No worries - this campaign has been going at a hellfire pace (no put intended), so the sudden slowdown feels like withdrawal.

I assume that everyone here has some type of a RL which will limit their posting ability. I will be out of town from Monday night until Saturday for instance. I will be able to post several times a day, but since I will not be at work with my laptop all the time, responses will be delayed.

Gang can we have a more organized and less disjointed search of the tower? Perhaps three of us to a floor, and taking items of interest, use and value then dividing those up before we leave.

Did the veil Edmin's special friend (no not the Axe) provide us with have a Bag of Holding or was I just wishful thinking that?

For searching the tower it may be just to assume that someone in the party takes 20 looking at:
Warden's room
Bookshelves
Warden's corpse
Dining room and tapestries
the office, etc

Since we have a giant ogre, Jax is going to suggest piling up anything gold, silver and portable for the ogre to carry.

Interesting, in the Spellbook, those are, almost, spell for spell I would have picked!

I was going to suggest this, as a player, not in character, would Rosa negative channel to heal the Judge so he in turn can heal Morsum, who we will need to scout?

I don't play summoners but I think that's what it inferred they can do right?

A side benefit of this game we have is I'm learning more of the mechanics of the game that I would not be able to look up during a normal real life game.

Yaay, learning!

All Bref has picked up is a kitchen knife, a shiv, a chefs hat, a rolling pin, a ring, and thieves tools

sorry my posts have been lame lately. I was having issues with a player in a game I am running on the forum and it was really sapping my creativity. I had to ask him to leave the game, we just weren't playing well together. I am a bit out of sorts, gaming wise, feel like I failed my players. I should be back to normal tomorrow. Though I will be on a plane for most of the day

I am not too worried about what we have from earlier, just from the Warden's tower, because I don't want us to have left something behind because we thought it was already accounted for.

DM just asking permission that even if you advance us in game, that we took stock of items we could carry, such as books, the Wardens clothing, everburning torch, the Seal of Brandascar, portables, etc.

If the DM could post what all we have found in one post, it would make things easier. It is always hard to track stuff in multiple posts when we find it at different times. If necessary and we need to track it down, the easiest way is to click on DMDM's profile and then click on just his posts. Then scan back to when we first entered the tower to see what we found.

I went online to find a visual to share with you guys and looked for 'brunette with an eyepatch' and got back three sites which had girls wearing eyepatches ... and nothing else! They were not even cute! I appreciate beautiful women too but these were Le Yuck. :(

Edit: Judge that's why I posted the request here so I could help type it up for DM and have him copy it over to the main unused campaign thread. Less work for him to cut and paste and helpful to us in game, I don't mind doing that.

Branderscar Headsman's Axe:
The axe a beautiful masterwork weapon, clearly the work of a skilled and dedicated master craftsman. It has the arms of Branderscar repeated up and down the handle. One face of the axehead is inscribed with the holy symbol of Mitra and the words "HIS JUSTICE COMES AND THAT RIGHT QUICK". The other face has the royal seal of Talingarde and the words "TERMINUS EST" ("It is the end").

Not at all, there's no inconvenience!

I just wanted to get some idea of what were allowed to take. For instance for some reason some of us thought we had that anti magic stone, or some items of value we found could not be carried. I know Edmin thought we had the branding irons, etc. To save not getting confused with several posts going on, I suggested we consolidate. I just wanted all of us to be aware what was being brought out of the Warden's place.

If you can carry it, you can take it. You just need to state clearly what you're taking.

However: note that "you can take it" != "you should take it". You'll notice there are places where I've mentioned that potential treasure items are heavy, bulky, or fragile. Carrying an oil painting or a rolled-up tapestry over your shoulder through the middle of a jailbreak? Maybe possible, but perhaps not a great idea. (Though I've known grab-every-last-copper-piece players who would want to try.)

yum. ok turning Bref over to DMDM. if he is alone too long, he will start to create a far too involved plan to take out the guards himself.
