Mishael, getting frustrated with her inability to strike Artued, launches a renewed attack on the man, trying to penetrate his defenses with her cutlass.

Round 2
Mishael tumbles again to get into an advantagous position against the demented mortician. She comes up swinging once again, but isn't able to land a blow. You needed two Acrobatic checks. 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (3) + 12 = 15
Silas pushes past Bloody, anxious to get into the fight. This gives Artued the chance to swing his dagger at him and misses wide. Silas swings back and the ranger's sword connects. You didn't confirm, he takes 5 points of damage.

Artued has a deranged look in his eyes and seems to be focused on the serial killer named Bloody Flag. He made his save against you this round, you take 2 points of damage.

Karsielle raises her holy symbol and a wave of divine energy washes over the battle. After which she hears the familiar sound of wings flapping to the other side of her and a tiny horned thing swings its tail at her. Hit twice for 4 points of damage. Also, you feel some sort of toxin enter your system with each of their stings, but you are able to shake it off.

Karsielle tries to flee from the two bird like creatures, she pushes past Bloody Flag and Silas to recover in the corner of the room, where she holds her holy symbol high, and unleashes Calistra's life force on the area, healing those within.

I know, but that is probably safer than having both flies on Karsielle, especially as she's not built as a combat character, she probably can't cast any spells or heal spells if she stays there. It was one of those nasty moments when her guard (Suny) was taken out and left her exposed.

Round 3
Mishael can't seem to make contact with the crazed mortician as her blade goes wide once again. Perhaps she should have done some sparing in her downtime to keep her skills fresh. She is able to move him closer to Silas, who slashes him for 10 points of damage.
Artued dagger:1d20 + 6 - 2 ⇒ (17) + 6 - 2 = 21, damage:1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Artued's gaze never leaves Bloody's direction. Could it be the abuse and attempts at humliation that Artued endured ealier in the day? Could he see through Bloody's various disguises? Whatever the cause, the mortician is able to make contact once more 5 points of damage to Bloody.
Although they nearly have Artued surrounded, Bloody is also unable to land a clean blow on the old man.
Karsielle flees the flying menaces flanking her and runs into the room, leaving her exposed for additional attacks taking 3 points of damage and 2 points of Dex damage. She makes it in where she blasts another wave of healing over her companions, but an ache of some kind doesn't leave her bones which begin to feel stiff.

Silas can hears evil-sounding magic enter his mind coming from one of the little flying horned things in the hallway. He focuses his resolve and is able to shrug off the evil chant.
The other little flying thing whips its tail at Bloody and is hit 1 point of damage (after Karsielle has done her healing) but shrugs off the poisonous embedded in the tip.

I had it covered up before, but a door can be seen to the left of the croweded room. Everyone saw it earlier in the day but no one has gone in our out of it.

The annoying stings of pain from the Artued dagger start to peck away at his resolve but after he feels the requvinating energy of the blessing of Callistra he grips his longsword in both hands and slices at the crazed Artued. "Those who attack flag die by the Flag!" He grunts with a dark twinge.

Round 4
Mishael again swings her sword and comes up empty. Her face gets flush as frustration sets in.
I'll roll for Silas, pretty sure of what he plans to do!

Artued decides that the blonde ranger is more of a threat, and slashes at him with his dagger. The mortician also misses.
Bloody swings his blade also but the old mortician is harder to hit than he looks. You're Bless wouldn't count until Karsielle's action, but it doesn't make a difference this round.
Karsielle calls to her deity and seeks her favor for her companions.
The two tiny flying creatures both attack Bloody, evil laughs coming forth as they swing their tails at him. He is hit by one of them for 3 points of damage but isn't affected by its poison.

Mishael is bright red with frustration. You can see the fire in her eyes and it looks like smoke is about to start coming out of her ears. She swings again, but you can see her frustration with Artued's elusiveness is completely broken her confidence.

Seeing her friends having difficulty hitting the man, Karsielle takes out the whip from her belt, she then touches Silas as she breathes a perfumed breath across his face, inspiring him, making him feel very lucky. Settling next to him threatening the mortician.

Std Action: Touch of Luck on Silas, next time he rolls a d20, he can roll a d20 twice and take the more favorable result 1of5. Touch of Luck will take effect for Silas in the next round.

As Artued gets hit once more, he seems to be resigned to his fate. Surrounded and out numbered, he fights on. He nicks Silas with his blade 1 point of damage.
Mishael and Bloody both miss again and frustration begins to take over.

Giving in to her anger, Mishael allows the blood in her ancestors to explode in her veins, a rush of fire filling her with strength and her eyes flashing with fury. Activate Might of the Efreet for 1 Round She brings her cutlass around in a wicked swing across Artued's chest.
