Would like to know if Nim ended up being struck or not before declaring an action. Alternatively, disregard the following if Nim was struck after all in favor of re-applying Ward and using Focus. Tilsini's action not dependent on Aedalis of course.
Aedalis shouted out warnings to Nim in an effort to help him defend against the foes before him, while Tilsini bit one of the cannibals ankles.

Anton opens his eyes. He sees a cannibal looming over him, a skeleton next to it, Pezcock sorely injured, and Tragershen brandishing his rapier over Corbius's inert frame. There's only one thing to do: drawing his trident, the ruthless hunter shoves it straight up between the cannibal's legs.

Mihai's burst of positive energy mends some of Wicewakan's wounds but the wolf does not stir from unconsciousness.
With Aedalis aiding his defences, and Nim realizing the direness of the situation on the other side of the clearing, Nim drops his shield and grips his enlarged scimitar with both hands. He takes a mighty swing at the cannibal he just wounded (cannibal 8) hoping to put the man down for good...

... and cleaves down through the man's shoulder breaking bones and hewing muscle.

Fortune has not expired, I was using Focus in either scenario as I had the move action spare either way. That and i've been Focusing on it since applying it so it actually extends to this round even if I hadn't. Posted in a rush and wasn't very clear sorry.

Anton feels another wave of healing. However, he decides not to try to stand up on such slippery ground, with two enemies so close, and himself still so injured. Instead, he just draws his trident and stabs at the cannibal's legs.

...for 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6 damage.
Unfortunately, it's such an awkward blow that he's lucky to hold onto his weapon.

Though deeply engaged with keeping the skeleton at bay, Tragershen cannot let it pass when the cannibal loses his footing and begins to go down. Tragershen risks a single thrust at the cannibal during his fall.

Damage 1d6 + 0 ⇒ (1) + 0 = 1
Tragershen's blade strikes the vicious maneater, but the elf cannot be sure if he even drew blood or not. The opportunity having passed, Tragershen spares a nod to Pezcock, letting him know his suggestion has been heard.
Narration for color only; I'm not sure if a 16 hits or not. I believe the skeleton gets another round before Tragershen can try and draw him out, so I'll check back later to see where the initiative roll is.

Sorry, you just became conscious on Mihai's turn so it is their turn.
Mihai's power brings Corbius awake...
The old women gets her spell off and a creature appears next to Aedalis and behind Nim. It is a red tinged Hyena. Attack the big creature in front of you! she yells pointing to Nim.
and it attacks Nim taking a large chunk out of the big man. It then tries to pull him down...but is quite able to pull the enlarged man down.
bite atk 1d20 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 5 + 2 = 26 dam 1d6 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10 Hit
