Satisfied with her work, Azmaria checks the weapon's action as well as giving a final check on the rotating barrel.

She holsters the weapon and joins the group. (assuming there really isn't time to make any additional shot since the time was spent on upgrading the gun to Masterwork)

Okay it's been a long time coming but to quote a man much cooler than myself "let's get this party started"

The three of you stand at the mansion door, low light's shining through the windows. You can tell the lock on the door has been fidgeted with already, it's unlocked...

Assuming you three enter
Entering through the front door, the pleasant sound of piano echoing down the halls. Book shelves and tomes line the hallway walls. The house itself seems clean enough, but there is a rather bad smell of alchemical liquids . there are few deviations from the hall as you go down, leading to other rooms. Kitchens fully stocked from the looks, a parlor a fire's even lit in the fire place. One of the door's leading from the doorway is locked tight, you tell it even has magical locks on it. Past it leading further down the hall way along with the piano you can hear a female voice singing, Though you can't quite make the words out yet.

Using detect magic to scry the door, then Spellcraft to know what kind of magic covers it and if no traps are detected I will try to open it.

Spellcraft: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (19) + 9 = 28
I will take 20 (for a total of 28) with the lock if possible, taking my time to work around the device

Victarion:

The magic on the door appears to be some kind of demi-plane portal magic. The only way to open it is through a key to open the portal.

The magic trap on the door seems to be a simple alarm spell and some kind of shadow conjuration

Cause blindly diving into something you don't understand is a good idea. Azruk will follow as soon as he's sure he doesn't hear the sounds of Vic dying painfully.

Everyone enters the portal finding yourselves in a sunless foggy land outside. Before you 3 portals and a large stone building with a large iron door.

Each portal showing a different reflection

1)Shows brief reflections of of a city shrouded in darkness

2)A large library, dim and filled with books

3)A smoky room filled with glass tubes

Azmaria was lost in thought for a while, she eventually snaps out of it when she passes through the portal.

but earlier she seemed concerned over something, and she simply brushed off any questions without answering them. she apparently was not ready to answer them yet.

Once through the portal, she takes in the surroundings. she draws her pistol setting the barrel to a standard shot.

her eyes go blank once more as she takes in the setting. detect evil and scan the are, then concentrating on the building.

we should go there first. indicating the large stone building.

Okay so here's what i'm going to do, i'm going to assume Azmaria checks out the building before following you guys, since that's what she wanted to do.

Azmaria and Artemis:

Azmaria walks over to the Stone building, inside she hears coughing, the iron door unlocked for some odd reason. A man sits chained to the wall. this appears to be some kind of holding cell.

Victarion and Azruk:

The two of you walk into the evil portal, find yourselves in an unfamiliar land, clearly underground. In the distance a large city, and an elven man, maybe drow maybe not. running away for dear life. A group of drow giving chase behind him.

The man runs straight past you into a cave behind you. You see the man begin praying and yelling, a large tome in his hands. A dark voice echoes throughout the cave, Very well, Archae-Nym I shall save you worthless soul. in exchange when you are at your peak, i shall take it

the men giving chase fall dead, and the city burns...

Your portal and another appears before you.

She makes her way cautiously to the chained man her pistol still drawn in case of ambush.

not sure how well the place is lit or if you can even see her. but there is a picture of Azmaria in the profile She looks like a nun but her uniform is blue and she has a belt about her waist with several pouches attached.

there is what appears to be a holster slung over her shoulder presumably to hold the weapon she is holding (a double barreled pistol)

around her neck is a necklace that is a slightly over-sized crusaders cross.

The room is actually decently well lit and small, nothing else seems to be in the room. The manacles holding Artemis to the wall seem to be locked.

Victarion and Azruk:

You find yourselves in a smoky laboratory, tubes shattered Archae yelling in frustration "Damn all of you, Give my daughter back, Give Artemis back to me! A picture lay on the floor before you, of a small girl, light blue hair, blue eye's, wearing rune inscribed armor, Archae smiling next to her.

a blade of holy light forms from the cross, the cross itself making the hilt of the blade; the blade taking the form of a longsword. Azmaria then attempts to break the chains with her blade.

I think so the AC should be pretty low considering it is being held so I can hit it.

attack the chains: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18
damage: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3 (additional +1 damage for using two-handed)

Sunder:

You can attempt to sunder an item held or worn by your opponent as part of an attack action in place of a melee attack in place of a melee attack* (see Editors Note: Multiple Sunder Attempts). If you do not have the Improved Sunder feat, or a similar ability, attempting to sunder an item provokes an attack of opportunity from the target of your maneuver.
