Around the wounded zombie, Aarakess watches the necromancer begin to cast another spell. Despite her best efforts, she is unable to identify it. However the slight darkening of her vision as the spell was cast causes her to realize that her strength to avoid the spell was more than a little lucky.

Spellcraft: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (5) + 9 = 14
Fort Save: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 1 = 18

Hoping to keep Filge from any more evil acts, Aarakess uses her Slumber Hex on him.

Slumber Hex - Fall asleep for 2 rounds unless DC15 Will save. - Evil Eye should still be in effect making his saves -2.

"That was a spell to blind or deafen." the cleric calls out.

Sorry, did not realize that he had moved back.

I will take a 5-foot step to I5 which should avoid that AoO.

If I cannot do a 5-foot step and this move will cause an AoO, then I will use a Healing Hex on the zombie.

Dryn retrieves a flask of acid from her pack as she moves up, cautiously staying further back this time.

Not sure if an Acid Flask is going to count as a weapon or not. If so I can attack this round, otherwise I'll use my move for a move, standard to retrieve the flask. Move to K3. If able to attack, throwing flask at K6.

Bad news as it is a jump down it would provoke, good news is you hit

Aarakess sees Filge back up and not sure about the 5'+ jump down to the theater below, she instead decides to touch the zombie with her healing hex. The power of her hex combined with Justin's massive blow was enough to make the zombie fall in a heap.

Dryn, not sure it is a weapon, but in my home games I always allowed quick draw to include other items like wands and rods, so why not.

Dryn'taka:
Question I have, and this is because I am not 100% familiar with alchemist, don't you only get your Int bonus on your bombs, not flasks? Also I am not sure you can use the precise bombs discovery in that case.

Dryn'taka moves forward and launches an acid flask, hitting the larger zombie and splashing some on its neighbor.

But you are right on Precise Bombs, now that I re-read it. Mind if I have it land at K7 instead then? The two in column 6 would both take 5 damage then. Really don't want more ally splash damage considering some of my earlier throws, lol.

Dryn:
Looking up splash weapons to see if there was I save I found this

A splash weapon is a ranged weapon that breaks on impact

So it looks like you could draw one on a move

Yay, my Daemonic blood quivers in excitement!

As far as the save thing goes, RAW it doesn't. But it does normally do only 1 point of damage (from CRB), whereas Alchemist add on the additional info (APG released later), so it may not have intended for that. I could see both sides of instituting a save for it. Lower levels it keeps it's damage lower and more reasonable. But at higher levels it reduces it's damage a good deal, considering how everything else goes up in Damage. I'd be fine with whatever, though, you're call on it.

"The walking dead guys were kinda neat, but not so much now." Dryn looks at the undead around the room. "I'd say it depends on where he got his raw materials from. If he's been digging up graveyards, it's kinda mean and not nice, especially trying to kill us, but he didn't hurt anyone until we came in. Otherwise, I say we beat him up and make him tell us, then do not nice things back! I bet the town guard would love to hear about him digging up their dead relatives to make servants out of." A rather ominous smile overcomes Dryn's face at the thought, obviously not thinking about the legal thing to do so much as the guards getting ahold of him.

I do not think that I have cured anyone but myself so far today - so:

Healing Hex-Justin: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
Healing Hex-Kilthan: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11

I also use a healing hex on the remains of the zombies and skeleton so that the good energy of healing really removes the taint of undeath.

Whether they were alive or dead, what he did was unnatural. He used the dead, which the good people of this town put to rest, as playthings and toys. And an even more important question is, where did he find dead trogolytes and a dead bugbear? That is a more troubling issue as these are evil malicious creatures which should be kept far from the town, whether they are alive or dead.

I also cast Detect Magic to see what he has in his place and what magical effects he has on himself from the spells and potions he used.

Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (6) + 9 = 15 <-- I assume that where we are would qualify for the +3 in shadows bonus from my familiar.

Aarakess:
Being from around here, Smenk is very influential and is rumored to have the guard in his pocket. Turning him over to the guard may not do much other than to see him walk free if Filge is indeed working with or for Smenk

He had spectral hand cast, mage armor, and false life

He has an amulet that is a bird skull on a leather thong that is magical and carries a potion that is magical.

He has fine silver operating equipment near the blue body on the table that you think would fetch 500gp as a set.

On one of the shelves flanking the operating table is a foot long and half as wide sealed jar that contains a segmented green worm bobbing in some sort of liquid.

Knowledge (religion) DC 15:

It is part of a creature known as a spawn of Kyuss. It may be worth 10gp to someone interested in studying it

What do you know about Smenk, I would be interested in hearing what rumors you have about the good businessman. It better be very useful, because the good lizard paladin has a slightly different view on justice than some of the rest of us. Especially when the wrongdoer was involved in necromancy.

I look at the table: And how did you come into the possession of a Spawn of Kyuss?

Potion of cure moderate wounds, amulet of natural armor +1

"I will tell you everything you want to know. You can have everything here that I have including my items like that potion or my bird amulet. But I want a promises from each of you, and that lizard especially, that I will be able to leave without being harmed. I will walk away and you'll never see me again. And you'll want to know what I know about the danger to town, including where that worm came from. You will not know any of this without me telling you and I am not saying a thing without your promsises."

HP 24/24 - AC 21 (T 12, FF 19) - F +3, R +3, W +7

Rohara will channel energy to heal up those still injured...
Channel Energy (heal & exclude Filge) 1d6 ⇒ 5

"Well Sir, while you do have some knowledge, we will take all that you have regardless. You have surrendered, as such I beleive most of my companions here will agree that we are not going to kill you in cold blood." she looks over at the others and then comments with a shrug, "But there are others that just may... given the chance."

"I will agree that we will let you live. As to your information, if it proves as valuable as you claim, I can agree to let you on your way this night." Rohara comments. "but you tell us everything and if it is not as important as you claim, then the authorities as they are, will have you.

Make your choice, Sir.

Filge looks around and licks his lips and says, "The lizard needs to promise then I will answer any of your questions fully and without holding anything back."

Ask away, assuming Justin is ok with that deal
