Andreas looks at Klor and Saxton, is it catching. what if the creature is making them want to go back in to finish what he started.

"If you want to go back in there to let the beast take you, at least wait til morning so our abilities refresh so we can help you with your death wish."

Haundo wrote:

Haundo growled momentarily at De'ohge, baring his teeth slightly at the insult that he stood there and did nothing. He had stood alone against the creature and had been pummeled as thought he were an anvil and that creature was a blacksmiths damned hammer. "Perhaps if you weren't so cowardly as to run from that room we would have beaten it but no, you left me to get my fangs knocked out..."

Saxtons words distracted him for a moment and as he looked back and forth between the others and the slight bickering that was going on he shook his head. Trying desperately to focus his thoughts but when Saxton spoke in his mind again he he shook his head more violently as if there was a bug stuck in his ear. "We did enter the room though. I will show you it is not locked..."

He reached past Saxton and tried the handle once more...

Dunno if this causes it to happen again or if Haundo is under some sort of aversion to touching that particular door.

Also I may have missed it but how many doors are there?

There is one door. The second time you touch it nothing happens.

Andreas Merona wrote:

That is a nice ability for a monster to have. I guess I will save it for another game though.

Male Human [Fay Bound] Power level 8

"I would like to go into this room, I have not been in this room and as you see its still locked. All I can think off is a mind trick of some kind, I felt some thing when I touched it but my mind is not like your can not not be fooled with such tricks. None of you went in, the door was never opened and its still locked and close, I know this for a fact. Again a say you have been tricked in the mind. Look at the dust under the door its not been tempered with, you have not past it."

he kicks the door,

"no one in"

male Dwarf Fighter 1

Klor takes a defensive stance when Saxton kicks the door in case the sound triggers more undead to come at the group.

General, Did ya see a way ta open dat door when ya did yer magic look-see? an if ya tell me there be a monster on da other side I be givin' ya a whallop aside yer head ta set ya right.

Andreas pulls his sword and prepares for a fight that they might end up loosing after what happened before.

"Saxton you need to shut that door before it escapes.

Glad to suggest something for you to throw at us at some point later Watcher

Haundo wasn't just confused he was angry and when Saxton kicked the door he growled. "It is locked, what sorcery is this!"

Brushing Saxton out of the way, Haundo leaned against the frame and passed through once mroe to look around. This time though he focused on the door itself and how it could be unlocked. Also he looked for where its hinges were in case they needed to break it down, weak points would be helpful in that process...

Once he returns to himself he relays his findings to the others...

Male Human [Fay Bound] Power level 8

Saxton move aside and Haundo ruses in, knowing now that they may be coming round to his way of thinking. He thinks of the spell like events

1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26 Spellcraft

::"The mind effect tried to work on me but my Psicrystal is another consciousness and so was not effected and broke its effect, we are linked, that is how I know of the real events her, it witnessed them with me"::

male Dwarf Fighter 1

Klor looks to Saxton a bit confused with all the crystal mumbo-jumbo.

I'm just stubborn he mutters

Sorry for the delay, guys. Work has been kicking my butt.

Will: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5

"Saxton, have you considered that is was you who was bewitched? That you have forgotten the creature we faced?"

male Dwarf Fighter 1

Tobin you want Klor to vanquish this vile creature called "work"?

Nodding in agreement with Tobin, "aye, it looks like you and the dorf are the ones be-spelled!"

Male Human [Fay Bound] Power level 8

Saxton takes he psycrystal of his chest and puts it on the floor,

it grows Crystal legs and moves to face you all, in a voice that is not Saxtons it says.

"May master is correct you have not as yet entered that room, it has been locked all this time and only 1/12 of an hours has passed. There an magic that activated on contact with the door that attempted to effect may masters perceptions but is mind blacked it, as a construct I was not effected. My master is correct you have all mean bewitched, I would say for such magic to be used here, what ever is really behind the still locked and magicked door it was worth investigation by means of the magic gloves, one look will tell you of what you think is in there really there with out the need to open the door"

Saxton looks at you all

Wizard 5, HP 20, AC 13, Touch 13, FF 11, F: +1, R: +3, W: +4, Init +6, Perc +8, Darkvision 60'

"I still think you are the one suffering from the delusion, but I will take a look, if for no reason other than to prove your delusion. I pray in the Shadows that yon beast may not detect my sight and retaliate."

That said, De'ohge, with some trepidation, approaches the door, and, stepping to one side, activates the gloves and places his hand upon the wall next to the door to see into the room.

Male Half-Elf Oracle (Juju) 5

"Be careful..."

Uchendu holds his breath, ready to heal those who enter the room, when the metal monster inside pounds them into pulp...

De'oghe you do not see a monster of any sort on the other side. You only see a war room.

Wizard 5, HP 20, AC 13, Touch 13, FF 11, F: +1, R: +3, W: +4, Init +6, Perc +8, Darkvision 60'

"@#$ It has invisibility!" De' steps back from the door and shakes his head, I'm not going in again!"

Male Human [Fay Bound] Power level 8

"never mind this thing you thought you fight dos the room look like you entered and had a fight in there, I have a feeling it looked dusty and undisturbed as if you had never been inside, which is what has happened "

Wizard 5, HP 20, AC 13, Touch 13, FF 11, F: +1, R: +3, W: +4, Init +6, Perc +8, Darkvision 60'

"We've spent enough time arguing, if that guard was inclined to chase us, it would already be out here. So let's just leave it for later."

male Dwarf Fighter 1

Enough banter and arguin' there be jus one door that I can see, so Sax seein' how you an I know there's no critter on the other side, can you figgur' out how ta open it?

he looks to the rest of the group

unless one a' these scardiy cats want ta try!

Haundo, who had been trying to see through the door again sighs as his ability fails him.

tired of waiting on a response :p

He pulls back from the door and raises an eyebrow questioningly at Klor. "Instead of running our collective mouths let's break the door down and be done with this." He pulls out his holy symbol and taps it against his chest, focusing his energy to increase his strength temporarily so that he could break down the door with a single blow. As his ability surges through his muscles, his armor strains to contain him. Haundo you unable to see the workings of the lock on the door. You do however see an empty war room..

Huando and Klor are able to knock the door off of its hinges, allowing them to step inside the war room.

Male Human [Fay Bound] Power level 8

Saxton looks past them into the room but dos not go in until just yet.

GM Q:

A- in Discussion GM

Male Half-Elf Oracle (Juju) 5

With the greatest of trepidation, Uchendu waits for those who enter the room to be pounded into a fine paste...

...when that does not actually happen, he looks quite confused...

...peering into the room, and finding that there is, in fact, nothing in there only heightens his confusion.

"Maybe it was a summoned construct, and it ran out whilst we were arguing outside...?"

Bard 4/Gun 1, HP 39, AC: 17 Tch 12 FF 15 F: +5, R: +8, W: +4, Init: +2, Per: +8

"I am thinking it is invisible." Andreas looks into the room to try to get a look and see if the monster is there.

Gun 3/Clr 2 - HP 36/36: AC 26: Touch: 12 Flat: 24 - F+7, R+6, W+5 Init +5; Darkvision (60 feet); Per +8

Haundo stomps into the room, his earlier confusion turning to anger as he growled at the empty sweeping. "Let's continue forward, if we find it we destroy it, let's get the weapons and get out of this place..."

Haundo looks for any visible doors in the room and for anything unseen as well.

Perception - Search for doorways and hidden spots 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22

male Dwarf Fighter 1

Klor enters the room beside the general.

see no monster. but just in case he was wrong Klor reaies his axe and shield for combat anyway. takes a deep breath and begins searching for signs of some sort of vualt or doorway.

perception 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19

Haundo walks in with Klor while some of the others wait outside, and he finds a hidden door.

Gun 3/Clr 2 - HP 36/36: AC 26: Touch: 12 Flat: 24 - F+7, R+6, W+5 Init +5; Darkvision (60 feet); Per +8

Haundo's ears perk up as his keen eyesight catches something slightly off with the wood walls of the war room and after gently tapping the walls a couple of times he confirms his suspicions. Giving a happy bark, he waves the others forward as he remarks to Klor. "Hidden door, I'm sure of it."

He presses up against the door and uses his ability once more, forcing his spirit to pass to the otherwise and see what there is to see...

Male Human [Fay Bound] Power level 8

Saxton walking in slowly his arms behind his back looking around but touching nothing.

any documents GM you said it was a war room?

with sad smile he says.

"I do hope you believe me next time"

then he sees Haundo presses up against a wall and stops to look at what he is doing.

male Dwarf Fighter 1

Klor stands guard over the general while he surveys the other side.
when Saxton approaces
found some sort a secret door. Da Genereal ere' be doin' his magic look see

Male Human [Fay Bound] Power level 8

"That's good yes, could be what we are looking for. I must say this is an odd room. Magic on the door and now secret door, what ever next, traps?"

Sorry Huando I did not see your post.

Huando puts his hand to the door, and is able to see into the room. He sees various weapons and a few other items. They are not organized neatly though so it is hard to tell what is in there from this side of the door.

Gun 3/Clr 2 - HP 36/36: AC 26: Touch: 12 Flat: 24 - F+7, R+6, W+5 Init +5; Darkvision (60 feet); Per +8

Returning to himself with a shudder Haundo staggers back and gives a happy bark. "Weapons on the otherside of this door, can't tell what's all there but we may have our armory."

Haundo then starts looking for a way to open the door.

Male Human [Fay Bound] Power level 8

"That's good yes? what we came looking for, there must be a way in if its a hidden door like a hidden button?"

Saxton starts to look for some think that may open the door as well.

could you make rolls GM

Male Human [Fay Bound] Power level 8

GM? do we find a way?

I got kidnapped by the debates. I am meant to ask why did you want me to make your rolls for you?

That DC was kind of high. I think I will say that Saxton, and Klor's post were used as "aid another"

Huando finds a hidden switch in the wall. Pressing it causes the door to open.

Male Human [Fay Bound] Power level 8

Haundo I already gave you the location for the switch to open the door, but I see you rolled a nat 20. I will let you use that for your next roll.

PS:I see my last post may not have been clear.

Short version: The switch to open the door was found.

Male Human [Fay Bound] Power level 8

Wile the others still stand around pensivly looking on at what they fear is there, Saxton says.
"Haundo please lead the way in, Klor are you coming? we may need your axe"

male Dwarf Fighter 1

I was trying to figure out from the posts if we opened the door or not but I guess we did

well lets go git our weapons. General syas this be da armory.

Klor grabs his axe and shield and moves on into the room scanning for something that may catch his eye.
