Moving Kelkzar from bottom of round 1 to top of round 2 for ease of later rounds

Moved Rowen on the map 20' to the east with a double move. She is still gaseous but in place for a flank next round if she chooses (and Trevor or Kelkzar is in place.

Seeing the brutal strikes that Trevor inflicted and the lack of response from the inevitable, Rauno starts another spell that he hopes will help Kelkzar end this quickly.

Kelkzar grins savagely when Rowena manages to trip the Kolyrut. It feels like it has been far too long as he jumps on the opportunity slashing the inevitable with his falchion.
Its been so long, I forget how we ruled this, but I might get multiple AoOs due to Paired Opportunists. I get one because Rowena tripped him with Greater Trip (which automatically provokes from me). I think I also get one due to Paired Opportunists from either her own AoO as a result of Greater Trip or because of her Vicious Stomp.

Its probably best if we don't add +4 bonuses for it being prone. Technically, it's a penalty the creature gets to its AC, and we wouldn't want GM adding it twice (though I don't think it matters with those rolls).

+4 is due to Paired Opportunist, not prone. I get it on any AoOs as long as I'm adjacent to an ally who also threatens a foe when I am taking an AoO. That would be you :)

Kelkzar you do indeed get two AoO!

Kelkzar connects with a solid blow right before Rowena slams the creature to the ground. Due to countless hours training together both Rowena and Kelkzar combine for a number of extra blows before it can react. While Rowena barely scratches the creature, Kelkzar's powerful blows leave large breaches in the creature's skin. Trevor swaps out his weapon too late to join in the attack of opportunity fun.

The creature is seriously wounded now, even as its skin starts to repair itself quickly.Desperate it tries to cast as it stays down, hoping the spell will restore some of its health. The damage to its body disrupts its casting, the spell fizzles out.

"AND STAY DOWN!"

Rauno almost acted too quickly! He was ready to start casting a counterspell to that of the kolyrut, but the creature ruined its own spell when trying to evade Kelkzar. Bidding his time to make a difference, Rauno focuses closely on the creature's hands, watching for it to try its magic again.

Continue to have a ready action to use dispel magic to counter any casting that the kolyrut executes.

Trevor's attacks finally do enough damage to make the creature stop moving. However you can see the damage beginning to repair immediately. You estimate that in less than a minute this creature will be repaired enough to move once again and probably at full health in just a few minutes.

Rauno knows of certain creatures that requires special attacks to stop the regeneration process. However even enough damage will cause a creature to stop. I believe a coup de grace combined with a failed save vs death will do it

Assuming this is what you will want to do....

Coup de Grace Trevor: 2d8 + 42 ⇒ (8, 6) + 42 = 56
Fort Save vs Coupe de Grace: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (5) + 14 = 19 DC 56

Trevor damages the creature enough that even it cannot survive.

A search of the room reveals nothing more. Each of the five statuettes the statues are holding are worth 100gp due to their crafting. The button the Kolyrut was by opens both grates to the north and south. The one to the south leads out of the building to where the red river drains into the caverns below. "Specifically, we would need weapons imbued with the energy of chaos, which is difficult for us to muster. It is not really in the dominion of Sarenrae, and definitely not in the purview of Iomedae.
