I thought I emailed this a bit ago but here is original settings.
The Realm (name of planet) is like the Pangaea shortly after is has split up into few large landmasses and oceans connected to each other.
A. Caesarea is a large landmass comprised of four distinct regions, the centerpiece “The Great Mount Rainier”
1. Hidden Valley, capitol of the country Romain, lies in the south western coast of the landmass Caesarea.
2. The south east coast rests the land of Gerudan, a region composed of desert, scattered oasis, and beach.
3. Up to the northwest is Ryhule, a vast plain filled area with dense forest scattered across its reach.
4. The north east lies the chilled tundra of Antarticaea, scattered within its encompassed area are sunken caverns, ironic ice volcanoes known as colcanoes, and winter wonderlands.
B. In the center of the landmass, lies the Great Mount Rainier, a very ill explored place due to the dangerous varied geographic boundaries surroundings such as the Mysterious Fog.
Mysterious Fog: Many who go in never return. For those who do, strange occurrences, well occur. Some, time seems to completely stop; while others it accelerates rapidly. Some find horrors unspeakable of. Some come back permanently disabled and others cured. Balloon Flights have proven useless through due strange weathering. No one has ever risked piloting a Zeppelin through due to danger and cost. Out posts among the outer rims, (the outer rims are strangely enough beautiful and resort like) are setup either as tourist getaways, or as a last time stop for adventurers.
C. Across the oceans, there are outposts, both natural and manmade. Some relations with the Aquan folk exist, but not much detail there. There is also a vast amount of Under Caverns under the landmass of Caesarea.
Also, there are multiple Gods and Religions in this world, all inclusive.

So are we to roleplay going and buying supplies? Like walking around town and talking to one another? Or are we just skipping to the next morning and say ooc that we had bought [x] and sold [y]?
either way I'm good to progress!
Go ahead and do the latter. We can cut to the chase and progress with the story!

No, no silt striders. There are Airships but they don't fly very often. Tere are hot air balloons, but they are not for cross country, just within the state. They cost 5gp/hr of flight and 1gp/hr of standby. There are taxis of sort. Desmond is one of the few with steam/clockwork cars. They can speed up to a horse sprint speed and can hold that speed. Horse carriages, horses, and cabs described in the books exist as they are. The same goes for naval/watercraft. Trains exist between the major city states. A train speeds about 50mph. And takess about two days to an adjoining city state. The cost for a train is 10Gp first class, 5 for second, and one for low class.
