Im ok with 5s on the CLW out of combat, but it looks like Kyranda took care of it anyway.
Climbing your way up to the caves that make up the eyes of the skull would not be easy if it were not for the vegetation. The caves have no natural illumination and go from normal to low light 30 feet in, going arround a couple corners will put you in darkness. The floors are slippery with water. The cave is barely big enough around for a full size man not squeezed, but will take an escape artist check to move past one another and leads into the cliff.

Who is going first and who has light?

It is hard to tell if it was the whipping or the splash of acid that did it, but the log swings around the corner, missing everyone. The tunnel climbs to a point just below the island’s surface. Sunlight filters faintly through a rent in the earth above, where a gargantuan tree grows down into the rocky soil, its prodigious root system blocking any further progress ahead. The fissures and crevices in the bark of the tree’s trunk, just visible at the roof of the tunnel, vaguely resemble a wrinkled human visage with a craggy crown upon its brow, while the spread of roots below seems like the hoary growth of an ancient beard.

When picked up the ring feels, well like a ring. Are you putting it on?

The earth elemental burrows into the floor of the cave, quickly making a tunnel. Removing the dirt reveals a sinkhole descending into the rock. It drops thirty feet to the still, dark surface of water below. The broken remnants of a wooden platform and stair cling to the wall, but the structures themselves have long since rotted away and dropped into the inscrutable depths.
