Geez, Ninja Golem? Beat Harry's Darkvision AND his Uncanny Dodge - bit harsh. We getting some initiative dice down? Now he's in melee range, Harry would like to stay close, not giving the creature the reach advantage of size and weapon.

As the pit opens underneath the monster's feet, it tries to dodge away from the yawning gap

The fireblast however does nothing - the monster just absorbs it and chuckles gleefully.

Er, Sparky, I don't think that fire hurts it much. And since it seems to be asking for lightning, I am guessing that is an even worse idea.

How deep is the pit? And are there things around that we could drop on it? Chunks of stone, rocks, furniture, etc?

You once heard that damage dealing spells only slow a golem down, but not actually hurt it.

The golem tries to get out of the hole again

but it still is unable to climb out but

he won't loose the grip on its scythe and growls as the arrows hit it, the damage done is tiny but at least there are some scratches. Celestra's bolt however bounces off harmlessly.

The fact that this fleshgolem is able to speak might indicate that its mind is not as void as you would have expected it.

Enve in the heat of battle, Harry's "distractions" amuse Perdition a great deal.

Can I attempt to destroy the scythe with Scorching Ray?


Yes, it did, but it nearly dealt no damage.

The golem climbs out, directly in front of Karlan and is hit by Harry and Ailetha who even deal some noticeable damage, but when the rays of colour hit it, it yawns and stumbles back

I started to type the one on my phone and then got interrupted, sorry for the delay.

You see Ailetha smile as her blade cuts through the monster. Then her song starts to take on a more vicious nature.

The blades strike out;
They cut your snout;
Next goes your arms;
So there'll be no alarms;
And last is your head;
Without it you'll be dead.

Cast Grease on weapon DC16 every round wielded to maintain grip or drop it. Move out of room or as close to it as possible.
