Rebels Map

Electra starts to summons a hound-angel to her side, while Oggil pummels another of the grey dwarves into the ground. (is this a full round or standard for her?)

It would be stunned if it was still alive, dropping without a sound. Only one of the dwarves is visible between you and Ironwhip.

Ibaz casts a protective ward and moves up with his wand in hand.

Ironwhip strides forward with malice burning in his eyes. Hcalls out some divine incantation in terran.

Βράχια κλήση βροχή κάτω τώρα επάνω τους!!!

And rocks and gravel rain down upon the entire party, inside the room and out into the hallway. This causes rocks: 2d6 ⇒ (2, 6) = 8 damage (no save) and the 40' radius area is difficult terrain with all the loose rocks now on the floor. This ruthless act also drops the remaining duergar soldier.

Electra may need a concentration check unless her summoning was a standard and not 1 round casting, in which case the hound would have been inside the spell. (SR may apply)

Too many for you to dent, but some more of the slaves you could help free. A distraction you could cause. Long enough to get more out.

Swareti, rubs his small wrists and bounds slowly around the room, looking at each of the party members, as if assessing how likely to succeed you may be.

Yes, yes. There are too many duergar in the mountain, even for “mighty heroes” such as you. A plan to free the other slaves I have, if only you could find a key to the manacles.

He looks around, with a hushed voice.

The slavers don’t seem to be able to tell us wayangs apart, so Swareti could slip among the slaves while wearing unlocked manacles, and I waits for the duergar to turn their backs to unlock the manacles of the other slaves. Once freed from their shackles, the slaves could run for freedom.

Nodding with a smile.

Yes, yes. Us wayangs sneak away, while the other freed slaves taking advantage of the duergar’s relative slowness. Good plan, yes?

Electra smiles and nods."Indeed a good plan. We found some keys. Maybe one of those can open your chains!"

"An apple, seemingly whole on the suface, may be ridden with worms within." Oggil nods his head slowly.
"Swareti free dwarves as well as Wayang?" he checks.

Any other actions before leaving this area and raiding deeper into the mountain, attempting to assist with the freeing of slaves?

We have searched the bodies? What did they have on them?

Rebels Map

The bodies of the 4 guards each have 2 potions, alchemist’s fire (x2); banded mail, heavy crossbow with 10 bolts, fine dwarven waraxes, 9 gp

Ironwhip has a potion, magic chainmail, a fine heavy steel shield,
a magic warhammer, a magic cloak, magic headband, onyx piece worth 225gp

The other rooms have not been searched

Ibaz, looking to the cell to the west sees a strange object resting on a stone table behind the barred door where the last guard died.

Varian can confirm the gleaming, solid, ovoid piece of metal with four cylindrical indentations and strange, fluid engravings is strongly magical as well.

I don't mind help the slaves get their freedom. he says.

"As a smiths puzzle purplexes those not initiated into the secrets, so do the powers of these items hide from me? Can anyone else tell what they do?" asks Oggil.

He then starts to search the nearby rooms.

Rebels Map

Ibaz is able to use one of the keys to open the cell to the west. He sees the strange object on the stone table. Chip watches nearby as the door opens.

Oggil searches the cells to the east, and other than the wayang and manacles, not much else in the cells to be found. (Did you plan to unlock his shackles? You found a key to those as well).

There is still a locked/solid door to the south.

Ladies, any actions from you? Or Varian, still detecting magic?

Oggil takes the key and unlocks the Wayang.

"Whether enemy or friend, you are now free. If you can help with freeing the other slaves, both Wayang and dwarven, that would be a great service."
