Won't really work. There's specific feats, like Realistic Likeness for Kitsune.
Isamas ability creates a generic, bland individual, not a copy of specific ones, AFAIK.

I may be mistaken, but mimic-ing your way in seems unlikely to work.

Do we really want random guys associating with our enemies to know who's payroll we are on?
That sum of money and the mention of Fell could be quite enough information.

If they off the Magistrate, I'd expect we'll have trouble getting paid.
So...are we knocking them all out and locking them in a cellar until this is over?
Or did you hope that disarming threat deed means they don't sell the information to whoever would pay for it?

I know, but Fell lost his son. Even back then I couldn't help but think that a good portion of the reward money would be from him, with Drune organizing our "extended leave".

Even if this means someone figures something out, that just gives our dear GM a chance to push us away from the stuff we aren't supposed to touch yet. Also, sometimes the Max Power way is better and more interesting then the right way, especially in pbp :P

The mutual decision was to not run a solo scene in parallel to your chase scene - as such, I've been waiting, for you guys to be nearby/ready

Hu-hum. Solo scenes in pbp can drag on.

Obviouly I would not mind, personally, but I agree that it's "smoother" if the group is together.
Plus, we already waited until your chase scene is over, so it does not need to be a solo scene any more.

I simply was eating a hazardous kebab from a shady street shop and chatting, while you guys where chasing those thugs. Afterwards we meet back up together and decide what we'll do next.

Imho: It's during the day if I remember right...I think with fever dream alley, we may have more luck in the evening/night. Consumptions of illegal drugs out in public tends to be lower during sunlight hours.
I don't think going home to rest is really necessary with the state of our resources.
Pushing through at the place you are: I'm certain Harakani would roll with it and make something up, but it would feel like making it unnecessarily hard on him if we've already been told we're sequence breaking, of sorts.

That would leave the Witch House as a choice, which we need to visit(as it's a shop) during it's opening hours, would make sure I get into good standing with my cohort, AND, possibly important, get me an audience with Greeley...which means we then know where his base is, possibly the basic layout or goon selection, and, maybe, some inside information if he is not careful enough.

As such, voting for Witch House, then Fever Dream Alley(or rest, if needed).

No need to be sorry.

In another game on the board(a single module), the BBEG made an early appearance. Basically a bit of unfocused destruction to show of how evil and powerful it is.
The party ended up confronting him right then and there, and won(albeit with difficulties, and preventing his escape by magical means). After a whole 2 battles and less than 500 posts total, we had broken/finished the module, that would otherwise have had us do inquirys, subquests, preparation, then overland-travel to BBEG home base, invasion of it, with an epic showdown.

It may feel more "natural", but unless it's simply an intended alternate path, I'm not very fond of breaking things in such ways, because it means I'm potentially taking a lot of joy away from myself.

My 2 cents. YMMMV.

Since that witch thingie is a shop, I would defer to "when is it open?"

The alternate option is breaking and entering, since it may well be a proper business. Which may be necessary but would probably not be our initial approach, being guards and all that.

As such, I concur that we're still doing well with daily resources and should press on. But if it's too late to visit the witch house, then we may as well take a look at the alley. As said, my suggestion was time-based, and it seems I didn't realize how late it has become.

Today the veterinarian told me, unexpectedly, that I will have to euthanize my companion of almost 13 years, my housecat Nikita.
She would not survive the weekend, and I will go to the doctor tomorrow to prevent her from suffering.
I am feeling both like crying all night and hitting walls with bare fists.
I will take a while off.
I have no idea. I may need a couple days to come to term with this loss, or I may be back soon hoping to put my mind somewhere else.
