Taldor focuses on staying near the party, deciding it's probably better to defend them then charge out alone

Fionn 5 attacks missing her target but her gnoll ally looses his weapon and hits one of the rival tribe.

Taldor and Fionn actions, Arizhel I need your actions and initiative please

Tolus and Taldor post your actions for next round please.

Taldor takes a moment to grit his teeth as his armor fails him. He sees Khat charges and grins "That's tha way!" and runs in right behind her to the next target

Taldor charges forth crushing the gnoll feeling the neck snap beneath the weight of his hammer.

Khatijah whips out a dagger and returns the gnolls attack with a vicious slash from her sword and a wild slice form her dagger.

Taldor laughs as the joy of battle fills him. He turns to see a gnoll on each side, then grunts as the one behind him stabs between his armor. He steps toward and around the one in front of him, swinging as he turns

Attack 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20
Damage 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3

Taldor realizes his blow may have been well aimed and caught the gnoll off guard, but it lacked power

As you try them it seems the north entrance has been unlocked. It doesn;t look that traveled.

An enormous set of double doors stands wide open, revealing
a torchlit passage beyond. About fifteen feet within the hall,
on the left, stands a sturdy wooden door. Across the hall is
another open passage leading east, curving with the contours
of the battle market. The central hall proceeds perhaps fifty feet
before opening into a large well-lit cavernous chamber that
seems to be centered around a huge circular stage.

A lone goblin, dressed in a jester's outfit stands bored trying to peddle some wares. Currently he is fiddling with his dogslicer.

Tolus slinks back to the group and asks, Anyone have some way to open a door without making noise? If no, we'll have to move on. I suggest going right and clearing the halls before meeting with that suspicious trader.

Arizhel nods her agreement, but points out, "I doubt many besides you and we small ones can sneak past that trader. I suggest you choose the appropriate strength with which to approach negotiations."

Arizhel then directs Zerika to take aim, just in case, and prepares herself to summon . . . something.

HP 8/8 AC:16/13/13 F+1 R+3 W+3 (+2vs Poison) CMD 13 Per+5, Init+9

Kara gracefully walks forward towards the merchant, swaying her hips suggestively. She bats her eyes at him, and talks in a soothing tone, asking what he has for sale, how long he has worked here, how business is going, etc. to keep conversation flowing.

Watching Kara saunter up, hips swaying like the breeze, he goes wide-eyed and hatches a goofy grin on his face; a pool of drool begins to form on the table he currently attends. He manages to speak barely before getting ahold of him self. Yes, Yes, stuff. Oh. Hi! Welcome, welcome! the goblin rasps, jangling a short wand topped with a series of tiny bells. “You have been expected! The Mouth of the Carrion King seeks an audience with you immediately! This way, this way!” he says, beckoning toward the central chamber and the wooden stage.

Kara chances a quick look back at the direction of the party to make sure they're moving before smiling at the goblin warmly. "Of course! I'd love to meet The Mouth." What am I getting myself into? She walks beside him towards the stage, but doesn't hurry.

Oh dear god, at least you've taken care of half the gnoll forces.

The battle market’s four entry halls lead into a huge arena-like room dominated by a massive circular wooden stage, its surface smeared and sticky with blood. Two rows of terraced benches surround the stage, which is bathed in natural light from a large open circular hatch in the citadel’s roof far above. Torches illuminate a darkened gallery of compact market stalls in the eastern half of the first floor’s inner wall. A raised platform along the northwest curve of the inner wall sports four round tables, several wooden chairs, and a long bar stocked with numerous bottles of distilled spirits. About twenty feet above is an open balcony, beyond which lie a series of small rooms on an upper floor of the market. Several rows of empty bleachers peer down from the edge of the balcony. Twenty feet above the second floor a half-circle balcony marks the highest of the citadel’s terraces. Three thrones look down from this vantage, each positioned to give a commanding view of not only the stage below but the entire market.

The goblin waves you onto the platform.

Human Tattooed Sorcerer (Orc Bloodline) 4 (Init +3 / F +1 R +2 W +2 / Perc. +0 / AC 12 / HP 16 / CMD 10)

Female Halfling Bard (Dervish Dancer) 4 - HP:22/29 AC:18/14/15 CMD:16 F:3 R:8 W:4 P:7 Init:+3

Kara walks confidently to the stage and takes the platform. The light, the smell of alcohol, the stage all mix together in a strange sense of nostalgia. This is home. This is me. This is what I do. As if hearing her own far off music, she begins to dance, moving her waist and arms in sultry and seductive movements, the song from her memory driving her on.

Tolus still stealthily sticks to the shadows, but keeps up with the group.
