Yvell sees that no more chokers seem to be present and sighs a sigh of relief. " Well then, now that the disturbance is dealt with, we can fully examine this area. We are supposed to destroy it but I am not sure if it must be a particular portion or the whole complex. Regardless Aeron, you need to be healed up I believe we should use our blessings at this time.. we got alot done today and shall have more done on the morrow, the Lords of Rust will know mortality. Let's investigate the rest of this place for anything useful and then find what we need to destroy. "

At that, Yvell will make a more thorough perusal of the complex and if needed venture outside as well, he will use the Autograpel to get himself to higher places if it looks like it is needed.

Yvell studied up on the subject knowing these items.. explode.. but not much else as the visions of the ship crash flow through him the icicles mean... something, that is all he is sure of. powerful explosions could be used somewhere.

Uriah doesn't know much about relays or how to destroy them it seems.


Both Yvell and Uriah know that destroying the receiver array (I keep thinking its a relay) can be achieved by placing explosives at the base of the dish, on top of the building.

It is a DC 15 Climb to get to the top, and a Disable Device DC 10 with Technologist Feat to set the grenades and arm the detonator. If you do not have a detonator, you can try leaving several explosives and grenades at the base, setting off one of the grenades, and likely leaping off the 30 foot structure to escape the blast.

Yvell just uses his Autograpnel to pull him and anyone else up there then leaving the explosives at the base as he has no way to use intricate methods.

To clarify Yvell uses the Autograpnel much like someone would do say a knotted rope against a braced wall.. IE like a DC 5. It works even better because the item can hold easily more than his weight and another and can be retracted. I will make a climb check regardless.

As the group busies themself with a search oh the complex, she moves to Valtyra and poses the same question offered to Uriah hoping to use some charges from the cure wand to heal her wounds.

She then makes her way outside with Yvell as he asks for aid in the destruction of the dish. She pipes up in an effirt to be helpful and hopes she can perform the task so no others would be in harms way.

Whatever Val decides, Aeron will offer her help to go up top to try and destroy the dish.

Do you have a detonator, or receive the detonator from Redtooth, I don't remember. Otherwise, you got to use the simpler method of dropping a grenade.

Redtooth didnt offer us any but You kind of skipped along that part so we can assume either way we get the job done correct GM? We got some grenades from the wreck as well as two from here I suppose we measure how many are needed for the job?

We have tons of grenades.. 5 Gas grenades, 3 Grenades with a black sunflare and then the 2 with the icicle


Aeron sets up all the grenades you have around the base of the dish throws a grenade and leaps off the side of the building, rolling on the ground as ice and gas and other explosions destroy the receiver array.

Assuming Yvell didn't climb up using the grapple, otherwise he has to jump down as the grenades explode.

Yvell, having the spike of the autograpnel still lodged in the building gives Aeron the nod as they both leap off. As he comes down he twists his body and retracts the line to slow his decent though it wrenches his arm harshly.

He plants on the ground somewhat fine.

Wow. That is exceptionally powerful. How does Breath of Life at CL 4 work?

Once a day CSW is not powerful when we could all just BE clerics or I could have just been full pally. Its cheap on resources thats about it. Breath of Life at CL 4 works like BoL at 9... save you cast it at 4th level. Much like if you got hit with.. say negative levels.

3 charges. And you could say that, it is something we got for handling a creature that was in torment. So effectively it just does much like an emergency heal/resource saver.

Aeron thanks Yvell for the healing energies as they move off toward their base. Upon their return, she heads directly to the common area and seats herself before the fire. She pulls out the necromancers spell book and begins to pour over it falling into deep concentration as she attempted to learn it's secrets and unravel it's mysteries.

Aeron will spend some time examining the book (there are still a few spells that she is not high enough level to learn even though I already rolled for them and put them on my sheet.) and then go to bed. Oh the drawbacks of being a spell caster.

Yvell does some sparring with Phylla and Muga if he wants, he then feeds his plant companion and teach her more ways of the world, answering her questions truthfully as he can and well as he can.

Yvell checks on the well being of some of the more unfortunate scrappers around the place and tell them of ways to prevent issues or give rations if needed. Inside the base at the end of the day Yvell works on a Flag that will bear the Symbol of their gang and practices with magic to attempt and solidify it.

He pondered on the failure of the crash landing and how ominous that seemed to ell but sought within himself to not make the same mistakes. It was true.. he was getting softer? Or would less abrasive be correct? He noted mentally everyone's strengths, weaknesses, outward goals`.. personalities. His.. clear budding of.. feelings for particular persons.

He prayed to Ragathiel.. such that he would continue to do what is right.. ad if need be.. what is needed to be done.

Most of your grenades should be gone from destroying the Receiver Array. You can keep the zero grenades though.

tight form fitting suit = still aren't sure, some kind of armor

small metal device with slot = skillslot (a port you install into the back of your neck, like the Matrix or Ghost in the Shell.)

Well this one.. Uriah holds up the large gun like device Can be loaded with Grenades, hurling them a long distance and unleashing devastating power at a range.

And this Uriah holds up the smaller Dart Gun Can be used to deliver debilitating poisons

This item here.. Uriah holds up the small port Is called a Skill slot and is implanted inside someone's head, giving them knowledge of a variety of topics. I have seen this done by various League members

Finally, this item can be used to destroy fires. Uriah points to the fire extinguisher

Uriah looks pleased with himself, even if the items aren't all THAT useful.

Yvell thinks on the usability of the items Uriah discovered and the enthusiasm the man clearly showed for such things, he seemed.. much Like Ibuki but clearly had a differing aura about him. Once he had contemplated enough, the Half-elven paladin gave a nod and curt smile.

I do not have Technologist yet. No, Haven't identified the suit other than it is some sort of armor.

Uriah enjoys Yvell's questions, he rarely has anyone to speak with about his fascination with the Numerian artifacts and their other worldly origins.

Well, I don't know...I would need to study the Skill Slot further. I know that the League has...individuals...who are skilled with implanting them.

About the Grenade launcher Uriah says

I don't think you have to be very accurate, the radius of the blast can be...quite large. I'd be interested in trying it out.

Exactly what you want? I was always under the impression your methods were bordering on insanity with a strong dose of "death wish" myself. But eliminating masses of enemies can still work to our advantage.

She moved through the room taking no heed of her outfit. She moved her shirtless form over to a window and continued reading. Upon inspection, she... was obviously a he. His lanky frame and hairless torso sported a mass of crisscrossing scarification type welts that looked more like circuitry rather than any decisive decorative design. The design was so intricate and subtle though, it was difficult to even make out unless hit just right by the light to offer a slight shadow from the raised portions.

He moved to a window and set Oblivion on the window sill and rested the book on his lap as he continued studying.

Indeed Muga. You do seem to have a...certain attitude about things. he says with his eyes closed. Perhaps some meditation would help you focus more on the way of Odayakana senshi

Uriah uses the Tien words for Calm Warrior, a term he picked up from a Vudran Yogi under whom he studied for a time.

The Arena seems to be the plan. But we should tell the rest of the gangs and Divnaya our accomplishments first and see what they want to do. Nothing too in depth. Also can Yvell find anyone with musical talent?

@GM, we had 5 Gas Grenades and 3 Grenades with Black Sunflare. Are all 8 gone or just the three? Also, what is the value of the item you described as a strange alien device put around the throat instead of the forehead. you believe it translates languages into Androffan


I doubt you can find anyone with musical talent, but someone can make a local check to find some scrapper.

You can keep the gas grenades since you didn't think they would aid in destroying the receiver array. The value of the alien device is priceless, or 2000 gp should if it isn't timeworn and have charges.

You meet with the rest of the gangs briefly. They don't seem like they won't to help enough to endanger themselves. Dinvaya is curious but also doesn't want to leave her clocktower.

You can gather information(Diplomacy) to find someone as well I would suppose especially with our current scrapworth it shouldn't be TOO hard.
