The party follows after the small creature (or rather the tentacles) and finds themselves near the entrance of the array. The room is the metal room with metal chains on the walls. Yvell pokes out the door way to the entrance, and sees the strange flying squid-like creature with tentacles across a wooden bridge-like walkway. It shakes as the paladin stands at the front of it.
Suddenly, chokers likely playing dead, stand up at different locations, and snarl.

"You know, I can appreciate dedication, but at this point, they're just throwing themselves on our weapons to die.. Their strikes lack hope."
Muga slashes through the choker's gray flesh, blade and fire exploding in the small area ahead of Phylla.
Yvell feels the twinge of the creature tying something on him and i response gives a rousing song that creates a pair of flaming wings behind anyone who takes the cause as he holds his place to prevent the Chokers from moving past him.
Aeron quicksteps toward the two that sprung up on the northwest wall as her weapon begins to hum melodiously. The monotone hum seems to be richer now. More varying. She moves the harmonious blade to bear on the two as she begins her swaying dance. She did remember their painful grips though and thus she took up a far more defensive posture than usual, shifting her weight in erratic intervals to keep her opponents off balance.
Uriah moves forward attempts to stop the tentacled beast (Not a Kraken I guess...) with a mind crush.
The alien creature shrugs off Uriah's magic. It cannot be bored-it has important things to do.
Phylla forms her tentacles into balled-tentacles and punches the choker.
Val moves next to Aeron swinging her mace.
Valtyra misses the creature as it dips beneath her mace with unnatural speed.

One of the choker's tentacles strikes Aeron and nearly manages to wrap around her neck.
A tentacle slaps Valtyra and wraps around her neck, preventing her from speaking. Muga dodges both of the choker's tendril claws. Yvell's armor protects him from the choker's attacks as their weak claws are no match for the tempered steel.
The flying squid tries to do something to Uriah's brain.
Uriah shrugs off the mental assault and replies with his own!
Uriah also draws a new wand from his belt. (Scorching Ray)
Yvell parries the tentacles of the Chokers and rebuffs the one in front of him while Uriah duels with the squid.
He swings his Curve blade with Divine anger.
" They are nothing compared to our might, crush them all "
The alien creature turns its back against Uriah, suddenly unwilling to look at the human sorcerer.
Yvell slashes through one of the chokers. It falls off the platform, trying to wrap a tentacle around the platform's edge before it slides off.
Aeron attempts to strike the creature Valtyra missed.
Val tries to hit the creature attached to her.
Muga slashes through the choker in a spray of fire, guts, blood and tentacle parts. Phylla slaps away a tentacle bit that nearly strikes her.
"Uh oh. Looks like there's more."
Aeron strikes at one of the choker, slicing through part of its chest and leaving a gash in its right tentacle.
Valtyra's heavy mace misses the choker as it shifts its body backwards.
Two chokers round the corner on the eastern side of the relay building, down the hall of metal bars.
Shaking off Uriah's spell, the alien creature flies away, and enters a room.
The choker's slap at their nearest opponents. Aeron feels a tentacle wrap around her neck, preventing her from speaking.
As the creature tries to escape Yvell pursues and slices along its rubbery neck.
Afterward kicking it down the stairs
" More? How many more?! "
Uriah levels the wand at the tentacled creature
Uriah moves to assist Aeron and Valtyra and uses the above rolls on a choker
The choker's head topples down the stairs and its body becomes limp and sags to the ground.
Fire strikes the squid from Uriah's wand and smoke issues from its flesh. Its burning skin fills the area with a rubbery smell.
Val swings at the choker again.
Valtyra's weapon strikes the choker in the head and as it falls down, it crushes it against the ground. Splattering with sickly dark ichor.
Aeron slashes through the choker, through its tentacle limbs and chest and separating the underground creature into multiple pieces.
"You go ahead and help the others, I'll hold this passageway against any further reinforcements." Muga steps forward to block the passageway, holding his still flaming blade low and forward. Any Choker that wanted to get through here would need to get through fire.
"Okay, Muga-servant."
Phylla moves away and swings a tentacle at the choker.
The Choker tentacle claws that whip out miss Aeron and Valtyra, then strike Muga across the cheek. The alien flies away and out of the compound.
Uriah moves up behind Muga, stowing his wand in the process.
Uriah concentrates on the lead choker and his dagger springs from its sheath to fly at it!
Yvell sees the fleeing creature and aims his arm mounted weapon. A hiss goes off as it launches at the creature
Yvell moves too seek the status and well being of the rest, firing at a choker.
Uriah's dagger flies through the air and stabs into the chokers arm, nearly severing the tentacled claw from the creature. It hisses softly.
The strange alien creature is out of Yvell's range, flying far away from the compound. Instead, he moves into the room with Phylla, Aeron and Valtyra, and fires his autograpnel at it.
It stabs into the belly of the choker, and it falls down.
Stepping forward, Muga slices a choker in half, a single swift stroke from low to high.
"Hmm... I wonder, is there really something they fear more than us here... that's worrying.."
Val steps up swinging at the choker.
Aeron takes a deep sigh as she slumps against the wall and sits on the dead chokers near her. She felt Muga was more than capable in dealing with the last abbaration on his own and decided to take a moment to breath. Her wounds were deep and her throat stung from the constant constriction. She knew they would be moving on soon and wanted a few seconds of rest. She tried to make keep it to herself but it was hard to hide the growing stains on her clothing.
The choker sees the large group leftover, runs away and turns down the hallway.
