Once again, I will be out of town on business, beginning Saturday afternoon. I'll be back the following Saturday. This time it's to Shanghai and then to Seoul (a new city for me, for a change). Feel free to DMPC me to keep the action moving.
I did think of using the Attacks of Opportunity, which would have killed him without giving him the possibility of his attacks killing the plant.
I even used the grappled condition on the Shambling Mound when Bran charged, he still didn't beat the AC.
(In the end it doesn't matter either way, but: harsh? I gave em the chance to live. )

Ah...damn.....I thought it might go that way. But sadly it is what he would have done. I do not see it as harsh man, it is the breaks, I knew it could and most likely would end badly, but there was a chance he could kill it and he took the risk.
It did not pay off. Time for a new PC, sigh so much for Adabars grand plans......

ok guys I should..should be back on line tomorrow. It has taken some epic run around with my phone company and three! Tech calls...In which two I never saw and they never really showed up.

Ok I am now back online. Oddly, showing how machines love me, it was the replacement modem, for the modem that messed up that was the cause of my issues. So three modems in under two weeks...go me.
I'll get something together and up tonight if I have time man. I am leaning toward a witch or a wizard.

Honestly, with all I have had going on, I just have not had the time man. I am barely staying on top of the games I run at the moment, so I think I am just gonna have to bow out for now man.I just do not want to keep stalling and holding everyone else up on something I just might not have the extra time for right now.
Well, that's too bad Seeker, but thanks for staying with us up until now.
If you ever find the time and would like back in, just say so.
We are now down to 4 players, Majet Greenhill, the gnome alchemist, Tyr Thordinsjon, the human fighter, Big Ern, the human barbaric alchemist and Agerron, the human oracle.
While the oracle has healing ressources, they are limited.
Okay, I created a recruitment thread some hours ago. We will get at least one, probably two new players.
Go over there, have a look, tell me who you think would be the most interesting/valueable/strange/... addition to the current team.
All, once again I will be making my way to Italy tomorrow. I will be there, without internet (because I'm too cheap to pay around $20/day), until August 7th. Please feel free to DMPC Agerron to move the story along in my absence.
Have a nice trip, even though it's more business than pleasure, I imagine.
But when your wife's coming along it could be a bit of both, or none at all depending on said wife. ;)
Just an FYI, I am moving on Monday, so will be without regular internet until probably Wednesday. If you need to DMPC Whiskeyjack before then, just have him belch and tell old war stories. Minus RP points if you don't do th' accent.
Here (link) (also in my profile) is a more or less up to date map of where the group has been (shadowy area), and what the group has mapped so far (highlighted area).
As for what I need: I need a character responsible for making that map ingame. This characters gains knowledge (geography) as a class skill, and 2 free skill-points in profession (mapmaking).
Whiskeyjack's been around a bit. I imagine he has enough experience with traveling and map reading to be a decent cartographer...when he can draw a straight line, that is.
I think Big Ern should take it over. He'd probably get the most benefit from it since he has a skill rank in Know (geography) and a decent Int modifier.
