I just remembered that Sir Thomas has cast Shield Other on EVERYONE, so, since you both failed your checks, it seems like we are at a problematic part since he takes 13 from each of you...

As the acid washes over Zakon, his skin bubbling and cracking, he howls in pain. "Stupid fourth catch. Who has four catches? Sorry about that boys. I'll do better next time." As Zakon regains his feet from his crouch, he looks at his arms slowly healing some of the acid damage.
"That was some blast, can't believe I did't loose all the skin on this ar .... by the First! Holy man!" realizing that Sir Thomas had just told the group that he could abate some damage if it came to a fight, Zakon figures that the man took too much damage. Seeing him on the floor smoldering, Zakon takes a defensive stance over Sir Thomas.
Turning to the others, he shouts "Quick, search him or throw me a potion to heal him. We gotta get him back on his feet." Zakon looks expectantly at the others.

"Let's get this over with." With the trap triggered, Zakon opens the door and moves into the next room. Crouched in a fighting position, he is ready for whatever evil lurks behind.

@Sir Thomas: Make sure to update your spells for the two CMW that were cast.
Nizvit rushes to help Sir Thomas and when he touches him, the minor wounds sustained by the kobold are instantly healed.
As Naxx pours a potion down Sir Thomas' throat, Zakon pilfers three potions and heals himself back up to full as the Paladin turns into a body of pure energy and, upon returning to his natural form, he finds he is fully healed.
During this time, no one seems to disturb the adventurers.

Situated on some precarious planks laid from vat to vat, you see a man crouched, illuminated only by the reddish glow from the liquid in the vat and barely visible through the smog and darkness.
"It seems that Grine was right..." the man mutters. "I guess it is time to deal with you lot." he says as if speaking to himself.

It begins to glow and pulse, those nearest can smell the faintest wisp of ozone. Blue-white electricity begins to spark out of it and oscillate down his arm before resting in his balled up fist. Small arcs shoot out as he clenches and unclenches it.
Tilting his head to the side Zakon take a good look at Vorkstag, trying to quickly ascertain his strengths and weaknesses before imbuing himself with his inane arcane power. If possible the electricity pluses to an even greater magnitude. +1 shock
Running forward on the precarious planks, Zakon swings for the man's jaw, hoping to snap the man's head back while simultaneously injecting him with electricity.

FYI I used my Tattoo spell, but I have Shocking Grasp also prepared from my spell book, so that description was just for flavor. I also activated my Tiger Strike, so all the unarmed damage is slashing. Also I get +2 to CMD against bull rush, overrun, and trip. Now let's just hope I don't fall in the vats.

You made the Acrobatics check to walk on the planks, but you forgot to factor in the Sickened debuff from the room and the fact that a Shocking weapon doesn't multiply on a critical, so 9 less damage overall. Still sizable @ 61 points of damage. :D
Zakon treads across the planks with ease as his tail slams into Vorkstag and shocks the man, sending bits of flesh flying from him. They drop with a sizzle into the acid and you begin to see that the humanoid skin is merely a ruse.
Wiping blood from the corner of his mouth, Vorkstag grins. "Of course, you wouldn't be easy, would you?" he says as he easily steps back across the planks, well-versed in the nuances of the perilous boards as well as aided by the talons protruding from his damaged shoes. They seem to grip the board that Vorkstag walks on.
The decaying man looks at Zakon and produces a small vial. He snaps off the glass stem and looks at Zakon with a grin. "This is a mighty dangerous spot, tiefling." he says as he underhanded throws it.

As the bomb explodes above Zakon, he instinctively crouches down to lower his center of gravity. The acid washes over him, bubbling and cracking his skin. He lets out a howl of pain as he stares at the retreating Vorkstag. "This isn't done yet skin changer. I am going to turn your skin into a rug that I am going to wipe my feet on every day."
Before Zakon can advance, an explosion overhead signals the end of Grine. "Well placed. Now let us hope he did not have any evidence on him." Zakon's sarcastic comment falls on deaf ears as they concentrate on the foes before him. "Be ready skin changer, I'm coming for you."

Sir Thomas, wounded by the severe incoming damage, takes the time to heal himself up as Nizvit focuses on the man in the vats, sending out a huge fireball to explode into the man.

As the fireball impacts on the man, you see the body freeze and the man turns crystalline before seemingly melting before you. The liquid tumbles into the vats.

Startled, you look up and see a darkened figure. The outline of the shadowy creature appears to be an elf, at least that is what the pointed ears mean to you. You cannot really make out any other features, however.
"Greetings, mortal. You seem to have a penchant for death..." it says. "However, since you are my vessel for the moment, I cannot let you die."
The voice sounds a bit feminine as it continues. "Last time, I had to take over your body to keep your from being entirely eaten by those spiders, but now it seems that you are alone and the resurrection will be a bit smoother."
She moves to your body and begins to tug on your arms. You hear the sound of your bones breaking, but you are seeing that she is trying to make you less deformed.
"This resurrection shouldn't impact your life force as much as the last when I made you my avatar, if at all." she adds without stopping her work.

Grabbing a vial from his bandoleer, he gives it a shake cracking a smaller glass vial inside the larger one. The two chemicals instantly begin to mix and bubble, forming a cloudy substance. Zakon downs the substance in one large gulp.
Instantly his tail begins to stretch and elongate, swaying back and forth over his head in a hypnotic pattern. Drink Longarm extract.
"Now the fun begins." Zakon strolls to within threatening distance of Grine.

"Also, sorry about the mutations. Not much I can do about that once you skirt the dimension between life, death and undeath." she adds as she reaches down with both arms and grips your head.
With a sickening crack, you see that your neck and head are back in place.

Naxx hits the man with acid as he resists most of the damage, though Sir Thomas is hurt once more.
The dark creeper scowls as Zakon closes in, however the tricksy cleric of Norgorber isn't quite so easily taken down.

As the man casts, you see fog billow out from his glowing green holy symbol, filling the room. "You should know better than that, Zakon." he says with a sneer as he disappears from view.

I know I made the hit points a bit confusing but I think the totals are a little different.
I started the fight with 37
On turn 1 I took:
11 of the bomb damage from Zakon
9 negative energy damage
5 negative energy damage from Nizvit
2 negative energy damage from Naxx
This totals to 27 leaving me at 10.
I am not sure if the life links were up, I put them up "if there was enough time".
If they are up I took another 5 damage from Zakon at the start of my turn in round 1.
In round 1 I cast CMW healing 20. This would put me at either 30 or 25(if the life links are up)
At the start of my turn in round 2 I would have taken another 5 damage from Zakon if the links are up. This would put me at 20 if that is the case.
fort save: 1d20 + 10 - 2 - 2 ⇒ (3) + 10 - 2 - 2 = 9

As a point of clarification with shield other. My ally takes half damage (so it rounds down if uneven). I take the remainder of the damage (so it effectively rounds up for me).
If Nizvit would have taken 9 damage. He would take half (4). I would take the remainder (9-4=5).
