Is Rowena allowed to burn a Hero Point to gain an immediate action?

If so, it'll be a trip attack, defensively.
Trip: 1d20 + 9 - 4 ⇒ (20) + 9 - 4 = 25

"He's over here," she calls out.

you definitely can, so he is tripped and only rolled a 20 to hit and then misses

Trevor looks puzzled at Quintus' orders. For now, he just obeys. "Fine, but my whole body's aching!"

So posted initiative order is still the same Rowena/Kelkzar is up (Everyone is technically)

AC 22/12/20, HP 80/80 F: +8+1, R: +5+1, W: +10*+1

Round 10:

Quintus invokes more divine healing for Iomedae's stricken champion.

Pulling lesser restoration to cast cure moderate wounds, healing Trevor for: 2d8 + 3 ⇒ (3, 3) + 3 = 9

Quintus is down to 2 1st level spells, 3 rebuke deaths, and one channel. Everyone, try not to get hit ;-).

AC 23/T 23/FF 17; F/R/W +12+2/+13/+11; Max HP 90; Current HP 44+18; Effects: haste, bear's endurance, mage armour, resist fire (20), telepathic bond

Technically, once Rowena used the hero point, she treats that trip as if it were a readied action, meaning she is now just before the male cleric in order. However, if you want an action...

She brings her foot down hard at the man's head, trying to knock him senseless.
Stunning kick attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18
Damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6 Fort save DC 14 or be stunned for one round.

Attack of opportunity if he tries to stand, same thing.
1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20
Damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7 and Fort save

Rowena You are interpreting correctly, which means you are last in the initiative order but still go again before the prone cleric!

AC 22/12/20, HP 80/80 F: +8+1, R: +5+1, W: +10*+1

Quintus claps Trevor on his recently-healed shoulder with a chuckle. "Up and at them, hero!"

I don't think I can act this round, right?

Trevor,You were healed last round above zero so I don't see why not

But Quintus wouldn't necessarily be able to heal me. So I'll just get on my two feet this round.

I think it can be fair to say that you came to and drank a potion last round and gathered your equipment and stood this round while receiving more healing from Quintus

Just realized that Ro has the bullied trait, giving her a +1 bonus on all unarmed attacks of opportunity, which I've forgotten about till now. I think that 20 hit anyway, though.

Also, she's not fighting defensively now that she's trying to land a stunning blow.

Round 10

Kelkzar shakes his head in disbelief as the ape squeezes its way into the hallway. Girding for another fight, he jabs the longspear Rowena just left at the ape.
Attack (Longspear, Power Attack) 1d20 + 6 - 1 ⇒ (4) + 6 - 1 = 9

Kelkzar's grabs the new weapon too quickly and doesn't get a good thrust. Rowena barely misses her stomp but does follow through as he rises, but is not fazed by her kick.

Rauno up last!

I'll DMPC Rauno for now and he'll delay since the head priest is prone.

GM Blood:

Seeing the ape's difficulty in the small space, Kelkzar takes a little more time lining up his next thrust with the spear. The ape's hide is tough, but Kelkzar's patience is rewarded when he drives the spear through opening a wicked tear in the creature's shoulder.

Trevor steps forward, axe high above his head, and lets it drop in a diagonal arc, bending kness with the swing to increase momentum.

1d20 + 8 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 8 + 2 = 161d12 + 9 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 9 + 3 = 17

AC 22/12/20, HP 80/80 F: +8+1, R: +5+1, W: +10*+1

"Rauno, trade places with me--I need to heal Rowena!"

I think Rauno can take a 5' step at this point. If he does, Quintus steps up and casts cure light wounds on Rowena for: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11 HP.

Last action, Rauno only used a standard action to fire a crossbow bolt. If the GM will allow it, he'll use a step or move to trade locations with Quintus. If not, I guess Quintus can ready the action and Rauno will trade with him at the start of his next turn.

Rowena sweeps a leg at the priest.
Trip: 1d20 + 9 - 4 ⇒ (17) + 9 - 4 = 22

Then she reaches out to wrest the man's flail from his hand.
Disarm: 1d20 + 5 - 4 ⇒ (16) + 5 - 4 = 17 (does he have the -4 prone penalty against a disarm?).

If it works, she flings the flail behind her. She's still fighting defensively.

She does provoke an AoO with the disarm.

I believe his penalty to AC would affect his CMD, but also diasrming while unarmed gives a -4 penalty so I believe those two would negate.

AoO Prone 1d20 + 10 - 4 ⇒ (12) + 10 - 4 = 18

Don't forget to adjust your hps from the 7 taken last round then the 11 healed by Quintus

Would that -4 penalty apply here, given that even when unarmed she still counts as having a weapon for all other things given that her unarmed attacks are considered armed attacks.

That's very confusingly worded, but I think my point is in there somewhere.

I think you are right, consider him disarmed.

The wounded ape concentrates its attacks at the closest target and the one that gave him a massive gash across its body.

cure light wounds 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6

Flail 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21 Don't remember your fight defensive AC
Damage 1d8 + 3 + 3d6 ⇒ (6) + 3 + (2, 4, 6) = 21 *Will save DC 15 for 14 points of damage instead*

Lastly the remaining tiefling, somehow still standing from the fight, give over to the magically held Lessien and takes his greataxe to her, killing her while helpless.

Coup-de-Grace 3d12 + 18 ⇒ (10, 1, 9) + 18 = 38

As she dies, a blast of light bursts forth from her enveloping the party and Zon Kuthonites then shoots off to the east in the shape of an arrow.

You are healed and they are damaged 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7. The tiefling celebrating the kill gets blasted and there is nothing left of him but his gear and ashes.

Hmmm...does she hand him the flail before or after he stands?

1d20 - 4 ⇒ (17) - 4 = 13

If before, then that roll was another disarm attempt, with an additional +7 for a 20, though it does provoke an AoO, though that roll above won't succeed since he'll still have the fighting prone penalty.

If after, then that roll was just an attack, with an additional +3, for a 16, which won't hit him despite the prone penalty.

Rowena then stalks forward five feet, following them.
