Do you mind pointing me in the direction of where "Masterwork Transformation isn't allowed in PFS". From what I can find the rules actually have a special rule that allow Masterwork Transformation to carry over from session to session:

The following spells found in the Core Rulebook are not
legal for play and may never be used, found, purchased,
or learned in any form by PCs playing Pathfinder Society

All spells and effects end at the end of a scenario with
the following exceptions:
• Spells and effects with permanent or instantaneous
duration that heal damage, repair damage, or remove
harmful conditions remain in effect at the end of the
scenario.
• Afflictions and harmful conditions obtained during
a scenario remain until healed and carry over from
scenario to scenario (except in specific instances as
noted on Page 22).
• A character may have one each of the following spells that
carries overs from scenario to scenario: continual flame,
masterwork transformation, secret chest, and secret page.

Hmmm...I'm not familiar with the Guild Guide...what is that?

HERE is a link from a developer stating that you can't have a masterwork transformation effect carry over (as well as discussion about why not).

The Pathfinder Society Roleplaying Guild Guide is the official (and free) rulebook governing PFS. They release a new one each season, and the present version 7.0 will probably be replaced by v. 8 in July or August.

That discussion you linked is from 2011. The PFSRGG's present version is more recent than that.

I know I was just recently gone, but I'll also be completely offline on a camping trip Thursday through Saturday. It's been a busy June!

I'll be doing some of that in early July, and possibly again in late July.

FYI, I'll be camping this coming weekend, and I know from experience that the camping area is far enough from the nearest cell tower that I won't be able to check the boards.
