Realizing that wouldn't take any time so you still have your turn

Cyrus Laskaris |
Cyrus frowns to himself, unhappy with his inability to understand the language they are speaking, even if their body language and tone does betray some of their meaning.
Seeing no point in delaying the inevitable, Cyrus looks to the others and attempts to signal them with hand gestures that he is about to make his approach by pointing to himself, then to the building. He waits a few seconds longer, then strolls out, behaving as if nothing is at issue, though he does walk with purpose and intention, not looking around or letting himself get distracted. His hand remains near his falchion, just in case, though he doesn't make any move to draw it unless directly threatened.
GM Bali |
As Cyrus makes his way to the door the ice troll towards the back turns to look his way. For a moment he considers the ranger but soon loses interested and turns his attention back to the argument before him. One of the white haired men also takes notice, chuckles to himself and looks back to the trolls with a wry grin.
Seemingly ignored for the moment Cyrus tries the door and finds it locked.
GM Bali |
Any other actions for this round? At this point you no longer see Cyrus who moved out of sight.

In the square the argument seems to finally break down when the two men make some final comments, one waving a hand dismissively, before both assume wolf form and trot off to the East.
The trolls, clearly unhappy but seeming to have no further interest in the retreating wolves, turn around and catch sight of the party.
The three then begin walking your way.

I'll update tonight so if there's anything anyone else would like to add please do so.
Kobad the Sorcerer |
crap, I hate trolls, or whatever these things are
As the trolls approach, Kobad's hands start to heat up, small waves of heat can barely be seen but those next to him can feel it.
Once the Trolls are within 35 feet of the group, Kobad tosses that heat and it erupts into an arc of fire striking the first troll then it arcs to the next closest troll.

GM Bali |
Sorry guys I should have been more specific in my last post. We're at Droguk, Kobad and Natasza. Cyrus I'll give you feedback on your perception checks once we get to your init.
Kobad the Sorcerer |

GM Bali |
GM PCing Natasza

Damage: 2d6 + 4 ⇒ (5, 4) + 4 = 13
The hit lands and nearly sends the gnome flying.
You hear a heavy bolt being pulled and the door opens a few inches. A wizened mans face wearing a pair of glasses looks around through the opening. "Who are you and where's Ringeirr?"
At the same time you clearly hear the sounds of battle being joined to the southwest. The man hears it as well and his suspicious look turns to one of fear. "What's that ruckus? I don't want any trouble!" he says and seems to be about to slam the door.
Cyrus is up
Cyrus Laskaris |
Before the door could be slammed in his face, Cyrus forced his arm through the opening; not trying to grab the man, just making it so that if he tried to slam the door, it was just get slammed on his arm. Painful, sure, but...effective. "Dammit, you think we do?!" he hisses in a low voice. "Ringeirr's with us; we need to talk when the fightin's done! Please don't run!" he says, the urgency and concern for the others clear in his voice.
His plea made, he withdraws his arm, commanding Duneyrr to follow as he rushes out into the open to see if his friends need help, drawing his falchion while on the move.
GM Bali |

Kobad the Sorcerer |
Kobad quickly surveys the scene looking to find the best possible course of action.
He remembers that Trolls usually need fire to stop them from regenerating, at least that is the way they are back home well, actually what he read... well truthfully, from what he was told by his father.
anyway, fire is what he had.
Kobad makes some swirling motions with his hands as a line of flame starts to form following his hand motions.
he then launches the line at the Troll least injured striking the troll and burning him. the arc then leaps from that troll to the next standing troll (if there is one) burning that one as well.

GM Bali |
Reflex: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22
Rage in his eyes, Droguk brings down a devastating blow on the closest troll sending it back to the ground with it's skull sundered but disturbingly already starting to knit closed. Before the creatures supernatural healing makes much progress however an arcing stream of flame leaps out from Kobads hands, burns it's companion severely and then leaps to the fallen troll and ends it's life.
Cyrus Duneyrr can certainly advance with you but you were both around the back of the house so didn't have line of sight to charge or even specifically know what was going on. I've moved both of you onto the map where a double move would put you.
Natasza/Tough are up
Ringeirr, Troll1, Nadya, Natasha, Droguk, Kobad, Natasza, Tough, Troll2, Cyrus, Duneyrr
GM Bali |

Bellowing in anger the troll attacks the mammoth in front of him as he glares death at the man who burned him.

The distraction throws off his attacks however and they fail to land.
The party is up....
GM Bali |
The brutal blow lands and opens a terrible wound along the trolls side. It seems confused at first before toppling over.
End of combat
The sound of battle ends and leaves the small square in relative silence. You note some silhouette's quickly vanish from windows as your gaze passes but no signs of immediate threats.
Cyrus Laskaris |
"Well..." Cyrus begins as he and Duneyrr step back into the main square with the others, intending to help. "Seems you guys have it well under control. We shouldn't hang around, though. There's no way this escaped notice."
Turning his attention to Ringeirr, he draws his attention to the door he was at moments ago. "Your friend is inside, but he's got a bad case of paranoia or something. I think it's gonna take you to get us inside."
