GM, can I perform range attack with total concealment? Sorry, a little fuzzy with the rules. Do I need to make perception check or just attack the square where I think the baddie is with a 50% miss chance?

Ravenor, looking at the version history of the map, you were around the corner and part ways up the stairs when she cast the spell, so you don't really have a good idea of which square she was in, and you can't see her now. Make a perception check, DC 25, to figure out from the voices where she might be. If you make it, you can shoot at that square with a 50% miss chance.

Not sure what you mean. I rolled two d100s. Regarding concealment and AoOs, total concealment prevents AoOs but not regular concealment. I checked the combat chapter very carefully in that regard.

As Tarragon approaches, the half-elf strikes out at him with her dagger, wounding him slightly. 5 damage to Tarragon. The approach of Kelumur leaves her increasingly worried, as her foes appear out of the mist all around her.

Lauranna, as I said above, you can make stepping into that alcove and noticing there's nothing there a part of your move, so you can continue your turn, or stop there if you want.

Cott, the crocodile would have followed you into the mist as well, so I moved it in there.

"A ninny am I? Let's see how well I channel the blessing of Shax onto all of you!" Zadendi raises her holy symbol, and a wave of blackness floods out from it, washing over her but freezing your bones and making your hearts skip a beat. Channel negative energy. This does 10 damage to everyone. A will save of DC 18 will halve the damage. Thrugg, this fulfills the requirement of attacking you in some way in response to the Antagonize feat.

Those confronting her see her trying to step back into the mist to disappear from view.

OK so now Zadendi is using the concealment of the mist to try to stealth away from you all. She's moving at 3/4 speed, so she's not as stealthy as she would be otherwise. Everyone gets a chance to notice her moving with Perception, and those who beat a 24 stealth can take an AoO. Tarragon, since she's moving out of a threatened square for you twice, you can make two checks. I think there's a high chance at least one of you will make the check, so make sure to roll miss chance on your AoOs as well.

grapple to escape: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 18 Cott, I'm not sure, does that escape from the grapple by the crocodile?

If she is able to escape, she rubs the sand out of her eyes and looks around at the people surrounding her. "Oh... s*#&," she says weakly.

Behind you all, a male voice calls out, "Oh gods, watch out... the creature is here... I don't know where! It cast a spell on me... I can feel its presence, its evil constantly. Please let me out... please be careful!"

With a moment to glance around now, you can take in the room in which you found yourselves as you emerged from the mist. Whatever purpose this vaulted, brick-lined chamber may have once served, today it is obviously the inner sanctum of some depraved cult. Unnerving, spiky runes have been painted on the brick walls with blood, between which dozens of mutilated birds—gulls, falcons, ravens, and a particularly large number of doves—have been impaled. The foul stink of rotting meat emanates from these grisly trophies. Opposite the only visible entrance, a jagged boulder with a bloodstained cloth draped over it serves as an altar, several fly-covered, foul-smelling lumps of meat siting atop it. The wall just beyond the altar has been painted to depict a single curved white feather sitting in a pool of blood. To either side of this symbol yawn archways set with barred doors, turning the alcoves beyond into prison cells. The eastern cell’s door hangs ajar, but deep shadows obscure what might be found in either cell.

"HEY! EVERYONE JUST CHILL THE NINE HELLS OUT!" commands the masked cleric of Razmir. "And someone get this luggage off of my friend! Cott you big clot I almost had her. I swear people can be so dang judgemental about evil! It's alignmentism is what it is! Next thing you know paladins will be walking up and down the streets sewing little 'E's onto people's cloths! And then, carting them off to 'reeducation centers'. I swear, good people!" the cleric says it like it was a slur. "They're always busting in your door killing, and pillaging. Makes a body so angry sometimes I feel like I could go true neutral, and just stay home on my couch in my underwear!"

"WHOAH! What's all that!" the cleric says pointing their huge bludgeon at the gristly contents of the chamber.

Normally the croc's CMD is 18, which means she'd be able to break free with that roll. But with the augment summoning feat, all my summons get +4 str and con, which bumps its CMD up to 20, so she remains grappled and prone.

"See the violence inherent in the system! Help! Help! She's being repressed!" pointing and waving ineffectually at the savagery of the (un)natural world. It's a real dungeon out there--err, in here.

The mysterious cleric of Razmir moves around the flailing arms and legs and tails, and casts protection from evil upon themselves.

"Hey buddy, who are you?" the cleric asks of the apparent prisoner in the room. Kelumur takes advantage of the distraction of the crocodile to sink a silver dagger deep into Zadendi's chest. She shrieks with pain and quickly passes out from blood loss.

The man is a bearded Taldan man with light tan skin, ragged clothes, and with dirt covering his face. He looks extremely puzzled at Lauranna's speech. "Uh... I don't know anything about all of that. I am Lex Avai, a humble merchant and worshiper of Sarenrae whom this woman and her beast captured. The mad priest was saving me for a final sacrifice to, well, whatever foul being she serves. Please let me out!"

Searcing Zadendi:
The evil cleric is wearing masterwork studded leather, a buckler, and has a +1 dagger, a cloak of elvenkind, her unholy symbol, a spell component pouch, and a set of brass keys. One of the keys is shaped like a holy symbol of Sarenrae. The other is ordinary looking, and would probably fit into the keyhole of the cells in this room.
