and here I though that when Nark would see transformation / Wolfman.. damnm, you would be like a living God to him :D on his knees and praying, whimpering... would be funny during all the combats, nark is prone and mumbling to werewolf while party is fighting the enemies heh

@ Everyone:

It's evident that everyone can post a few times a day, but just out of curiosity: what are everyone's weekly schedules like? Is daytime a good time for most?

Right now I am unemployed, so besides looking for a job, I do not have much of a schedule. If I find a job this will change. I still see myself being able to make a few posts a day if I do.

I'm on Eastern Standard Time, so right now it's 7:34pm. I work during the week, 9am-4pm, but I can get on Paizo via my smartphone, though how often differs day to day.

Grand Lodge

Pathfinder PF Special Edition, Starfinder Roleplaying Game Subscriber

I'm pretty flexible at present.

Generally I work second shift, central time. At work I do have access to the interwebz, but my access is sporadic at best. We just came down from our slow period though, so as time progesses I will be working more and more hours up until next Christmas.

Liberty's Edge

I work retail, so my schedule is pretty variable. Some days I can post whenever, some days I am lucky to get more than a post or two all day. But it's quite rare for me to go entirely silent even for just one day.

Unemployed this moment so for me... well yah, same situation as with SuperUberGeek so can post whenever I want until finding a job

Equipment is finished, I think, unless someone points out something I am missing. Background still forthcoming (likely late tonight).

I'm in the same spot. I'm sure that I am missing something for equipment, but for the life of me I don't know what it is.

I did look at special materials, but the Eberron ones for the most part are over the 1000gp limit for weapons. Had to make alot of tough choices.

I'll be working out some of my standard alias's this weekend.

I should be good. Equipment I think I have the basics of what I need. I put up a basic background and not knowing much about Ebberon, I hesitate to go into more depth at this point. On the last disc of my marathon.

hm... thinking of the spells but I would guess okey so far... made 2 change to benefit me / others in fight... and to have just fun :) Nark personality is just.. quite funny

I see you are no longer a shark shaman. I was wondering what we were gonna do with a shark. I mean besides the obvious use of fish rolls and soup.

Looks good, guys. I'll have some campaign details tonight or tomorrow night. Everyone good to start on Monday?

Yup

I am indeed.

Okay, 11th hour mechanics switch! On my way home tonight, I was thinking more about the whole Adamantine Body thing, and how other than proficiency, it really would be a better idea for Flametouched to have that for its body design than Mithral Body, especially since I still had the option of switching to the cinder dance revelation, so I could bump myself back up to a 30 ft move (the only spell I currently have that works with burning magic is burning hands, and it only does 1 point every round. Woopdedoo). That thought floated through my head for awhile as I drove the rain, when suddenly two words popped into my brain from out of the darkness: "armored hulk."

Man, that archetype might well have been written with warforged barbarians specifically in mind - not necessarily because of the mechanics, but because of the flavor.

Anyway, so I changed things around just a bit. Flametouched is now an armored hulk barbarian, encased in adamantine, and has the cinder dance revelation instead. This caused me to drop its Acrobatics ranks in lieu of two ranks in Diplomacy and one in Intimidate, as well as swapping the self-oriented shield of faith for the group-oriented bless.

I hope this all passes muster - assuming it does, I am good to go when the GM is!

All archetypes (not related to guns) are fine. The adamantine makes him quite a lot more durable.

Does the warforged repair kit (ECS equipment chapter) count as mundane gear? It doesn't actually say it's masterwork, but it looks like it's masterwork artisan's tools by a different name.

@flametouched I like that, I means more metal between me and what evere.

It's expendable, and therefore comes out of starting wealth. Only non-masterwork, non-expendable, non-magical gear does not.

Hey Garden,
What types of Favored Enemies and Terrains would you suggest for me?

My first favored enemy will be Human, if that's ok.

Dark Archive

It depends on where you go! This will be a pretty PC-driven, sandbox-style campaign.

Human is an excellent choice in most campaigns. Constructs and undead are always good choices in Eberron, though.

As for terrain, I'll actually be starting things off tomorrow in the Demon Wastes! Surprise! A tiny and extremely dangerous Wastes town called Festering Holt, to be specific.

FYI, I'm taking Humans as a Favored Enemy cuz I rather don't like them. Not hate per say, but pretty close.

Good morning, folks. I'm getting ready to create the gameplay thread right now. Keep an eye out, and post as often as you can.

Mind you that this is my first venture into online PbP gaming, though I've been GMming for approximately forever. I apologize in advance for any snags that arise or PbP concepts that I'm not immediately familiar with.

Ready when you are.

Dark Archive

Just an update: work is busier than anticipated this morning. Almost done with the first post of the campagin thread!

Dark Archive

The campaign thread is up!

EDIT: OOC dialogue can occur in this thread, if you prefer. If you'd rather I create a Discussion Thread, I will.

hm,, I would prefer to have an OOC threat just for simplicitys sake. Easier to control and move than keep popping stuff into recruitment

Liberty's Edge

I agree with Nark - it will be all tied together through the site's campaign tools regardless, but a discussion thread would keep it "cleaner."
