Dieter continued to stalk through the fog, even as Storn lay bleeding out on the ground. Sander, seeing a shape moving towards him through the fog, swung his hammer. It connected, and he cried in triumph. His joy turned to ashes in his mouth as he realized he had hit the wrong hag. Molly swore at him, though it didn't hurt. She bent to heal Storn's wounds, and then the pain started. The hag, seeing Molly undoing all of her hard work, slashed at the woman while she was casting her spell. Quill started to fire into the fray, but then realized that with no sight of the hag, he was more likely to hit one of his friends than the foe.
Molly cried out as she was hit, and both she and Mariana started yelling that the hag was south of them.
Sander is at -4 DEX for the duration of the pox pustules spell.
Molly takes 8 damage from the AoO, and must make a DC19 concentration check to get the healing spell off.
Storn gets 10 healing from Mariana, and another 18 healing IF Molly makes her concentration check.

Storn gasps loudly as he feels the healing energy from his companions course through his body. Muttering his thanks, he drags himself out of reach of the hag and gets shakily to his feet. As he stands, he ditches his shield.

As the group staggered about, looking for the hag, the air elemental whirled on. The detritus cloud it kicked up was almost as bad as teh fog it was trying to dispel, but eventually the volume of air it was moving shifted and dispersed the cloud. As Storn tried to stand, the hag contemptuously slashed at him again with her claws and a muttered "Stay down already."
Sander, now that the fog was lifted, rushed in and slammed his little hammer down on the hag, who laughed in his face at the paltry injury. Casually, she swiped one of her claws at the alchemist, rending his shoulder and sapping his strength. The other raked across Storn, dropping the big man to the ground once more. Stepping back, she made a 'come on' motion.
Sander is at -4 DEX for the duration of the pox pustules spell.

Dieter charged in, his sword swinging in a massive overhead blow...which completely missed the hag as she stepped nimbly to the side. Sander couldn't get his bomb off, given that Storn was lying bleeding on the ground next to the hag. If he missed, the explosion could kill the big man. he opted to just drop back and get his sling out, just in case. Molly and her air elemental both struck at the hag, but again she was just too nimble to be hit. She cackled at their efforts, even as Mariana leaned over Storn and healed him with the last of her magics. Quill's arrows slammed into the hag, who glared at him with pain-darkened eyes.
The hag took umbrage at Dieter's attack. "Filthy human! I should have killed you first. I can rectify that now, though." You're next, elf! She clawed at the fighter, dropping the him to the ground. Storn, awake but unable to move, groaned as his armor continued to burn.
@Dieter - I'm going to be nice and redirect one of those claw attacks to someone else. By all rights you should be dead right now and rolling up another character. :p

Mariana's healing energy courses into him and Storn gasps as he awakens into a world of unbelievable pain. His armour is searing his flesh off and he is devoid of strength, unable to move in his heavy armour. Standing over him, he sees the hag and realizes that he is in no position to do anything. He sees Sander trying to throw a bomb and Quill showing incredible bravery. Thankfully, he's conscious and has a wand in his hand.

One of Quill's arrows slammed into the hag, and she glared directly at him. Avoiding the weak blow from Molly, the hag ignored her immediate foes, concentrating instead on the most dangerous of the remaining companions. Her claws raked Quill's side, bringing forth a spurt of blood and pain and weakness in the elf. Mariana used her wand on Storn again, hoping to get her friend on his feet, not realizing that he was barely able to stand. Storn wriggled on the ground, buried by the weight of his still-burning armor.
Molly can make an AoO on the hag as she charges off.

She DOES have a lot of HP, but you have not been hitting her for nearly as much as you think. Most of the attacks rolled in the fog were not valid, due to not actually being able to see the hag. But, yes, she is hurting.

Quill stepped back to fire as if his life depended on it. Judging from the condition of Storn and that other man, that may very well be the case. Unfortunately for him, he rushed the shots and the green-skinned hag closed, claws flashing, even as Sander's latest bomb ruptured over her with a blast of cold. The hag's skin and hair crackled from the cold, fissures of frost appearing on her face even as she slashed at Quill with those hideous claws. MOlly's spell rolled over the hag without effect, and those claws came down, ripping into the elf. Quill felt his strength diminished as huge tears appears on arm and chest. Mariana gasped and looked torn between Storn and Quill. She didn't have many options. She ignored Storn, standing and running towards Quill. Maybe if she could keep the archer alive...
Storn srithed in weakness more shameful than any defeat could be, even as his armor continued to roast him like a suckling pig.

Quill's first arrow stabbed deeply into the hag's chest. She glared at him and started to move forward when Sander's frost bomb hit her exposed back. Ice crystals radiated upwards from her back and shoulders to cover her neck and chest. The old witch gargled something in a dark language, then fell at Quill's feet, quite dead.
Rough, rough fight! Great job everyone.
Storn, the spell ends in 2 more rounds, and you can easily keep ahead of the damage with your wand, so I'll just roll the last of the damage here. 3d4 ⇒ (2, 4, 1) = 7

Storn curls up into the fetal position, plopping his wand into his mouth and sucking on it like a bottle as he tries to heal up before the scar tissue from his horrific burns sets in.

He manages to heal up and then with trembling hands, he manages to get out of his armour. The mighty warrior, once a mass of muscle and hair, is this tiny pink thing with rubbery limbs. The rapid healing from the wand is likely the only thing keeping his body from being a mass of horrific burn scars. His entire body trembles violently as he tries to walk.
"We need to rest. You all fought well," he rasps in a tiny voice. Slowly, he makes his way over to the big warrior they just saved, tapping him with the wand as well.
Was at 16. -7, +32 = 41/46. Wand is down to 20 charges. Dieter, use what you need to heal up.

Quill slumps against the wall, breathing heavily.
"What was her problem!?" he huffs, grasping his many wounds. "I bet she was the one to ruin the hummus."
After catching his breath, Quill slowly gets back to his feet to stumble over to weakly put another two arrows in the hag's head.

Or you can wait here and come back to our ship with us...if you don't want to go trudging through the swamp in that armor alone. But if you want to go to our ship...it's that way. Tell the captain that we rescued you. He should let you board."
Should the weakness not pass within a few minutes, Quill will cast Lesser Restoration to try to feel better.
