Male

Talk amongst yourselves while we work out the details before we start.

Male Human (Chelish) Alchemist (Vivisectionist/Internal Alchemist) 1 HP: 10/10 AC: 15 FF:14 T:11 F:+3 R: +4 W:+3 Init:+1 Perc: +4

Urah reporting for duty

HP 9; AC 14, (T 11, FF 13); saves fort 3, refl 1, will 5 (); melee 0, ranged 1; CMB 0, CMD 11; init +1, perc +7 human druid/1

Raven... checking in.

Male Human Fighter 1 / HP 12/12, AC 16/10/16, Fort +4, Ref +0, Will -1, Init +2, Perc -1

Peasants, peasants everywhere! I thought I saw at least one other noble name on there..

HP 9; AC 14, (T 11, FF 13); saves fort 3, refl 1, will 5 (); melee 0, ranged 1; CMB 0, CMD 11; init +1, perc +7 human druid/1

lol... yes you did... the M stands for Medvyed.

Male Human (Chelish) Alchemist (Vivisectionist/Internal Alchemist) 1 HP: 10/10 AC: 15 FF:14 T:11 F:+3 R: +4 W:+3 Init:+1 Perc: +4

Peasant ey? Better check all your meals and drinks for poison, you never know when one of the "peasants" had enough of a pompous noble.

You all with your easy lives and growing up on milk and honey.

Male

please get your stats in your alias, for example, look at raven's. this just makes it easier on my when there is a combat.

HP-8 : AC-16 (T-12 FF-14) Init-+4, Saves Fort:+2 Ref:+2 Will:+4 CMB:+2 CMD:14

Maybe if you had a little more milk and honey growing up, you would have a more pleasant attitude. By the way Sir Lebeda is it, I'm sure alienating everybody in your group might make your troubles a little more difficult. Plus thats no way for a future lord to act.

Forgot to roll:4d6 ⇒ (6, 6, 1, 3) = 16
And thanks for picking me.

Male Human (Chelish) Alchemist (Vivisectionist/Internal Alchemist) 1 HP: 10/10 AC: 15 FF:14 T:11 F:+3 R: +4 W:+3 Init:+1 Perc: +4

Say that again after spending time in Daggermark or being chased by a battalion of Hellknights, stuff like that doesn't help with a pleasant youth. But don't worry, the goal of the poison would be to learn you a lesson, not actually harm you.

AH lovely, pre game rp. Don't worry, Urah plays well with others, he just suffers from chronic grumpiness

HP 9; AC 14, (T 11, FF 13); saves fort 3, refl 1, will 5 (); melee 0, ranged 1; CMB 0, CMD 11; init +1, perc +7 human druid/1

Welcome Xerell and Urah... this should be a lot of fun... can't wait to get started!

Raven tosses offhandedly a comment "Not all of us grew up on milk and honey or with easy lives. I didn't know I was a Medvyed until I was 13 years of age, and have had to learn what it is to live an easy life. Don't make false assumptions merely because of a name."

HP 9; AC 14, (T 11, FF 13); saves fort 3, refl 1, will 5 (); melee 0, ranged 1; CMB 0, CMD 11; init +1, perc +7 human druid/1

Hmmm... I missed that we were supposed to roll for money... my bad, I guess I should do it.

starting gold: 2d6 ⇒ (4, 6) = 10 x10= 100gp

That should be enough to buy her meager equipment needs. Maybe a bit more in addition.

HP 9; AC 14, (T 11, FF 13); saves fort 3, refl 1, will 5 (); melee 0, ranged 1; CMB 0, CMD 11; init +1, perc +7 human druid/1

When exactly do you plan to start the game? I am asking because I will be going on a retreat starting thursday - I will have internet access during the retreat so no problem playing, but thursday and sunday will be long driving days so won't be able to check in en route... I hope we will be either well into the game (or not started yet) by then so I don't miss the intros.

(Yes I posted the same thing on the RotRL thread - same player here... with the same question about Kingmaker.)

Male

tonight or tomorrow...whenever I can find the time.

HP 9; AC 14, (T 11, FF 13); saves fort 3, refl 1, will 5 (); melee 0, ranged 1; CMB 0, CMD 11; init +1, perc +7 human druid/1

ok... sounds cool to me!

Male

just waiting for everyone to have stats and everything conform to the game standards. a couple were off.

Male

please chime in so I know you are with us and I can begin.

Male

gameplay is up

Male Human Fighter 1 / HP 12/12, AC 16/10/16, Fort +4, Ref +0, Will -1, Init +2, Perc -1

Something I forgot to mention: I usually work saturday afternoons, and my local games are Thursday and Saturday evenings. Won't be posting much those times.

Male

funny i think we are in the same skull and shackles game. I am playing Kyran Westley there.

Male Human (Chelish) Alchemist (Vivisectionist/Internal Alchemist) 1 HP: 10/10 AC: 15 FF:14 T:11 F:+3 R: +4 W:+3 Init:+1 Perc: +4

Forgot ammunition so I'll add that in. No use having a crossbow if you have nothing to fire from it.

Shadow Lodge

Male (HP 9; AC 19, (T 11, FF 18); saves fort 3, refl 2, will 6; melee 0, ranged 1; CMB 0, CMD 11; init +5, perc +6) Samsaran Cleric 1

erg sorry I am updating my sheet to complete it. should be done within the next few minutes.

Shadow Lodge

Male (HP 9; AC 19, (T 11, FF 18); saves fort 3, refl 2, will 6; melee 0, ranged 1; CMB 0, CMD 11; init +5, perc +6) Samsaran Cleric 1

Updated sheet :D about to post

Male Human Fighter 1 / HP 12/12, AC 16/10/16, Fort +4, Ref +0, Will -1, Init +2, Perc -1

It appears that we are still missing 2.. Morgrym and Lyle. any word on them? I would love to get to the trading post

Male

I am giving them till tonight then I will go ahead. Might be later tonight. Currently I am on hour 11 of work with no break.

Where do you work?! Thats crazy. Especially since you have the freedom to visit the boards, haha. Sounds like an evil combination.

HP 9; AC 14, (T 11, FF 13); saves fort 3, refl 1, will 5 (); melee 0, ranged 1; CMB 0, CMD 11; init +1, perc +7 human druid/1

I hope you get paid crazy overtime!!

Male

I usually get about 20 hours overtime a week but I keep looking for others. I. Hate. My. Job.

As far as visiting the boards. That's why apple is my friend.

HP 9; AC 14, (T 11, FF 13); saves fort 3, refl 1, will 5 (); melee 0, ranged 1; CMB 0, CMD 11; init +1, perc +7 human druid/1

I guess I'm lucky, I don't have to work anymore. I know how hard it is to do so though, having been there, done that, for many years. Hang in there, maybe you'll find something else you like more... or hate less. however it works out...

Male

okay so what do we want to do about the two no shows?

Send them a message on the forums and 24 hours.. They knew when recruitment was closing and you're expected to post at least once a day sooo..

HP 10(5)/13; Def 13; Fort +5 Ref +1 Will +2; melee 3 ranged 2; cmb +3; cmd 14; init +1; per +2 Dwarf Fighter (Unbreakable) 1

Sorry guys, I didn't realise this was up. So used to the (new) that I didn't put two and two together and realise it wouldn't show up if I hadn't been there at least once.

Shadow Lodge

Male (HP 9; AC 19, (T 11, FF 18); saves fort 3, refl 2, will 6; melee 0, ranged 1; CMB 0, CMD 11; init +5, perc +6) Samsaran Cleric 1

I agree with Dunebugg for the remaining player

Lol, its a little tough trying to Roleplay a weird species. First time I have ever come at social situations from such a strange viewpoint. This is already turning out to be a lot of fun :D

Best part is, that it's my fault not yours. Dwarf just thinks Urah was talking about you ;)

Male Human (Chelish) Alchemist (Vivisectionist/Internal Alchemist) 1 HP: 10/10 AC: 15 FF:14 T:11 F:+3 R: +4 W:+3 Init:+1 Perc: +4

While in fact he was talking about everyone but Raven

lol I know right?

Urah cracks me up, he doesn't care who hears his opinion

HP 10(5)/13; Def 13; Fort +5 Ref +1 Will +2; melee 3 ranged 2; cmb +3; cmd 14; init +1; per +2 Dwarf Fighter (Unbreakable) 1

Apologies in advance if Grim annoys people IC... he has a heart of gold!

Male Human (Chelish) Alchemist (Vivisectionist/Internal Alchemist) 1 HP: 10/10 AC: 15 FF:14 T:11 F:+3 R: +4 W:+3 Init:+1 Perc: +4

Gold, really? The guy just wants to butcher things... (and turn em into stew I suspect :P)

I suddenly got flashbacks from an earlier Kingmaker game I was in (didn't get past first contact with the bandits). I played a Goblin Alchemist who rode a goat. Said goat was effectively used to get information out of bandits :)

HP 10(5)/13; Def 13; Fort +5 Ref +1 Will +2; melee 3 ranged 2; cmb +3; cmd 14; init +1; per +2 Dwarf Fighter (Unbreakable) 1

Well, Torag's code says not to let an enemy live (though mainly it means orcs). It doesn't say anything about stewing people though ;P

Shadow Lodge

Male (HP 9; AC 19, (T 11, FF 18); saves fort 3, refl 2, will 6; melee 0, ranged 1; CMB 0, CMD 11; init +5, perc +6) Samsaran Cleric 1

Technically, it is an act of good to eat an evil baby....just saying :O

So stewing people is probably fine :D

Shadow Lodge

I am trying to think of a way that is "effectively useful" to get information out of someone using a goat O.o you had a fun group :)

Not really, at least if you ask me. The ends do not always justify the means and cannibalism and murder are always wrong. (Execution or killing in battle isn't necessarily the same as murder btw)

Shadow Lodge

Male (HP 9; AC 19, (T 11, FF 18); saves fort 3, refl 2, will 6; melee 0, ranged 1; CMB 0, CMD 11; init +5, perc +6) Samsaran Cleric 1

Yeah.... I am on pretty good painkillers atm, had some dental surgery and I am kinda fuzzy. So apologies all around if I seem a little out there. I will try to post in character later when I have come down a little :D

Male Human Fighter 1 / HP 12/12, AC 16/10/16, Fort +4, Ref +0, Will -1, Init +2, Perc -1

Link to pictures of Olegs that I could get in trouble for posting:

Hope that helps people with their morning planning.

Male Human (Chelish) Alchemist (Vivisectionist/Internal Alchemist) 1 HP: 10/10 AC: 15 FF:14 T:11 F:+3 R: +4 W:+3 Init:+1 Perc: +4

Having some connection issues (posting from a friend's phone atm), should be resolved once I picked up and installed a new router, which I'll do later today.

Male Human Fighter 1 / HP 12/12, AC 16/10/16, Fort +4, Ref +0, Will -1, Init +2, Perc -1

Note: I will be at a Software Dev conference from sunday night to wednesday night out of town, so posting will be infrequent and during nights only. Feel free to NPC me as much as needed during that time.

Male Human (Chelish) Alchemist (Vivisectionist/Internal Alchemist) 1 HP: 10/10 AC: 15 FF:14 T:11 F:+3 R: +4 W:+3 Init:+1 Perc: +4

Meh, the connectivity issues I mentioned earlier were fixed and then my ISP suddenly remembered I called them about it and decided to solve it, after I already did so. Bumbling fools messed it all up again.

HP 10(5)/13; Def 13; Fort +5 Ref +1 Will +2; melee 3 ranged 2; cmb +3; cmd 14; init +1; per +2 Dwarf Fighter (Unbreakable) 1

Well guys, what do we want to do?

I'm tempted to scare the hell out of these guys, convince them the stag lord will see them as traitors and set them to fixing up Oleg's fort (and siege weapons). And defending the fort, I guess. Try to convince them we're going to take down the Stag Lord. That's got my vote.

Safest is probably kill them, but it seems too evil... Torag wouldn't have taken their surrender, not kill them after they have surrendered!

We could take their stuff and send them back up the road to get an "honest job", but I'm not sure they wouldn't just drift back.

We could send them back as prisoners, but then we'd need to escort them up the road and wouldn't be making any friends "back home".

---
Equipment wise lets sell what we can, but maybe keep the bows (and the potions). Given some time Morgrymm can make some pretty good stuff, but he's not a bowyer.

HP 10(5)/13; Def 13; Fort +5 Ref +1 Will +2; melee 3 ranged 2; cmb +3; cmd 14; init +1; per +2 Dwarf Fighter (Unbreakable) 1

Okay, I reckon Mrogrym can be talked round to letting them go with their weapons.

Shall we keep the potions, bows and arrows, then sell the rest at Oleg's.

How do we want to keep track of the kingdom *cough* party treasury?

Sounds like we've only used a few minutes of daylight, do we want to start exploring now?

Male Human Fighter 1 / HP 12/12, AC 16/10/16, Fort +4, Ref +0, Will -1, Init +2, Perc -1

Posting has gotten far too low in the campaign since the battle began. We need to inject some life into this pbp or it will diiiiee like so many. We likely need to pick up another player or two, Lyle and Urah haven't posted in ages.
