Heh, yep. We were pretty fortunate, still have power even after what is clearly the 'trick' portion of this Halloween storm. I spent a lot of the day outside shoveling some of the wettest, heaviest snow I have ever had the misfortune of slinging. Not to mention half the branches in the big dead oak in the back yard decided to come down. My brother-in-law's handy chainsword took care of that, though.
Still, this was like a sucker punch this early in the season. I was going to post both campaigns tonight, but am running out of gas after all the heavy lifting today. I did manage to drop a few posts in Sons of Jericho, though. I should have some time to do Oremor Affliction on the usual off-day tomorrow though, I just want to make certain I am fully awake before posting the details of the next scenes.
Summer seems very far away now, but we're hardbitten New Englanders, so whatever doesn't kills us makes us more bitter and cranky, lol.

Well hope the kids had a good time. While the weather was great here for Halloween. Sadly there was a light turn out for tricker or treaters.
On a side note. Picked up The Book of Judgement today. Its much more of an Arbites book, but at least it has something for those less legally inclined.

Well...finally finished reading all 7-8000 posts of this pbp, and I must say; good job everyone.
Not only did you entertain me & keep me hooked, you made the overnight shift at work go by all the quicker.
Not to mention, I have a MUCH better grasp of how to actually.run these tricksy ffg systems.

Thanks Psionichamster, its been a long strange trip for us all, so I hope it has been worth it for you.
I know all too well what lengths one will go to in order to stay entertained on an overnight shift, so I'm with you there!
Hang around, it may sometimes move at the pace of a one-legged glacier, but things are starting to come together for the endgame.

Sorry about the lull there, guys, I've been busy this last week with a number of things outside of my immediate control, chief among them work. I'll be posting to both games tonight to get things moving again.
Have a great Thanksgiving everyone!

Uriah having empathy, Eradico. Now that is funny. You've read how cold-blooded he can be when necessary. He is pratical in a sociopathic way. He was ready to kill Ishmael for endangering the group and disobeying orders. He did kill that indigent in cold blood.

OK, guys feel free to take whatever time is necessary with Dunkan, no need to rush. I know I hinted that the tournament is fast approaching, but there is still ample time to engage in dialogue. You will want to me make certain everyone is on the same page for the operation.

Wow.
This scene marks the beginning of the end, more or less. We're now entering the last act of the scenario as I imagined it, nearing the end of the first act of the campaign, as well.
I hope everyone is still enjoying themselves, I figure now is as good a time as any to answer some questions in OOC about the campaign, the characters, and things that have transpired thus far. Feel free to ask anything, be it clarification, or elaboration on something that has occurred so far, I really do enjoy hearing your feedback and incorporating your ideas and interests into the narrative of things.

Thanks, guys! I've had a great holiday break. Been playing a ton of board games with the family: Dominion, Settlers of Catan, Ticket to Ride, LoTR Risk. Even broke out Space Hulk with my oldest son for a couple of games. And since I had some time I finally figured out how to play Space Hulk: Death Angel card game. It's pretty fun as a solo game.

Cool Eradico, played some Death Angel with my cousin, just returned from Ohio as well. We managed to lose half our team by rolling '0' when using the teleportarium in a game that was otherwise going pretty well. We got to the last location but were neck deep in genestealers and just missed a win. Tough game, but lots of fun!
We're back in business game-wise, too. The holiday break was fun for me and much needed, work has been a drain lately and relaxing with family after the stresses of Christmas prep was just the ticket. I'm ready to get back into the games, so bear with me while I re-acclimate myself to posting. First up tonight is a post for the Pinnacle of Pearl scene. I'll be catching up both Oremor Affliction some more and Sons of Jericho tomorrow.
@Rad, should also have Vulpert's advances for WFRP for you tomorrow, too.

Found this on the FFG Site http://www.fantasyflightgames.com/edge_minisite.asp?eidm=50 Definately looking forward to seeing how that story plays out.
Been checking for the last few days and Invisible Castle is still down. No idea if its a server overhaul or if they are dead in the water.
Anyway I wanted to wish everyone an Early and Happy New Year. Stay Safe and hope to see everyone in game soon.

Have a Happy New Year everyone!
Sav, no worries, just let me know when you want me to make rolls for you. The Paizo dice-roller is perfectly acceptable as well.
Sorry about the delay in posting this week, have been busy at work trying to scale things down from a five to a four man operation.
