I was planning to have Orik bull rush next round. I will post when I can, we are at the end of classes. I have two projects due next week for exams and my wife graduates next week so we are a bit busy. Don't forget I will be taking a posting vacation from the 21st - 29th

Victor repositions and fires at Nualia as she is coming through the door. Did you account for -4 firing into combat? You still hit even if you didn't. Also don't forget the +1 from Inspire Courage. His arrow flies true and plants itself into her shoulder. Wren hesitates unsure what to do with the stairway blocked up. Kern adjusts his grip on Victor's sword and swings it over Belril's head, cutting a nice slash across the women's up raised arms.
Kern's right. I have Precise shot.

EDIT: Question, the sword Kern has is a magical sword that Victor had right?
I guess Delay until Sophy's action so we can switch places? I don't think I have a line of sight to shoot or throw at Tsuto.
Repositioning without one of the feats made for it is impractical in D&D/Pathfinder, as it requires two people to resolve actions simultaneously. :P
If the DM wants to make a ruling, Sophy only used a standard on her turn so has a move "wasted" she could use to switch places with Eponine and let her take an action this round. Otherwise, I think all Eponine can do by RAW is Ready an action to step into Sophy's space when she steps out (which uses up her standard action this round) or do a Reposition Combat Maneuver on Sophy (same).
Doing it without AOO is the tricky bit. Sophy can just take a withdraw action to move through the party so Eponine can move up on her next turn after Sophy's, then next turn she can move into Eponine's old square (if she wishes).
FYI: I am finishing up my last project for this semester and then we are rolling into my wife's graduation weekend. I will be busy with getting ready for family to arrive, preparations for the graduation, and packing for our trip next week. I will try to post some more before we travel. If I don't post before than I will be back on the 28th, and start at the hospital on the 29th, so expect a post to resume sometime around then. Sorry we are taking the break in mid combat encounter...but enjoy it.
Let me get through the weekend, I have my first on-call on Sat. Sunday I have a lot going on so Monday night I should have sometime to re-read the thread and get my mind re centered on the combat at hand.
I am still trying to adjust to the long hours and difficult situations that this internship at the hospital requires. I am exhausted, but hope to get back on track soon...thank you all for waiting,
I am sorry that the thread is moving at snail affected by a slow spells pace. My work as a Chaplain at the hospital is extremely draining both physically and emotionally and when I get home I just want to crash. For example: Last week I sat with a family in while they waited for their brain dead relative to die before donating his kidneys, I was actually in the operating room a space most clergy do not get to go. Then the family asked me to do the funeral, so I have been a bit preoccupied with things like this. I will keep posting as often as I can, but I just wanted you all to know that while my work is fulfilling it is draining and it is making the game fall to the back, back burner. We are starting week 5 of 10 tomorrow so an end to the slow down is coming, I promise.
I can't imagine doing the work you are doing. You must have some exception gifts of compassion, faith and patience to do so. I look forward to this picking up again, but take whatever time you need. I think everyone understands real life first.
Is the Advanced Race Guide going to be an allowed source? Will any retcons be allowed?
Not necessarily wanting any. Just want an FYI request. Although there are some kick-ass halfling feats.
Let's look at it on a case by case basis. If you see something you want, we might retcon it, or maybe work out a role-play reason for the change going forward.

Thank you, It is awesome work to be doing...but it wears one out. I want to keep posting as often as I can, self care is important too. Some days I am just too worn out to think about it, especially if I have a lot to do on my end with the NPC actions/maps/rules looking up. Just keep checking the thread and we will move along as we can.
Thanks for catching that, I original had it in the OOC tags and must have dropped the 1d when I tried to correct it to the Dice tags. I re-rolled it and adjusted the damage giving you 7 hp's back.
Hey, maybe Sophy can start to pay back Father Zantus for the wand and dig her way out of crippling debt if she puts ranks in Profession (Door Slammer) next level. Wonder if Orik needs an apprentice....
Hopefully, there will be plenty of glistening gold pieces of Wren to settle up with Orik, Sophy to square with Father Zantus, and Belril to get a magic weapon!
Oh, that's all we need: the rest of us scraping along in penury with second-hand weapons and patched armor, having only just managed to pay off old debts, while Belril's all kitted out in level-5 WBL glory. Like he doesn't already think he's better than the rest of us now. ;)

I'll be out of contact until the very end of July, due to a trip to Kiev followed by days spent packing up the flat i'm living in here in Ukraine followed by a 3 day bus journey back. Its easier to just declare my absence now rather than try and keep up with things during this busy time. Roll on August!
Have a good trip, we are close to the end of the combat I think, so I will get that done..NPC you if need be to get the party back to town and then we can pause until you get back. I have 3.5 weeks left of my summer internship and still have 4 on call shifts to cover during that time, so a break to let you get back is not that bad of an idea. I finish the program on the 6th of August so an end is in sight.
Again Sorry for such a long delay...It has been an intense week. The battle is pretty much over, bear with me as we get everyone out in round order. There are a few NPC's that might still cause a little bit of trouble. Once everyone is up and out we burn time back to Sandpoint and role play, recover, and award XP. :)
One thing I like about this group that you've pulled together is it is a lot of people who are otherwise engaged on the pbp board here. It makes it easy to pull together again after RL rears its ugly head and the characters are memorable enough that it doesn't take much for me to pick up where we left off. :) Thanks for persisting.
Good: I finished my summer internship and have free time to get back to the game.
BAD: My last week at the hospital I was streaming Netflix and did and update to my browser (over and open network,DOH! Why did I click yes?!?) and apparently picked up a virus. AVG tried to clear it but it seems to have destroyed my Lap Top. IT wont event start in safe mode :( I am looking into finding a free techie to look at it and see if it is recoverable but it is not looking good. Not only does this limit my ability to post but all the maps and note and stuff are on there ( cause backing up was just to simple to do, grr!)
Sorry this took so long to let you know, but this is the first chance I have had to get to a PC that can access the internet with out blocking the Paizo site by system Admin. I am back to my campus job which will get me access one or two days a week for the next few weeks. Let me see if I can get my PC fixed this week and if so back to business as usual, if not we will have to come up with a new plan.

No worries, MD. We're all still around. I know the feeling of a virus. Man it's brutal. Fortunately for me, I also know some folks that can fix that kind of stuff. It's nice to have connections. :)

Yeah I have to keep checking my threads if it's been a while. That dot tends to disappear on me. And when I go to check whichever thread that it is that I haven't checked in a while, it never fails that there's been new posts. It's quite irritating.
