I know it's the weekend, but given posts by 2 daring adventurers, i'll assume everyone moves 10ft behind Charis & Carlaya, like with a while ago.

Charis doesn't spot anything suspicious at first, but when she and Carlaya step down from the stairs into the small room, they see the room for what it truly is.

Everyone else:

Nothing looks out of the ordinary to you.

The interior is overrun with a layer of biomass, like blood veins exposed.
Several holes produce tiny larva-like creatures, colored a sickly pale green, with pitch-black eyes and two front appendages. About 10 of the things crawl around, not taking any action other than crawling.

Two carvings of humanoids with hideous visages stand against the wall leading to the hallway ahead.

Carlaya & Charis, roll me a sense motive please in this room.

Wyrm's breath bitter:
green-tinged brew has a pungent, bitter bite. It's flavored with a variety of foulsmelling herbs and is intensely carbonated through a unique fermentation process. Sometimes given to visitors as a prank, wyrm's breath bitter causes the drinker to become sickened for 1d6 minutes (Fortitude DC 12 negates); dwarves gain a +5 racial bonus on this saving throw. After drinking a dose of wyrm's breath bitter, the drinker can, as a move action, unleash a thunderous and noxious belch in either a 5-foot-radius spread or a 10-foot cone. Creatures in the area are deafened and sickened for 1 round (Fortitude DC 12 negates). GM I'm not clear if there's something for Grog to attack or not. The map doesn't seem to show any enemies. Short of turning her upside down and shaking her (I doubt she'd thank Grog for that) I don't know what to do here.
