Hey Feral - Khel here - I know you usually don't do the lottery thing, but I thought I'd throw my new grippli amnesiac psychedelic psychic into the mix in case I can get into this game.
I don't run lotteries. Lotteries give everyone an equal chance but, more importantly, they reward people that sign up for everything. I prefer to focus my GMing efforts on rewarding people that are giving back to the play by post community - without them we wouldn't be here looking for games in the first place. If you're a new player I suggest you keep an eye on the Flaxseed lodge. Games dedicated to helping new players start up all the time.

Unfortunately being prone doesn't cause you to lose your Dex bonus to AC, so you can't sneak attack someone just for being prone.

It turns out that I mixed up some of Telda's buffs. Interestingly enough, she has shield of faith at 1-2 but doesn't have it at 4-5. As a result, I've got good news and bad news.
Good news: Her AC is 3 points lower for most of the party!
Bad news: Ashara's summons cannot hurt the boss. Also, the AC difference isn't enough to make the attacks from Senketsu and Yurei that did miss, hit.
I've removed the 9 damage the summons did. We'll say last round was when Ashara realized her summons were ineffective and she moved them to attacking the elementals. As a result another elemental is dead.
Unrelated to my mistake: Please post the email address you'd like your chronicle emailed to. If you're against the idea of posting your email address publicly, you can PM it to me but please note in the subject line that the PM is for this game. Please send it even if I've emailed you before. Paizo's PM system needs a major overhaul. It's a huge pain to dig up old PMs.
