Is there anything I can achieve with tech-use against all of this heretic-tech? Maybe a re-roll of that Forb. Lore because its tech stuff and all? Otherwise I will happily stab that thing until it does not move anymore (and then once again to be sure!)

With the monster now on top of them he gave a curt nod to the Salamander seconds before the creature decidede to attack them, with the flick of a finger he turned the chainsword on (If that works ofcourse) and then launched himself at the creature, knowing that they would need to take the creature down as soon as possible, the sound of the sword connecting to the creature and possible the sound of bone, skin and other tissue being shredded would be a welcome sound to the Templar.

Tiamat-13 You hit the creature, but it does less damage than you had hoped, this wound is superficial enough not to cause orange ooze to come spilling out and so your weapon is still viable.

With a look of distaste on his face, Feliks picks up the xenos rifle and falls back as far as he can to try and figure out how to make the tainted thing fire.

Do you want me to make any roll to figure it out, or is it pretty simple?

Feliks:
It is a simple rifle. Out of character it is a Kroot Rifle. If you do not have Lore Xenos then- There are two different packs of ammo that look like it will fit into it. One Yellow and One Blue. The yellow looks like energy. The blue looks like impact. Tell me which you load.

Gathrix:
Given that this thing looks heavily armored and I know that Astartes plasma weapons do well against armor, I will load the energy pack and hope that the same holds true for this filthy xenos weapon. Does it also have the melee blades on it?

After a moment's inspection, Feliks inserts the yellow ammo pack into the xenos weapon and readies it to fire.

Assuming it will take some amount of action to pick the weapon up, move, load it, and ready it for firing.

You are being held by some unseen gravitational force as you are fitted with Collars and long sticks to maneuver and shock you with.

Again you find yourself in the arena standing next to your battle-brothers. It gives you some minor comfort knowing they suffer along with you. WS 45: 1d100 ⇒ 80 3dof

Black Templar Assault Marine (1) | Wounds: 23/23 | Armor rating: 6 | Fate: 5/5 | Renown: 3 | Active Conditions: None.

adding to my dmg roll, total should be 23 (this is due to the errata of the righteuous fury)

Iron Hands

As Vaylund's brothers in arms ignite the area with flame and some of the Xenos fall, one makes it close enough to attack. The sacris claymore, to large to parry with effectively, can't help Vaylund at this range, so he calls upon the warp to aid him. The collar still to foreign and menacing to his self control enrages him further, unable to unleash the devestation he knows himself capable of. Having carefully positioned himself earlier he makes sure not to catch his brothers in the cone of fire.

The positioning isn't so clear, some are still off and one on the pillar...maybe in front of us or between us? If he's on the edge then I should be able to blast him without hitting others, if he's in the middle, then well not. I'll attack others? Up to you.

Can't dodge? Only Parry? My initiative higher, so I should attack first then parry/dodge. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Fettered Focus Power test: WP 40 + 5 PR (1) (45) vs 1d100 ⇒ 94

Avenger:

Action: Full, Opposed: No, Range: 30m, Sustained: No
Description: The Librarian summons up the ancestors of his Chapter and shapes them into a flaming vengeful avatar of death. The construct then billows forward to incinerate those in its path. The Avenger power works exactly like a shot from an Adeptus Astartes heavy flamer (see page 145), with all the usual chance to hit and set targets on fire. However, due to the horrific nature of the psychic flames, the Penetration of the attack is equal to 2 x PR.

Avenger 30m 2d10+6 E Pen = PRx2

2d10 + 6 ⇒ (4, 9) + 6 = 19 Pen 2

Dodge 50 vs 1d100 ⇒ 2 4 DOS

The water doesn't seem too deep, probably less than 5', but it could get deeper further from the pillar. Those who I attacked are considered in close combat. @ Vaylund, if you did not make your awareness then you can not attack as you are unable to see them, unless you have a ranged weapon and wish to make a wild shot. You are currently on a pillar surrounded by water. The pillar surface is 20' diameter.

Knutr(14) Almost reflexively Knutr is able to find a target in the water and obliterate it. Pieces of blue-grey skin fly in the pit. I will get to your next attack for round 2
Feliks (10)- Serverly wounds one of the things moving in the dark water, its red blood staining the water making it a little easier to see.
Cato(9) 1d100 ⇒ 1 Ignites the area in flame finishing off the bloody beast and injuring another
Vaylund(8) Vaylund burns 2 creatures in a glorious flame
Ghouls?(7)
Vs Cato: 1d100 ⇒ 92 *This creature put itself in a vulnerable position as it leaped on the pillar. You can use a reaction to attack it.
Vs Tiamat: 1d100 ⇒ 85
Vs Vorenthar: 1d100 ⇒ 22 You take 1d10 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12Pen 4 to your Right Arm
Vs Vaylund: 1d100 ⇒ 67 *Make a Parry Attempt
Vs Knutr: 1d100 ⇒ 88
Wow that's pretty bad
Tiamat(6) Tiamat destroys a wounded creature
Vorenthar(5)Rips one to shreds with a righteous attack

Round 2
At the end of round 1 there are no Ur-Ghuls on the pillar, but more things are splashing in the water approaching the pillar.

Knutr (14)- I will use your attack once they jump on the pillar.
Feliks (10)
Cato (9)
Vaylund (8)
Ur-Ghuls (7)
Tiamat (6)
Vorenthar (5)

With the momentary reprieve, Cato readies the flamer again, waiting for the creatures to break the surface.
"Brothers steel yourself, the enemy would only send such weak creatures against us in great numbers or as the precursor to a greater foe. The Emperor is with us and fights through us."
