Down hills, following a thin track, you follow the bend in the track and you find yourself face to face with several familiar figures. Jianghong and his bodyguard Zheng, Jian Fei, Yue Xin, all await you.
"We know you have something from the Summer Palace," Jianghong says. "Donate it to our cause and because you helped me before, I'll give you a magic treasure I have in my possession."
"Don't listen to him," Jian Fei says. "Give it to the cause of Quain and be a mighty hero. I can teach you all sorts of maneuvers and motions to aid your strength."
"No, these two do not deserve your trust,"[b]says Yue Xin. give it to me and I will give you wisdom beyond the turtle's neck."

Yue Xin says, "I offer a writ for the diamond of Changdo, worth five thousand of your gold pieces!"
Jiang Fei says, "I will enhance your wisdom as well as your fighting prowess!" She holds up a headband of inspired wisdom +2.

Jianghong simply motions his hand at you and Zheng steps forward brandishing a large guisarme.

Having seen the Pathfinders' tactics, Jiang Fei moves up to Grummosh and throws a punch at the half-orc, attempting to disable him before aiding his comrades, but the blow skates off of a well-protected abdomen.

Zheng then steps back and draws his guisarme and strikes at Ekanta. Behind, out of combat range, Jianghong calls, "Hold back Zheng, these guys let me go, yeah?"
The guisarme swings wide as Jianghong lectures Zheng and distracts the bodyguard. He grunts and assumes his fighting stance.

Aoife focuses on the void within her and ignores the coruscating colors from Yue's magics. She steps forward to give Ekanta an opening and thrusts her arm out. Reality around it cracks as she draws the void out into another blade and continues her assault on Yue.

No, it keeps the blast's ×2 crit. It does count as a light weapon for Weapon Finesse though. The actual weapon used is pretty much just cosmetic. Kinetic Blade is weird.

Zyxtyvia does indeed resist Yue Xin's magical colors and delivers a brutal slice across Jiang Fei's back. She screams in agony but still seems in the fight. Ekanta concentrates on his footing and misses Zheng with both his strikes. Sho as well misses with his attack. Grummosh's axe bites deep into Jiang Fei's shoulder and her eyes go glassy, her body still standing, only her willpower keeping her conscious.
Zheng, seeing the tactical disadvantage of the guisarme, drops the polearm and draws his longsword and attacks Aoife, but is unable to score a hit due to fighting defensively!
@Xuan: Jiang Fei is staggered at 0 hp. Does Xuan go for the kill or redirect the attack elswewhere?
Aoife turns her attention to Yue Xin and pierces the aristocrat's chest straight through with her energy blade. He falls to the ground, unconscious and bleeding.
