Doesn't seem like you are. You might want to field another character for this.

Channeling energy to HEAL doesn't hurt anyone in any case (with rare exceptions) - but yes, you channel to HARM undead, you'll harm us all (unless you have Selective Channeling).

@DM: I don't suppose you'd be willing to rule that alchemical infusions of cure wounds aren't positive energy-based, and work on either side of the coin? Otherwise it would be a bummer that Alchemists don't get inflict wounds formulae.

This is going to be very strange, and I expect difficult with healing working as it does. The fact that I am a Pharasman is going to be interesting as well, what with the way we feel about undead. I can't wait to see where this goes. ;)

I modified the marching order and shifted everyone back one and I took the lead spot. Vex is a sharp eyed scout and he is hard to spot so unless otherwise stated, he will take point and he has Trap Spotter. When actively searching he normally just takes 10 on perception checks for a 38 or a 43/45 for traps/magic traps.

Jaysin: Essentially. If you so desire, you may use claw and bite attacks as well... so if someone were so inclined to "go native".. well, the number one rule is to have fun, after all!! Don't forget the darkvision, either!

Caduceus: That is correct.. you will be harmed by positive energy while this template is active. You will not start out as undead though.. so get through the briefing before you make too many decisions here. I am sure it will work out. Besides.. part of the fun (IMHO) of Paladins is to place them in questionable scenarios and to watch them work through the problems and find solutions that will allow them to participate without compromising their duty!

Dr. Zyphyrus: Unfortunately, the scenario takes that ruling away from me. Any "Cure" anything will act as an "Inflict" while the template is active. The text does not specifically address mutagens and extracts, but the intent is made extremely clear.

Vex: You have NO idea.. I can't wait to see how this plays out.

If all goes well, I don't expect this game to take overly long, as long as we keep up our post rate. Speaking of post rate, for those that have not played in one of my games, a few notes about my posting:
Both of my jobs are night shift, so I am almost completely nocturnal. That means that most of my posts will be in the overnight or early morning hours (US time). Fri-Sun, I work at a computer and post prolifically through the night. Mon-Thurs not so much, and either early afternoon when I wake up or after around 3 am CDT. Mon nights and some Tues will see sparse posting from me for multiple reasons, but everyone is entitled to a night away from the computer, right?

Anyways, I hope you enjoy this game and we all have some fun!

Question GM, does this undead template that we are taking on make us immune to my morale effects from Flagbearer and Heroism spell etc? I think per RAW normal undead are. Just not sure we we fall on the spectrum.

Floggentop: Per the spell description of Undead Anatomy: In this form, you detect as an undead creature (such as with detect undead, but not with magic that reveals your true form, such as true seeing) and are treated as undead for the purposes of channeled energy, cure spells, and inflict spells, but not for other effects that specifically target or react differently to undead (such as searing light). Emphasis mine

I will rule that your class abilities and spells will work as per normal with regards to the heroism and flag bearer.

For anyone currently in a game: This being a gameday, I understand the press and volume of games being played right now, and therefore the varied schedules. If you are at such a point in your other game that combat is over and there is no chance of your character dying or having any leftover effects, you may start in this game. If your game is not yet at that point, we will push the start date until you are. There is no need to rush or to exclude people from enjoying this or any other game and I am pretty fluid with being able to adapt things to suit everyone. The only thing I emphatically ask is respect for the first condition, and to pop in and let us know your status so that I don't kick off too early for you, and that we do get started in a timely manner.

Whaddya know, this would be the first time a Pathfinder Society adventure's actually managed to inspire something resembling horror in me - reminds me of an "O. Henry"-style short story I wrote years ago about an alien fast-food franchise factory-farming human stock (granted, I took it a great deal further).
