If there are any ghouls left standing after Rholf’s channel, Castiel charges through the door to attack the nearest one. 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11 charge attack for 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9 damage if I can reach one and attack this round.
Alinya shakes her head, a little dizzy from the repeated waves of divine energy. She puts out a hand to steady herself against a cool stone wall. She looks for a clean shot.
Patting Larissa's shoulder gently, Rholf whispers conspiratorially "Don't expect such rash behavior from me all the time, Miss Brightfoot. But sometimes, it's just the thing required." He finishes with a grin. "I think your adventurous youthful exuberance is catching... We may have to find an adult to rein us in."

“I agree – we don’t know for certain how or if we can destroy the forge through conventional means,” adds Castiel. “If what the ghost of the warden’s wife says is true,” it sounds as if Castiel may still have a few reservations on that subject, “it sounds as if the remaining haunts in this place might be suppressed or destroyed if we are able to defeat the six main spirits and return the Warden’s badge to his wife.”
Larissa blushes and grins at Father Kastigarr's remarks, but Castiel's mock sternness brings a guilty glance before she realizes he's joking with them. Then she relaxes and laughs. "I was just worried - I just had these vague memories of how terrible these creatures are..."
She shrugs as she pokes one with a toe, saying to no one in particular, "Our patron ladies are truly giving us strength on this journey."
"Are we ready to delve the depths of Harrowstone prison?" Alinya intones in a mock-sepulchral voice. Then she looks around at her companions; stout Castiel, clever Edwin, calm Rholf and impetuous, brave Larissa.

Castiel ties off the heavy hemp rope securely around the bars of the cage, tests it by tugging it several times and once he is happy with the hold, takes the other end of the rope and ventures over towards the edge of the pit, peering over and down. Percpetion: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
This cavernous chamber was an underground cellblock that collapsed.
A dark, murky pool of collected water lies below (the black square) of the shaft that used to hold a lift; broken beams of wood lie all about in the water.
And west, a hallway...
the floor, or pool as it were, is twenty feet down.
You hear water dripping, and you hear rats scuttle about.

Castiel takes a sunrod from the inside pocket of his armoured coat, cracks it against the floor to activate it, then tosses the warmly glowing rod down into the hole, trying to throw it so that it doesn’t fall into the water, aiming for the entrance to the hallway.
Try to toss the sunrod to about U9 if possible – ranged touch: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20

Castiel realises the he’s not a skilled enough climber to easily climb down (or up) a swinging rope wearing full plate. Enlisting Rholf and Edwin’s help, he quickly divests himself of the armour, leaving it neatly stacked near a wall, then puts his armoured coat back on.
“I’ll climb down first,” he says, “and attempt to secure the end of the rope – it should be easier for the rest of you to climb down that way. Edwin, can you please stay up here till last, give the others a hand at the top of the rope?”
That way maybe Cas and Ed can ‘aid another’ for the less strong or more encumbered climbers.
Castiel lowers himself over the edge of the pit, gripping the rope. Climb: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18. 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14.

If he can spot anything nearby that looks like reasonably secure footing, he will try to swing / step / leap out towards it (within 5 feet). (In a minute, right now he's in freeze frame).
