He does gain +2/+2 against humans as favored enemies, so that's -2 to attack overall, which leaves his dual wield at +3/+3
With half movement for Entanglement, Linflass will try to get at the mayor or the weaver (preferably her first). Failing that, he'll attack the closest thug.
Linflass jerkily hobbles towards his enemies, hampered by the growth from his leg.

Round 1 wrap up.
The Mayor casts a spell and touches himself as he waits for his men to advance on the party and subdue them. Eldwin is able to recognize the spell being cast(Protection from Good). Alizna laughs and simply points at Linflass. Linflass you momentarily feel overcome with a sense of sleepiness but are able to will yourself to stay awake. Tomas you let your arrows fly, one at each caster. The first arrow strikes the mayor in the arm, penetrating his skin. He cries out in pain. Your second arrow strikes Alizna and she cries out in pain as well as the arrow sticks into her leg. Eldwin your crossbow bolt goes wide. Linflass you start making your way to Alizna and you reach her but you are not able to hit her. The Cultists advance on the party and try to grapple everyone. The entire party gets attacks of opprotunities and everyone but norn connects with theirs. Lin and eve the cultists that tried grappeling you are now dead. Eldwin and Norn are grappled. Norn you try to escape out of the grapple and are able to escape. Eve you try to cut down the cultist holding your cleric friend and you slice him in two with your claws.
Well this certainly was an interesting round of combat...post your actions for round 2 please

Eldwin looks over to Eve and says "Thanks for freeing me." Eldwin looks around and fires at the nearest foe.

Round 2 wrap up.
The Mayor once again begins casting and touches himself once more. Eldwin is able to identify that the mayor is casting Sanctuary. Alizna begins to cast a spell, casting defensively so that she doesn't incur the young Ranger's wrath. Eldwin is able to identify that she's casting mirror image. Suddenly there are 4 old women standing in front of Linflass. Tomas both of your arrows fly into copies of the woman and the copies are destroyed. Eldwin you're bolt is able to connect with one of the cultists and he cries out in pain as it sticks out of his leg. Linflass one of your attacks hits a copy of the old woman and it is destroyed. The other attack misses though. Three more cultists step up and the party is once again restrained. Linflass and Eve you get attacks of opportunity as the cultists move in to grapple you. Eve you remain free as you cut down the cultist with your claws. Eldwin and Eve you are now grappled. Norn you back away and fire at the cultist that just tried to grapple you. Your bolt sticks in his thigh and he cries out. Eve you move over and try to free Eldwin again and successfully drop the cultist that has him grappled.
Round 2 is in the books. Interesting round. 1/2 of the cultists are dead but unfortunately the Mayor and Alizna are proving to be much tougher. lets see how round 3 goes

The mayor sighs and shakes his head. "I've had quite enough of you young lady" he says pointing at eve. He then starts casting another spell. A moment later eve you're frozen in place. You are paralized. You can attempt a new will save every round DC 15 but that will be a full round action for you. Alizna laughs meniaclly as Linflass struggles in the arms of one of the cultists. "Good now that I have you taken care of I can see about dispatching with more of your annoying friends." She scans the group and her eyes narrow as she looks at Tomas "Yes you've been a pain in my side long enough" she says as she takes a five foot step away from Linflass and begins to cast. A few seconds later Tomas falls asleep. Eldwin you peg one of the cultists that is still standing and your attack drops him. Linflass you try to escape from the grip of the cultist thats holding you. You are able to break free of his grip but he tries to grapple you once more. Two more cultists move in and try to grapple Eldwin and Norn as well. The three of you are able to fight off the grapples and remain free. Norn you back up and fire at the cultist that just tried to grapple you and you send a bolt flying.
End of round 3. As you can tell you're up against some nasty spell casters in the Mayor and the weaver lol.

Round 4 wrap up.
The mayor laughs as he sees the battle swaying in his favor. "You're arrogance and stubbornness will be your downfall, Now I will show my true power!" he says as he takes a few large steps back and once again begins casting. A few seconds later lightning arcs out of his fingers and arches between everyone on the field. Everyone takes 4 points of electricity damage from the lightning. One of the cultists drops from the shock. Alizna looks at the mayor and sighs "I have my hands full enough over here...I don't need you helping them" she scolds and then seeing that Linflass is free she chuckles at him "Things are going to get rather sticky for you boy" she says pointing a finger at Linflass. Web shoots out of her finger and hits him square but he is able to wiggle his way out of it. Tomas your shots go off at Alizna and both arrows strike deep in into her. She starts bleeding green blood as they seem to have really affected her but she still stands. Eldwin you fire off your bolt at one of the cultists and it drops, your bolt hitting him directly in the heart. Linflass you lash out with your sword but the web attack and the green blood has you a little distracted so your thrust goes wide. The two remaining cultists run in fear, fearing their leader has turned on them. Norn your attack goes wide of one of the fleeing cultists. And eve you fight off the paralysis.
Excellent round guys! This battle has really turned in your favor. True it helped that I made the poor decision to attack everyone on the battle field but hey...who complains from a little DM assit from time to time lol.
Tomnus go ahead and make 4 attacks in the next round since I still owe you from the round you were falsely put to sleep.

The mayor scoffs as the remaining cultists run off and he looks out at the party "Looks like we'll have to finish this later" he says and then starts casting a spell. A few seconds later he turns into vapor and starts flying away. Alizna steps back and starts casting a spell as well. A few seconds later and she disappears. I'll need perception checks from those of you who are going to try and track her.
