of dwarves.

With a loud *pop*, Dwizzle appears on the right side of the hardened glass.

"Hmmm, uhh, that was... interesting."

Not one to complain about being freed, Dwizzle yelps at the mummy smacks him.

"Hogan! Smack it back! Harder!"

Dwizzle sighs as the electric balls appear and begin shocking his friends.

Are those orbs sticking around? If so, Dwizzle will apply a resist energy to Ankhef. If not, he'll cast Prayer. I assume they are sticking around so that's my posted action.

Despite everything going on, Dwizzle continues to deliver a rousing sermon about the finer aspects of dwarvism.

"Damn," Seherab mutters as he notes the stony skin of Nebta. Nonetheless, Seherab decides to continue with his current strategy of harassment.

Seherab readies another bolt as Ankhef is disrupted by the Ball Lightning that sends a jolt of electricity through him. Summoning his holy power, he tries to heal his wounds, but the obsidian seems to be draining away his power.

Hogan puts down the last mummy with a mighty swing as the electricity blasts him as well, while Dwizzle leaps to aid Ankhef, protecting him from electrical attacks.

"You have lasted one round. That is admirable. How about round two?" he says with a grin as Seherab lets loose his bolt as the Mask of the Forgotten Pharaoh shines with a golden light. The bolt hits the Stoneskin and chips off more rock, but causes a slight hiccup for the man as four skeletons erupt from the mask, falling to the ground and landing with a giant thud onto the obsidian, shattering the hardened glass under their feet. They stand up proudly as they hold their weapons menacingly.

"Good luck." he says, his mask hiding a wry grin. With a flick of the wrist, the man sends the orbs to harass Seherab and Dwizzle.

Just before Dwizzle's turn comes around, he'll use an immediate action to cast his own liberating command on Ankhef as he observes the dwarf continuing to struggle...

Dwizzle just narrowly ducks out of the way of the lightning orb as he wipes sweat from his brow. He continues to prattle on about Ra-Tor, but his voice is clearly hoarse (1 rd left after this one on the sermon).

Somehow between his sermon and dodging lightning, Dwizzle utters a prayer to Ra-Tor.

Cast Prayer, so +1 luck bonus to many things for us, and -1 to many things for them.

Did the skeletons step up on Dwizzle? I could've sworn I stepped him back to cast, as I'd clearly not want to provoke AoOs by casting next to two enemies. If a 5ft wasn't available (can we not 5ft at the moment?) - Dwizzle would've cast defensively from the get-go. I'll let GMBold decide how to officiate here...

You are in difficult terrain from Obsidian Flow, so you'd have taken AoOs from movement. The skeletons haven't moved from where they were summoned. I haven't touched the map since when I placed the skeletons on it.

I moved Dwizzle up if you're OK with it being the cause of AoOs from moving last round (5ft/difficult terrain). We're not in a place where I can take another pair of AoOs (one from casting, and then one from moving), so if a second pair of AoOs would be levied, then Dwizzle would stay pat next to Hogan.

Seeing his allies in fairly rough shape, Dwizzle does something quick and easy - he channels his holy might to mend their wounds.

Channel (to heal): 2d6 ⇒ (5, 4) = 9

22+9hp=31.

As Dwizzle finishes, his voice is clearly hoarse from his sermon.

"*cough* I can't... *cough* keep talking.. about.. Ra-Tor.."

This clearly seems to be the most panicked Dwizzle has ever been, given his love of talking.
