Maintain inspire courage. Also I think Jez forgot to add in Bless. Bless and Inspire courage are up now adding +2 to attack rolls and +1 to damage rolls. Also Gun for the mayor and I've a feeling this will end very quickly.
"Fools! You think you stand upon the holy ground of Ghlaunder?!? Battle is upon you now! And where battle is Gorum is with us! Toss aside your god of pestilence and cowardice and join with me now in the Covenant of Conflict! Let this new battlefield be annointed in blood! Slay all who oppose us!"
The three cultists hit by Nymeria's second flame wave aren't killed by the fire, but facing so much arcane power, they decide to flee! Panicked they run left and right into the corn field...setting it on fire here and there.
Attalas steps forward and mauls another cultist, you're not sure if he even realizes that they begin to swarm him. [ooc}AoO?[/ooc]
Growling at the annoyance in front of her, Jez once again swings her falchion with two hands, hoping to connect with the enemy and not the nearby corn stalks that took so much damage from her previous swing.
Nymeria posted in the Elsir Vale campaign this morning, but not here, so I will post for her again.
Round 3 - Nymeria
Suddenly realizing that she is a little more on the front line than she wanted, Nymeria 5-foot steps back to Z22 and again cast burning hands at the villagers.
5-foot step to Z22.
Standard Action: Cast Burning Hands - straight east, should get Y24, Z24 and Z25.
Damage: 2d4 + 2 ⇒ (4, 2) + 2 = 8 - DC15 save <-- forgot the +1/die from draconic bloodline - Gold is Fire I believe.
Round 4 - Jez
Seeing her companion trying to burn the enemy for all its worth - or perhaps just thinking this would be a good time to barbecue corn, Jez shifts to the size and continues her assault on the Stalker.
Crit Confirm: 1d20 + 8 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 8 + 1 + 1 = 28 <-- not sure whether you allow repeat crit attempts if the crit confirm is a crit.
Crit Damage: 2d4 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (3, 4) + 7 + 1 = 15
Jez smiles an evil demonic smile and then throws back her head and cackles as she sees her blade bite deeply into the Stalker (with that hit I probably sliced it in half). Foolish followers of a false god. This world is ruled by real power - steel and magic.
More villagers are flung through the air as Attalas strikes again and again. His body is dyed with blood now, but the oafish grin only gets wider...Even Ragnvald guts the first cultist now and the rows are really thinning...
Someone shut up that annoying mayor and his chanting, it is starting to remind me of the pathetic miserable men who used to come praying to the demons of the Worldwound. They usually ended up dead too.
Even though the attacks of the cultists are quite dangerous, you suddenly have only eyes for the mayor - his strange chant reaches a climax and as the final note reaches glass-shattering heights his head just pops off his neck...as you are about to laugh, the rest of his body also falls apart, but something remains...: A human-sized, mosquitolike creature with a long flexible proboscis that ends in a murderous stinger is hovering where the mayor just stood...
The cultits nearly stop fighting and shout in awe and reverence
