(Male Human Oracle of Life)

Aye, that's alright. I still have a DF response or two, creating 3 PC's for Borum's game and an Exhalted PC for RL & going out for board games tonight.

Yeah we're still around but College is being difficult and Fafsa is being a complete and utter...gar. Will have a post up on this very very soon.

Gaaah, FAFSA... nothing says "please invalidate my college experience like making me fill out a form about my finances while I'm studying to try to improve them."

Hope things get better soon.

(Male Human Oracle of Life)

I take it FAFSA is the US financial body. Yeah my friend has a problem with them, she took a 1-year masters course over here (with ripped her off in fees). At the end of it she owed $40-50K, which she cannot defer because she is over here and thus not contributing to the US 'economy'. And she therefore has to pay hundreds of dollars a month compound interest.

Hopefully things will ease up and it's good to hear from you anyway.

Okay, so you guys are split up working on separate projects. Tam and Mord still in this? I don't want to run too far ahead with the two that are actively participating.

(Male Human Rouge Knife Fighter)

yeah we still here I keep telling my brother to post but for tam this I think would be the time hes talking out in the garden so didnt want to just pop in without some time delay sorry

(Male Human Oracle of Life)

That's a great letter Stannis, exactly what we need.

i get that, tam. Just wanna make sure everyone is in one spot, on the same page, and I'm not leaving out free to interact with NPC time for people, since it is somewhat important.

I will be working on a big post to get you all to the same spot once I've heard what Mordecai is up to, and hopefully shake this thing off right.

Completely sorry about the huge gap Aria :( DO you remember College Algebra? I may only have two day a week classes with only 75 minute coursesnbut Math has been smashing down lately, covering two sections at a time doing logarithms with a teacher who tends to rush through things. Couple that with anxiety about the commutative math exam in only 4 weeks, labs in Geology and essays in English and I have been all but completely frazzled...

Mordecai would have done what he usually does, training with his sword, seeing to the defences and also taking some time to train the reformed boys in the use of a simple fighting styles besides their bows. I'd like to build up his character to assume the kind of role that is used to training soldiers to fight. :)

It's my husband's birthday today, so depending on whether or not he chooses to celebrate with Skyrim or his wife when he gets home from work, I may or may not get a post up. I am thinking of a fairly long one, though, to get you all through the evening and the arrival of your guide.

(Male Human Universalist 2)

I plan to celebrate with fishballs and whisky! Not at the same time tho. Beyond that, I dunno. Wanna go bowling, or is your leg still beb? Would be kinda ghey to just be on the computar all day on my birfday.

Mord: Mmmm. Math. Have not touched anything more advanced than middle school stuff since I had to in high school. I am pretty sure that if someone asked me to do the algebra homework of a 9th grader, I would earn said 9th grader detention for sucking too much, along with a notification of concern to the parents.

Working in a field where there are no textbook answers does strange things to one's head. Don't even remember what comes after 3.14 in pi. I guess not HAVING to remember stuff also is to blame, since the computer will instantly tell me that pi is 3.1415926535897932384626433832795...

Now I am going to get back to work. Which sucks right now. Freaking errand boy/intern level crap for me until christmas.

Lets get out and hunt us down a level! :P

(Male Human Oracle of Life)

Happy Birthday, have a great one.

Mord: Did me degree in maths (though it was a few years ago) so if you get stuck; just yell. But I hope it gets easier.

Thanksgiving next week yay :)

Ali:
Thanks Ali :)! I'm stuck on Logarithms at the moment no matter how many times my friend John tries to explain them I can't seem to get a grip on how to work them :( Also :) You got picked for Borum's game with your Songhealer :) if u didn't see that earlier.
(Male Human Oracle of Life)

*whistles*

Pretty sure this one is dead.

I could get more folks for it, but... I don't know if it's really worth saving at this point. You haven't gotten all that far, but you've already started in on the long game stuff, and I don't want to undo that if new folk don't agree to what you're doing.

(Male Human Oracle of Life)

Thought it might be, thank you very much for the game. It was really interesting and I appreciate the hard work you obviously put into it. I really enjoyed playing Ali and I got the chance to have my first PF combat.

(Male Human Rouge Knife Fighter)

Umm hows it dead me and ali are kinda waiting for stannis to say something lol

(Male Human Rouge Knife Fighter)

Are we seriously stopping this why? this was the one game I was hoping this was the one game I could stay in

(Female Human Housewife/1)

hmm. lemme think about this some.

We've lost two players, one at the very beginning wasn't so disruptive, but losing james without a word kinda was. then participation fell off with my husband getting addicted to skyrim and the brothers just not posting much.

as i said in the opening, i came off a very bad KM pbp here where the GM posted more than the characters, and he only had one set of rails. I didn't want my game devolving into that. And with just Ali posting and showing any interest at any given time, that's what I was afraid was happening with my game, that it'd become the Ali runs around talking to my NPCs game.

my CC game is a bunch of elder folk who work and the pace is kinda slow there, I imagine. I can take the pace of this game being slow but when people just drop off without saying anything, I am left wondering what to do.

I was about to introduce your new guide and get things on the mend, and Mordecai basically just dialed it in when he did post that week, which was... disheartening.

I'll think on it through the holidays and how my JR and CC game are going and see if I want to resurrect this one in the new year. Is kinda poor form to start it again with the holidays looming, as I know they will demand a lot of time from folk.

(Male Human Oracle of Life)

Sorry wasn't going to post but that was a straight-line from Stannis, so... :)

(Male Human Oracle of Life)

Happy Anniversary, and many more to come.

(Male Human Rouge Knife Fighter)

yep hopefully we can reincarnate this game some time

(Male Half-Elf Inquisitor of Calistria 1)

Epic sadness from everyone's favorite Calistrean. I was hoping we were still going here even though I did kinda drop from personal crap and lack of a connection. Either way James is back so it's my hope everyone else can be too!

James! Its great to see you again how have you been dude?

(Male Half-Elf Inquisitor of Calistria 1)

Terrible to be perfectly honest but that's neither here nor there. Women are terrible by the way. Just terrible.

Joking. Mostly

Anyhow, how is everything?

Solve it like a Gorean, James. Beat that b*tch up and make her your slave!

If we got our tracker back online, I'll think about resuscitating this thing. Right now Stanis has become immersed in SW:TOR, up from Skyrim when it ended.

(Male Human Oracle of Life)

:)

Sorry to hear about things, 'worse things happen at sea'. Mermaids ;x

(Male Half-Elf Inquisitor of Calistria 1)

While that sounds like fun I've actually chosen the path of celibacy for awhile. And I'd probably be playing TOR as well if I... had... internet...

HOLY S~~#!!

Mental note:Buy TOR on payday.

And I'll catch up and such after getting off work tomorrow and try to make an IC post.

(Male Human Rouge Knife Fighter)

Glad to see you back man we were worried

TOR?

(Male Half-Elf Inquisitor of Calistria 1)

Star Wars:The Old Republic. The new Star Wars MMO by Bioware. They can do no wrong.

(Male Human Rouge Knife Fighter)

Ah cant do MMOs internet sucks here

(Male Human Oracle of Life)

Watched a friend playing SW:TOR yesterday. It was really great, fantastic graphics (although I don't even own a 'next gen' console, let alone a decent gaming pc).

(Female Human Housewife/1)

I've gotten so bored during my hubby's MMO time that I'm reading LKH books. I did not know that there's been 8 of those horrid things printed since I stopped reading them because they spent a ridiculous amount of time describing sex acts. 53 pages into this one there hasn't been a single one.

It's like... wow...

(Male Human Oracle of Life)

Yeah, I have a few gathering dust since the 'Incubus Dreams' debacle. It's quite funny I open one at random page in a book store, 70% of the time it's a sex act. The other 30% I find it interestingly written, especially in a rpg way. But that 70% is way too much for me to think about it. At least it's not the Don Pendleton- Executioner series or Barbara Cartland.

(Male Half-Elf Inquisitor of Calistria 1)

So. I got hit by a car...

I'm ok, a bit banged up, fractured wrist, couple cuts. But since I lost a chunk of ring finger I probably won't want to type much at least for awhile. So I guess you don't have your tracker back yet lol...

Best few months ever.

(Male Human Oracle of Life)

Holy *****. Wish you the best and a speedy recovery. Wow, that's just...
