Okay, now I'm confused. I was reading up on things a bit more, and found in the PRD that one-handed blades have Hardness 10 and 5 HP. A +1 weapon gets an additional 2 Hardness and 10 HP. In addition, there's this:

So it seems that Elindriel's falcata has some more HP-losing to do before it's officially broken.

Whoops, I thought I remembered the HP weapon chart correctly, so you're right 15 HP for the weapon.

As far as your weapon having the broken condition, it's a specific condition of the enemy your just fought that causes the broken condition.

With everyone prepared (and a thorough examination results in no traps on the door) Maul pushes the door open.

The sweeping ceiling of this spacious gallery allows for a huge display of framed painting upon the south wall, each of which sports a different monster looking down on a raised platform at the center of the room. The platform supports a simple table covered with an open book and numerous burning candles of various colors and lengths.

As Elindriel walks into the room and looks at the fallen painting, she sees 8 others along the wall: a large blue humanoid; a winged lion with a spiked tail; a gaunt red humanoid with demonic features and red ooze coating its thin frame; a four-armed, white-haired gorilla; a humongous dinosaur with a head that could swallow Ki AND Sty whole; a three headed creature that seems to made up of goat, red dragon, and lion; a fiery-red humanoid from the deserts, and a gigantic man from the frozen tundra.

Before she can do anything else, though, the sound of torn canvas can be heard and a three headed creature that seems to be made up of goat, red dragon and lion appears in the center of the room, howling out!

DC 22 Perception:

A high pitched laugh can be heard from in front of the now torn painting!

That is a chimera, a dangerous creature that can use all of its heads to strike out at those nearby as well as blast out deadly breath based on the dragon head that is on it! Luckily, it doesn't bear any special resistances or defenses.

The dragon head on the creature immediately sees the half-elf, steps forward and looms out a huge gout of fire that shoots out in a cone!

As the creature moves up to attack Elindriel, another painting is audibly ripped and a huge carnivorous dinosaur appears in the room, nearly butting into the chimera!

That there, is an allosaurus... while not capable of swallowing things whole, it can still grab onto things with its mouth. The allosaurs moves rapidly, being capable of deadly bites and leaping with its large talons if it can get a running charge first!

The chimera moves up and tries to savagely bite Elindriel!

The lion's maw bites hard into Elindriel, leaving her critically wounded!

The dinosaur, moves towards Julian and tries to bite him through the doorway as well as lashing out with both of its fore claws, moving incredibly nimbly for its size.

BTW If the Chimera is summoned it can't physically attack Elendriel as long as she is in the circle vs evil. Breathing will still work though

I had to reread the section for this after your comment just to make sure I wasn't screwing something up. However, these aren't summoned creatures, but 'bound' ones. And it happens that damaging a painting ends the binding. So I do need to remember about the other benefits for Elindriel now that she's in the Circle of Protection (bonus to saves and AC), but not being normal summoned creatures, they can still touch you all night long.

Eww.

As Julian prepares his bow, Julian strikes back at the allosaurus, landing only a single claw against the dinosaur! Ki's lance, though, causes horrific damage to the beast, which still fights despite the now gaping wound.

Rozimus holds back, wondering what to do to help 'Lady' and nearly panicking when Miss Dominique hits the area with a wave of positive energy before making another incantation, causing Elindriel AND a tiny winged demon with green skin and ram horns appears in front of the newly damaged painting, still laughing at the party.

That's a quasit! A tiny demon that's often a servant. They can turn invisible at will, have a modicrum of fast healing, and typical demonic resistances and damage reduction (cold iron or good beasting it).

The little demon, unaware of its visibility, moves towards another painting...

They have several powerful spell-like abilities, including the ability to enlarge themselves or others, invisibility, scorching ray at will, and generating extreme heat with their strikes. Once per day, they can even grant wishes, turn into gas, or create powerful images that constantly remain.
