Ederin drops the first priest, and swings his bow to another, wounding her slightly. Allarnon makes a meal out of a drow, but doesn’t quite have enough to carry over to the other as he steps up. Tarkir only hits once, but digs into the drow a little deeper. Dimitrio steps up and hammers his target with a critical, but does not drop her. Lief steps up and finishes what Tarkir started, dropping one of the priests. Kaylayne opens up a new dimension, but with Allarnon in the way can only catch three with carefully blasting a goodly portion of the wall.

Ederin drops red orange and wounds the otherwise fresh white orange. Allarnon connects once with his last swipe, but it is enough to finish the drow. Dimitrio drops another priest and draws a healing wand. Lief double moves to get into position to block retreat. Kaylayne examines a side room.

There’s the briefest pause in the action as the priests gurgle and bleed in pools of their own viscera. As the noise settles there’s a sizzling that grows louder, and a series of pops as demons, Hezrou demons, appear among the party bracketing Ederin.

A red snake, covered in runes appears as well. Its scaly shape surrounded by a susurrus of serpentine syllables, the terrible head of a gigantic snake-like terror slowly rises. Bristling with spines, the thing’s body looks like three massive snakes twisted in an unbreakable embrace, splitting only at the tail, which lashes like a trio of flensing whips. Along the thing’s length runs a pattern of writhing runes, shapes that waver and reform with each terrible undulation. Three pairs of eyes, each burning with terrible intellect, crown its hooded visage, while below gapes a maw crowded with venom-dripping fangs the length of longswords.

A red snake, covered in runes appears to the east. Its scaly shape surrounded by a susurrus of serpentine syllables, the terrible head of a gigantic snake-like terror slowly rises. Bristling with spines, the thing’s body looks like three massive snakes twisted in an unbreakable embrace, splitting only at the tail, which lashes like a trio of flensing whips. Along the thing’s length runs a pattern of writhing runes, shapes that waver and reform with each terrible undulation. Three pairs of eyes, each burning with terrible intellect, crown its hooded visage, while below gapes a maw crowded with venom-dripping fangs the length of longswords.

It is surrounded by mirror images as it casts a spell (5’ step back from Lief and casting making it visible).

You hear three distinct voices speak from the large figure. You hear a combination of murmers, taunts, and other distractions, but one message comes clear from the hubbub… ”I ssssugesssst you fall back to your basssecamp and regroup.” Everybody except Lief and Kaylayne, must make a Will DC 20 or follow the suggestion (Mass Suggestion). (Remember Tarkir has protection from evil which should prevent this. Others may have similar protections. Lots going on at this level!)
