So, whats the requirements? lvl, stats (roll or point buy), etc. Or is this just an empty slot?

If your with Ogun:
scores to be used 18,16,16,15,14,13 as you see fits
gear blanket ,backpack 5/day rations,5 tindertwigs, mwk weapon (your choice,mwk chainshirt or mwk studded leather( if you cant use armor get gp value)and 1200 gp

Is this a two player game with all slots filled, or a recruitment thread for a game with two slots already reserved but others available?

What medium will be used? Pbp, skype, etc?
Also, races, classes, and what was the starting level again?

3.5 core and eberron base races and the following are allowed bugbear,goblin,and hobgoblin,. as formclasses base classes in phb,and setting classes if you use 3rd party 3.5 resources make sure I can get reference to it and strating at first level
