Calliae moves up to Raska, drawing the healing wand they acquired earlier. "Just hold on a second, I'll see what I can do about that wound."

With that she channels the wand's energy, gently tapping Raska with it.

The Ironfang sentry takes a step back from Edvard and William, retrieving a signal whistle as she does so and blowing hard. Then, shouting in Goblin, she levels her crossbow and fires at William, even as her wolf jumps toward Edvard. The bolt goes wide, but Edvard finds the wolf's teeth sinking into his leg all too easily.

Edvard's and William's attacks are ineffective against the wolf, but Quinn's magic does sear the flesh of the ironfang heavy for a moment.

"Quin, we should move towards the bridge. We don't want to be caught out here if troops come out of there." With that Calliae moves towards the bridge, though she does not actually join the melee.

Instead she stands back, facing the shed and ready to aid there if it's needed.

Double move next to Raska

Edvard and William battle back against vicious attacks from their various foes. The Ironfang heavy, finding herself engaged in melee, takes a step back and fires point blank at William before tossing aside her crossbow and readying her shield. The bolt is aimed well, and William feels it sink deep.

”No, it's fine,” Quinn rolled his eyes as the two new hobs joined the fight, ”just swarm the old guy.”

Quinn glanced at the others -- they may as well have been in Osirion. He sighed and resigned himself to casting a real spell. After a gesture and a few words, Quinn coughed up a large glob and spat it at the hob that was already prepped for combat.

Raska continues his rush to the frontlines, flanking the wolf with Edvard hoping to put a quick end to the beast so that he may greet the new foes from the shed.

Edvard tries to move to aid William, but the wolf seizes the moment to catch him in its jaws again and hurl him to the ground. Movement interrupted, Edvard is now prone. And down to, I believe, 2hp.

Although William's staff is a blur and Raska stabs with all his might, the wolf and its master are both faster still, dodging and blocking the attacks easily.

Calliae grumbled as her fellows where falling into disarray, "Quin, get here! You can't take those guys alone. I can cover you but you need to get here!"

As she shouts she sees Edvard falling down from the corner of her eye and curses under her breath. None of this was working out. Both wolf and master stood there unmolested while they laid a beating on her fellows and now there were new hobs coming in.

She sighed before mumbling something undecipherable under her breath before inhaling a massive gulp of air. As she exhales a cloud of fog comes from her mouth, hiding those on the bridge from the newcomers.

Moments later she appears at the edge of the cloud near Raska, standing next to the side of the bridge. There was only so much she could do right now and if all else failed and her companions fell at least she could escape via the river. There was no reason to die pointlessly.

I'll try to update the map with the obscuring mist tonight.

William has more luck, striking a solid blow that knocks the heavily-armored hobgoblin back for a moment.
