Her muscles stiffened by the cold of the bomb, Hilde can manage only a single claw swipe at the klaven by her.

She manages to drop one of the two attacking her.

Lomrick mixes another bomb and tosses it at Min.

The bomb deflects somewhat due to the wind wall, but still strikes her squarely. It explodes into a cloud of foul vapors, filling most of the room.

This acts as stinking cloud, though it only nauseates you for one round if you fail your DC 17 Fortitude save. It's the green circle on the map.

One of the klaven is entirely outside of the cloud. Of the two within it, only one succumbs to its effects.

To keep things moving and reduce confusion, I'll go ahead and move the klaven at the same time as Lomrick.

The two unimpaired klaven fire into the cloud in spite of its concealing properties.

Dilwyn sets himself against the toxic vapors. Something has to be done to get those bombs to stop flying, and the wind wall isn't doing as much to help as he hoped. So he holds his breath and barrels his way first through the cloud and then through his own wind wall until he gets right up into the face of Lomrick, ready to start smashing face and forcing him to deal with him up close and personal. double-move, possibly provoking from one of the Klaven as I go

Well, Hilde is the only one who hasn't posted an action for this round unless I've missed something. Given the state of the boards, I think I'll wait until Monday to bot her to give her a chance to notice things are working again.

Hilde resists the nausea, steps forward, and eviscerates one of the klaven with a claw.

"I should have known those bearing a greater genetic code whould manifest exceptional tenacity," Lomrick states in an oddly clinical tone as Dilwyn charges out of the cloud at him. "My superiors will be quite interested in a sample of your blood."

Then he turns and climbs the wall, getting up out of the druid's reach. He does provoke an attack of opportunity, though. Once safely above his enemy, he hurls a bomb at Dilwyn.

"You're not touching my blood, sicko!" Dilwyn shouts back as he thwacks the retreating Lomrick, then sidesteps the worst of the splash from his bomb.

The fact that he climbed up is very frustrating, but not an insurmountable problem. Dilwyn closes his eyes and thinks of his favorite animal, the majestic hawk soaring through the sky. As he envisions the animal in his mind, feathers begin to sprout all over his body and his nose, already prominent, sharpens and merges with his mouth to form a razor-sharp beak.

"Screeach!" he shouts as he flies up to continue to harry his quarry. Wild Shape, move

Perhaps through sheer determination, Dilwyn barely manages to push past the weakening influence of whatever Lomrick touched him with. He can hear the fast patter of the hawk's tiny heart pounding in his exceptionally keen hearing.

Hilde growls and steps through the wind wall while drawing her spear, then hurls it at Lomrick.

It clatters against the wall, getting nowhere close to her target.

"Away, lesser creature!" Lomrick shouts at Dilwyn, then spits a ball of some sort of sticky substance at him.

Lomrick nimbly evades the little meteor while clinging to the ceiling. Kit's crossbow bolt goes wide as he tries to avoid hitting Dilwyn. Iskender's whip continues to not get close to his targets.

Hilde picks up her spear, which had fortunately fallen nearby, and throws it again.

But she again misses.

Dilwyn only manages to hit Lomrick with a single claw, evoking a hiss from the Jagladine. "Enough of this!" he spits, and then speaks a word of command. Flames burst from his robe and engulf Iskender, Dilwyn, and Hilde.

Damage: 2d6 ⇒ (6, 2) = 8 DC 16 reflex for half

He then crawls along the ceiling to the other side of the wind wall. Which would have blocked Kit's bolt anyway... Dilwyn does get an AoO, but I'm not sure how well he can fly through his own wind wall

wind wall only lasts 4 rounds at my caster level. Looking back to count, it would have expired on the round I turned into a bird, or the round after (depending on whether one counts the round in which it was cast).

Dilwyn's improbable luck finally runs out as he catches the full brunt of that burst of fire. Enraged, he manages to get a savage slash at the fleeing Lomrick with his razor-sharp talons. Eager to not let his prey go so easily, he flies after him and tries to slash him again. But now that the pain from the fire has had time to sink in, moving precisely is more difficult.

But his momentary lapse of concentration allows Dilwyn to dart in with a talon and slash his windpipe, or whatever the equivalent is for a Jagladine. He gurgles angrily and then sags, slowly peeling off of the ceiling and falling to the floor with a sickening thud.

The robe is a blazing robe, the dagger is a +1 dagger. The other things he's not certain of, though opening the pouch he finds the magic aura comes from a small cutting of thorny vine.

Dilwyn, satisfied with the effectiveness of his battle form, is a little reluctant to return to his normal self right away. There might be more fighting soon, and if he turns back into himself he won't be able to change back today.
