Would like to know if Nim ended up being struck or not before declaring an action. Alternatively, disregard the following if Nim was struck after all in favor of re-applying Ward and using Focus. Tilsini's action not dependent on Aedalis of course.

Aedalis shouted out warnings to Nim in an effort to help him defend against the foes before him, while Tilsini bit one of the cannibals ankles.

Moving out from the side of the building slightly Mihai touches his pocket where the harrow cards lie, willing his power into it. Those of his companions near to him feel their offered harrow cards grow warm and feel soothing energy flood through them...

If I get an action now, then I'll try and post it in the next few hours. If that doesn't happen, then it'll be a few hours after that.

Male Halfling (Molthuni) Barbarian 1 Ranger (Trapper) 3

I'm not seeing any good options here.

Seeing a skeleton looming over him, and feeling on the brink of returning to unconsciousness, Anton draws his trident and focuses on fending off any attacks. Total defense.

Male Halfling (Molthuni) Barbarian 1 Ranger (Trapper) 3

Wait. There's a cannibal in my space? Now that I'm home with more time, and since no one else has posted yet...

Round 15

Anton opens his eyes. He sees a cannibal looming over him, a skeleton next to it, Pezcock sorely injured, and Tragershen brandishing his rapier over Corbius's inert frame. There's only one thing to do: drawing his trident, the ruthless hunter shoves it straight up between the cannibal's legs.

Fighting defensively, standard attack w/trident vs. B-20: 1d20 + 4 - 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 - 4 = 19

Male Halfling (Molthuni) Barbarian 1 Ranger (Trapper) 3

I really hate to do a fourth post in a row, but I forgot to add the +1 from bless and the -4 from prone. Sorry. Make that a 16.

This is how I work these types of situations. You keep your initiative order. If you are sleeping when your turn comes up you lose it, if not you get to take your action so no attack.

The old woman starts to chant another spell

DC 17 Spellcraft:

Recognizing the lack of value his rapier has on the foe before him, Tragershen again draws on simple positive energy in an effort to take the undead out of the fight.

Disrupt Undead to hit 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22

Mihai's burst of positive energy mends some of Wicewakan's wounds but the wolf does not stir from unconsciousness.

With Aedalis aiding his defences, and Nim realizing the direness of the situation on the other side of the clearing, Nim drops his shield and grips his enlarged scimitar with both hands. He takes a mighty swing at the cannibal he just wounded (cannibal 8) hoping to put the man down for good...

Tilsini bit a cannibal last round for 1 damage and poison, not sure it was ever noted.

Aedalis maintained focus on Nim's fate and cast a minor cantrip, holding the charge in his hand...

Touch of Fatigue.

Anton Green wrote:

Do you want to change your action under these circumstances? You are in a grease area and he moved into the next square or keep the same action.

Just go ahead and post another action in these cases to keep it clean.

Male Halfling (Molthuni) Barbarian 1 Ranger (Trapper) 3

Shouldn't be any problem with attacking from prone, aside from the usual -4 to hit, right?

Round 16

Anton watches the action unfold around him, and hesitates. Delay to init 16.

It was very frustrating to lose a round of action, and I'd like to keep that from happening again.

Correct on the -4. If you try to stand just give me a Acrobatics check. BTW Pezcock does have a dagger in his hand to you will get +2 for the flank as well.

Male Halfling (Molthuni) Barbarian 1 Ranger (Trapper) 3

Round 16, Init 16

Anton feels another wave of healing. However, he decides not to try to stand up on such slippery ground, with two enemies so close, and himself still so injured. Instead, he just draws his trident and stabs at the cannibal's legs.

Standard attack w/trident (bless, prone, flanking): 1d20 + 4 + 1 - 4 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 4 + 1 - 4 + 2 = 4
...for 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6 damage.

Unfortunately, it's such an awkward blow that he's lucky to hold onto his weapon.

AC 20, hp 6/18, bless, prone

Though deeply engaged with keeping the skeleton at bay, Tragershen cannot let it pass when the cannibal loses his footing and begins to go down. Tragershen risks a single thrust at the cannibal during his fall.

To hit 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 1 = 16
Damage 1d6 + 0 ⇒ (1) + 0 = 1

Tragershen's blade strikes the vicious maneater, but the elf cannot be sure if he even drew blood or not. The opportunity having passed, Tragershen spares a nod to Pezcock, letting him know his suggestion has been heard.

Narration for color only; I'm not sure if a 16 hits or not. I believe the skeleton gets another round before Tragershen can try and draw him out, so I'll check back later to see where the initiative roll is.
